Abstract

Fenomena pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi, berakibat pada perubahan prilaku masyarakat, termasuk masyarakat Bugis-Makassar. Perubahan ini, menyebabkan memudarnya penerapan salah satu budaya lokal masyarakat Bugis-Makassar, yaitu budaya pacce’ atau perasaan empati antar sesama. Karena itu, kajian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya penguatan penerapan budaya pacce’ di tengah kondisi apapun, dengan melibatkan digital influencer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian descriptive kualitative, dengan menggunakan literature research. Hasil dari kajian literatur ini menunjukkan: 1) kondisi new normal masyarakat Bugis-Makassar berdampak pada perubahan tata sosial dan budaya masyarakat, dari yang ramah menjadi lebih tertutup 2) keberadaan budaya pacce’ di tengah kondisi pandemi Covid-19 dapat mewujudkan lingkungan masyarakat yang damai dan harmonis, 3) kemampuan digital influencer dalam mempengaruhi dan mengubah sikap dan kebiasaan masyarakat dianggap dapat memperkuat keberadaan budaya pacce’. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya penguatan penerapan budaya pacce’ masyarakat Bugis-Makassar dapat dilakukan dengan memberdayakan peran digital influencer.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the responsibility of a notary and the legal consequences for a limited liability company that a foundation has established but violates the law on foundations. The research was conducted using doctrinal legal research methods. The results of the study show that: (1) Notaries as officials who are authorized in terms of doing authentic deeds, including the deed of establishment of limited liability companies established by foundations, have a great responsibility insofar as they concern the formal requirements of authenticating the deed. However, the notary is not responsible for the substance of the deed because it is the will of the parties themselves, so if what is violated is the formal terms of the deed, the notary can be sued for compensation and fines. (2) The legal consequence for the limited liability company is that it violates Article 7 of the Law on Foundations. It is null and void because the deed of an establishment violates the objective requirements of the legal terms of an agreement regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. In addition, the legal status of a Limited Liability Company has been deemed to have never existed, causing all actions that have been carried out or carried out by the organs of the company to have no legal standing.

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah. Sebagai pemimpin pendidikan kepala sekolah, tidak hanya mengelola aspek administratif, tetapi juga bertanggung jawab terhadap pengembangan profesional guru, penguatan budaya mutu, dan penciptaan iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif. Melalui gaya kepemimpinan yabg efektif kepala sekolah dapat menginspirasi guru untuk berinovasi, meningkatkan kinerja, serta memperkuat fokus pada hasil belajar siswa. Artikel ini membahas peran kepala sekolah dalam mendorong pembelajaran berkualitas. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap fungsi kepemimpinan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang bermutu.

Abstract

The performance of state civil servants is a fundamental pillar in the effective and efficient delivery of public services. In an effort to improve both employee performance and welfare, the Barru Regency Government implemented the Additional Employee Income (TPP) policy. This research aims to identify the implementation of the TPP policy in relation to improving employee performance at the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Barru Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through a combination of in-depth interviews with agency leaders, direct observation of work activities and discipline, and documentation studies covering employee attendance and daily reports. The collected data was analyzed for validity using triangulation techniques. The results show that the determination of the TPP amount at the BKPSDM of Barru Regency is based on five integrated criteria: position, rank/class, educational background, level of discipline, and performance achievement. Field findings confirm that the level of employee discipline, measured by adherence to working hours and attendance at roll calls (apel), is in the very good category. Employee performance, evidenced by the timeliness and completeness of daily reports and the completion of main and additional tasks, also shows good results. In conclusion, the TPP policy at BKPSDM Barru has created a mechanism that directly links additional compensation with individual contributions. The high level of employee discipline and performance is the basis for the proportional justification of TPP provision, which serves as an incentive instrument to encourage work productivity.
