Abstract

Kewirausahaan harus dibangun dengan praktek langsung kewirausahan karena jiwa wirausaha tidak bisa tumbuh tiba-tiba. Siswa yang akan memulai karir setelah lulus dari sekolah merupakan dimensi yang penting dalam rangka menumbuhkembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Para siswa jarang yang memiliki gambaran tentang wirausaha sehingga diperlukan pelatihan tentang entrepreneurship. Langkah pertama dimulai dengan mengenalkan para siswa dengan kewirausahaan dan perencanaan bisnis menggunakan business plan model canvas.  Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelatihan penyusunan business plan model canvas sebagai upaya membangun awareness mengenai wirausaha pada MGMP PKWU di Kab. Magelang. Metode kegiatan berbentuk workshop dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan.  Sasaran kegiatan adalah guru SMA Bidang Studi PKWU di kab. Magelang.  Pelatihan tersebut menghasilkan empat temuan. Pertama, kegiatan PPM dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar serta penilaian peserta terhadap pelaksanaan PPM juga sangat baik. Kedua, para peserta merasakan peningkatan pemahaman terkait strategi dalam menyusun proposal business plan model canvas. Ketiga, motivasi dan semangat mengikuti pelatihan sangat tinggi karena respon yang diberikan peserta sangat aktif selama proses pelatihan dan pendampingan. Keempat, peserta pengabdian merasa senang dan puas dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini dan berharap kegiatan serupa dapat terus dilakukan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of work-life balance and compensation on employee performance among Generation Z employees at Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, using job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach with purposive sampling of 150 employees, the research utilized Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis through SmartPLS 3 software. Findings reveal positive significant relationships: work-life balance and compensation positively influence job satisfaction, which in turn significantly affects employee performance. The study demonstrates partial mediation of job satisfaction between work-life balance and compensation with employee performance, providing insights into workforce dynamics for Generation Z

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Inventaris Barang Yang Dimediasi oleh Variabel Integritas di Universitas Negeri YogyakartaTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai inventaris barang yang dimediasi oleh variabel integritas di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan total sampling melibatkan seluruh pegawai Subag UKBMN dan admin SIMAK BMN di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian: Ada pengaruh kompetensi, insentif, integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap integritas pegawai di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tidak ada pengaruh insentif pegawai terhadap integritas pegawai di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengelolaan inventaris barang dimediasi integritas pegawai di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Tidak ada pengaruh insentif pegawai terhadap kinerja pengelolaan inventaris barang dimediasi integritas pegawai di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan landasan empiris dalam pengambilan kebijakan berbasis penguatan integritas dan kompetensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci: Kompetensi; insentif; integritas; kinerja pegawai; UNYAbstract: The Influence of Competence and Incentives on Inventory Employee Performance Mediated by Integrity Variables at Yogyakarta State UniversityThis study aims to determine the influence of competence and incentives on the performance of inventory staff, mediated by the variable of integrity at Yogyakarta State University. This research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach with total sampling involving all staff in the UKBMN sub-division and SIMAK BMN administrators at Yogyakarta State University, totaling 30 individuals. The results showed: competence, incentives, and integrity have a significant effect on employee performance; competence significantly affects employee integrity, while incentives do not; integrity mediates the influence of competence on performance; however, it does not mediate the influence of incentives on performance. The contribution of this research is to provide an empirical foundation for policy-making based on strengthening integrity and competence to improve employee performance.Keywords: Competence; incentives; integrity; employee performance; UNY

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the post-training program evaluation of Basic mentality. To find out all stages of the Kirkpatrick model evaluation; reactions, learning, behavior and results, supporting and inhibiting factors and recommendations. The research method is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative with a population of 360 people and a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 51 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and tests. Research instruments; validity test and reliability test. Validity test results; reaction level; 0.824, learning; 0.862, behavior; 0.854 and results; 0.854, if the correlation value is above 0.30 then the instrument item is declared valid. Reliability test results; 0.946, if the Cronbach's alpha value ? 0.60, then the instrument is declared reliable. It is concluded that the training program using the on-the-job training method and the Kirkpatrick evaluation model is effective. It is recommended that the post-training program evaluation can use the Kirkpatrick evaluation model and the implementation of training can use the on-the-job training method.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the model adopted based on Muslim consumer perceptions of taxes through the zakat system. This research uses three stages of comprehensive technical analysis through demographic depiction of respondents based on distribution frequently, then tests the adopted factors using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to select and determine the number of factors and related items. In the final stage, data analysis is carried out in the form of the modeling technique using Structure Equations Model (SEM) to test the quality of the models and hypotheses produced. 152 respondents were collected who were sampled in this study, the majority of respondents are 77 Malaysian citizens  and 75  Indonesian residents. At the testing stage of the model through the Structural Equation Model (SEM), based on the results of the formation factors in the test, it can be said that only the knowledge about tax, religious, and service variables have an impact on perception toward through zakat system positively and significantly, but through testing the serviceability of a model results in a determinant coefficient of 0.668, which it was relatively strong to explaining independent variable.

Abstract

Research aim : This research is a confirmation study using antecedent variables from the construct of financial literacy to be proven to have a significant relationship if applied to the millennial generation as research subjects. Design/Methode/Approach : Systematic Literature Review Research Finding : As many as 30 antecedent variables were obtained that affect the financial literacy of the millennial generation Theoretical contribution/Originality : The research subjects in the form of relevant research articles were taken through the Google Scholar, Elsevier, Emerald, Garuda portal, etc. as many as 214 articles were detected through the keywords of financial literacy, financial knowledge, retirement, financial decisions, financial management, and financial welfare. The articles were then extracted into only 60 research articles. Of these 60 articles, correlational meta-analysis was carried out. The results of the meta-analysis show that there are 30 antecedent variables that affect the financial literacy of the millennial generation. Practitionel/Policy implication : The results of this study will help policy makers to fill the missing gap between financial literacy programs and the confidence to undertake entrepreneurial ventures. Research limitation : The limitation of this research is that the source of published articles has not reached Scopus indexed journals. so that the possibility of bias in the results of research on each article is still relatively large
