Abstract

Dengan adanya pertumbuhan jumlah lalulintas harian rata-rata (LHR) yang melintas pada Ruas jalan Mabuun – Sp. Empat Haruai, masalah tingkat layanan kapasitas dukung konstruksi perkerasan mengalami penurunan. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini perlu dilakukan perencanaan ulang untuk menghitung tebal lapisan perkerasan berdasarkan jumlah beban lintasan kendaraan yang melintas terhadap karakteristik tanah dasar pada ruas jalan Mabuun – Sp. Empat Haruai ini. Perencanaan ulang tebal lapis konstruksi jalan ini bertujuan agar dapat memberikan layanan selama umur rencana hingga tahun 2032, maka berapakah dimensi yang diperlukan untuk masing-masing lapisan perkerasan, yakni lapis permukaan , lapis pondasi atas, lapis pondasi bawah. Pada perencanaan ini dilakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan yaitu ruas jalan Mabuun – Sp. Empat Haruai. Analisa perhitungan ulang dilakukan dengan Metode American Assosiation of State Highway and Transportation Officials 1993 (AASHTO’93). Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh faktor pertumbuhan lalulintas (i) 5,668 % pertahun. Pada subgrade diperoleh CBR karakteristik 6,404 %, dengan meggunakan Structural Number (SN) 6, diperoleh D1 lapis permukaan (Surface) 10 cm, D2 lapis pondasi atas (Base) 15 cm, dan D3 lapis pondasi bawah (Sub Base) 61 cm.

Abstract

Pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan tradisional di Indonesia yang fokus pada pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan keuntungan dan tantangan yang terkait dengan penerapan model Pendidikan multikultural berbasis kearifan lokal, serta memberikan rekomendasi tentang bagaimana pesantren dapat memperkuat pendidikan multikultural berbasis kearifan lokal secara efektif.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam judul Harmoni di Pesantren, Model Pendidikan Multikultural Berbasis Kearifan Lokal menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.  Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis taksonomi. Untuk menguji kevalidan atau keabsahan data peneliti  menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian.Untuk mewujudkan     keharmonisan santri di Pesantren Darus Sholihin ditanamkan  sikap  yang baik yang meliputi: 1) sikap saling menghormati dan menghargai,  2)  sikap  toleransi  yakni  menerima  perbedaan,  3) sikap  memberikan  rasa  nyaman  pada  lawan  bicara,  dan  4) sikap saling mendukung. Model pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal meliputi; Pengembangan Kurikulum yang Beragam, Pembelajaran Antar budaya, Pendidikan Nilai-Nilai Multikultural, Kolaborasi Komunitas dan Sekolah.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of Tahsinul Qira'at management through applying the Wafa method at Ma'had Baitul Qur'an Madura using a qualitative approach of case study type. This design was chosen to understand managerial practices in the natural context of pesantren, which are rich in values, traditions, and distinctive dynamics. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with caregivers, musyrif, and santris, as well as field observations and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted interactively, using the steps of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was maintained through the triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that Tahsinul Qira'at management was optimized through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning is organized through deliberation between managers and teachers, including class structure, teacher allocation, and periodic assessment. In implementation, the Wafa method is used as the main approach with the flexibility of additional methods according to the needs of the students. Learning is carried out in three daily sessions with efficient time management. Evaluations are conducted weekly and monthly as a means of monitoring and continuous guidance on the quality of santri reading. Some obstacles are still faced, such as the limited number of musyrifs, variations in students' ability, and class dynamics that are not always conducive. These findings make a practical contribution to developing Qur'anic education management in pesantren and enrich the academic literature on integrating educational management and pedagogical strategies based on the Wafa method.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the credit contract process and service quality on customer retention, with customer satisfaction serving as a moderating variable, in the context of PT WOM Finance, Tangerang Branch. The problem of low customer retention is presumed to stem from procedural non-compliance in credit contracts and inadequacies in service quality. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with data collected from 85 respondents. The findings reveal that both the credit contract process and service quality exert a significant effect on customer retention. Notably, customer satisfaction does not moderate the relationship between the credit contract process and customer retention; however, it significantly moderates the relationship between service quality and customer retention. These results underscore the critical role of enhancing procedural rigor in credit agreements and optimizing service delivery to foster customer loyalty. The implications of this study provide valuable insights for PT WOM Finance and other financial institutions in formulating strategies aimed at improving contract management and service quality to strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term retention in an increasingly competitive financial services industry
