Abstract

Aims: To determine the Effectiveness of Mgso4 Administration against Eclampsia Prevention in severe pre-eclampsia in RSIA Resti Mulya in 2022. Methods:  This study used the Quasy Experimental quantitative method, with a retrospective approach. The relationship between the two variables in this study was tested using the dependent paired t-test data analysis technique. The population of this study was all mothers who were severely eclampsia and received MgSo4 therapy as many as 43 respondents, using a total sampling of which all populations were made respondents. Results:  Frequency distribution of characteristics of respondents aged 30.8 years with a gestational age of 37.6 weeks with an obese Body Mass Index (30-39.5) of 39.5%, having a history of peer disease of 81.4%, and the number of multipara childbirth as much as 69.8%. Differences in the prevention of eclampsia (blood pressure and urine protein) in severe pre-eclampsia before and after administration of MgSo4, namely Sistol values of 163.8 vs 121.4. Diastole pressure value of 105.5 vs 80.4. urine protein 1.52. There is the effectiveness of mgso4 administration against the Prevention of eclampsia in severe pre-eclampsia at RSIA Resti Mulya in 2022 with a p-value value: 0.000. Conclusion:  The results of this study are that the administration of MgSo4 effectively prevents eclampsia in severe pre-eclampsia at RSIA Resti Mulya in 2022. Thus, it is expected to refer to the importance of giving MgSo4 to mothers with pre-eclampsia.

The analysis draws on Rudolf Bultmann's hermeneutic theory of demythology as a comparative lens, given its focus on reinterpreting mythological elements to address existential concerns, particularly in the context of discussions about the future rather than historical facts. The research employs a literature-based approach, utilizing primary sources such as Hosein's works on eschatology and Bultmann's writings on demythology, alongside secondary sources from relevant academic literature. The findings reveal notable methodological parallels between Hosein’s interpretations and Bultmann’s demythologization, particularly in their shared use of hermeneutic techniques. However, a key distinction lies in their epistemological foundations: while Bultmann approaches the New Testament through a Christian existentialist lens, Hosein’s interpretations are deeply rooted in Sufi epistemology and his perspective as a Muslim scholar interpreting the Qur'an.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran kooperatif Listening Team memiliki tujuan untuk melibatkan mental siswa secara maksimal, serta proses tanya jawab secara terus menerus yang diarahkan agar memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir siswa. Dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Listening Team lebih kreatif karena dalam pengoperasian ditambahkan penggunaan media gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, aktivitas guru dan siswa, keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Listening Team berbantuan media gambar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan murid kelas 8-5 SMP Negeri 7 Banda Aceh dengan total 29 murid. Pengambilan hasil yang dilakukan menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar soal, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dan lembar respon siswa. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Pendekatan kualitatif merupakan pendekatan yang menggunakan bentuk PTK. Analisis riset yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian mengarahkan bahwa bagian ketuntasan secara perorangan naik dari 13 peserta didik yang memenuhi syarat pada siklus 1, 21 peserta didik yang memenuhi syarat pada siklus 2, dan 26 peserta didik yang memenuhi syarat pada siklus 3, persentase memenuhi syarat classical juga naik dari 40% atas siklus 1, 70% atas siklus 2, dan 90% atas siklus 3, Jumlah kesesuaian aktivitas guru serta siswa naik dari 3 aktivitas memadai pada siklus 1 menjadi 7 aktivitas memadai pada siklus 2 serta 8 aktivitas memadai pada siklus 3, keterampilan guru naik dari perolehan nilai 1,76 daripada siklus 1 dengan kategori lumayan, nilai 2,8 daripada siklus 2 dengan kategori bagus,dan nilai 3,2 pada siklus 3 dengan kategori baik sebanyak 100% siswa menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Listening Team adalah baru menolong peserta didik memahami pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian yakni terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan belajar siswa sejak siklus 1 sampai siklus 3 dapat menggunakan model Listening Team berbantuan media gambar di kelas 8-5 SMP Negeri 7 Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci : Penerapan, Model, Listening Team, Hasil Belajar, IPS Terpadu

Abstract

The Effect of Interactive Model with Multimedia towards Motivation and Chemistry Learning Outcomes. The study aimed to know the influence of interactive learning model with multimedia on student learning outcomes and motivations. This research was a quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The populations were all of class X in SMAN 1 Kuripan at 2016/2016 academic years. Two classes (XF and XB) were selected as the sample by purposive sampling technique. Motivation questionnaire was used to measure the student learning motivation, and multiple choice tests was used to measure student learning outcomes. A t-test was applied to analyze the motivation data. The result showed that t stat (0,13) < ttable (1,68), mean that the interactive learning model with multimedia does not enchanced student’s learning motivation. In contrast, the learning outcomes data showed that t stat (3,99) > ttable (1,68), it is revealed that interactive learning model with multimedia is better than conventional models to student learning outcomes. Keywords: interactive learning, multimedia, learning motivations, learning outcomes, oxidation and reduction reaction DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v6.i2.201601
