Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan dan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepemimpinan terhadap Turnover Intention, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention dan apakah Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan kerja dan Kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan tetap non manajerial di PT. XYZ yang berjumlah 128 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku kepemimpinan, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan kerja dan Turnover Intention, variabel kepemimpian  dinotasikan sebagai variabel X1, variabel lingkungan kerja dinotasikan sebagai variabel X2, variabel Turnover Intention dinotasikan sebagai variabel Y, sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel Z. Data yang didapat akan dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan dan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Turnover Intention, terdapat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention dan antara Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan kerja dan Kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention di PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Abstract. In implementing an information system in an institution, it is necessary to consider user acceptance of the information system. The application of information systems can be said to fail if the user turns out to be unable to accept or is unwilling to use the information system. As an company organization, Amway Indonesia also implements an e-learning system to support the teaching and learning process of its distributors. Mandatory users of e-learning are members and all of the distributors. Since the system was implemented, there has never been an evaluation of user acceptance of this e-learning system. This research was conducted to test the user acceptance of e-learning by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Testing is done by measuring the influence between variables in the TAM model which includes variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention and Actual Usage. The statistical testing method that is carried out is the statistical test of validity, reliability, normality, and testing the effect of factors using SPSS.  Evaluation data obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents (Amway member distributors). One of the six hypotheses proposed one hypothesis was declared not accepted, namely the hypothesis that states Perceived Usefulness affect Behavioral Intention. The other five hypotheses namely Perceived Ease of Use has an effect on Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Usefulness affects Attitude Toward Using, Perceived Ease of Use has an effect on Attitude Toward Using, Attitude Toward Using has an effect on Behavioral Intention, Behavioral Intention has an effect on Actual Usage declared acceptable.

Abstract

Cibaliung is located in the Honje Igneous Complex, which is a Miocene volcanic complex, having two economically mineable quartz veins, i.e. Cikoneng and Cibitung veins. These veins have been mined and produced by PT Cibaliung Sumber Daya - subsidiary of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. In the production process, the veins have reached the maximum limit. Therefore, a new reserve must significantly be discovered. The research methodology includes observation of geological structures with topographic lineament analysis, circular feature, river lineament analysis using Digital Elevation Model, and measurement of brecciation structure, shear fracture and gash fracture. The results of field data interpretation from 328 observation locations with 8,114 geological structure data both for shear fracture and gash fracture show that the presence of geological structures is directly proportional to the intensity of alteration and mineralization. From the structural and fault movement analysis and the correlation with mineralization and alteration data, there can be delineated 14 prospect areas, namely the Cikoneng-Cibitung, Cibengang, Rorah Kadal, Cikeni, Ramada, Mastar, Muara Cikeni, Cipatat, Ciburial, Cikamancing, Sompok Uara, North Batulawang, Cikarae-Cingenge, and Ciparay Prospects. From these prospects, it is recommended to conduct further exploration on six prospects, namely Cibengang, Ramada, West Cikoneng, Cikamancing, North Sompok and the North Batulawang Prospects.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to try to reveal human trafficking as a crime against humanity, so that human trafficking includes eight groups of asnaf, namely riqab, who are entitled to receive zakat. For that, the contextual understanding of riqab in the current context should no longer be contextualized as slaves, but riqab must be understood in context, that is, those who are exploited economically and their honor. The writing method used is a qualitative approach. While the method used is conceptual analysis and search for relevant reference sources, such as the use of journals, books, theses, articles, journals, etc. The analysis used is a descriptive analysis that provides an explanation of the analysis and synchronizes it with the existing documents. The conclusion of this research is that human trafficking is classified as riqab (slavery), because there is a common evil. Therefore, human trafficking is included in the eight groups of asnaf who are entitled to receive zakat. Therefore, it is necessary for zakat regulators and the government to understand riqab in the context of being a victim of exploitation so that it has an impact on zakat management so that it can alleviate poverty and prevent poverty.

Abstract

Penindasan online, sering dikenal sebagai cyberbullying, adalah kegiatan kekerasan yang perlu ditanggapi dengan sangat serius secara hukum di era digital. Ini adalah fenomena ketika orang menyerang, mengancam, atau merendahkan orang lain melalui teknologi digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang peraturan yang mengatur cyberbullying di berbagai negara dan untuk memeriksa hambatan dan keefektifan langkah-langkah perlindungan hak-hak korban dan tersangka. Tinjauan kemajuan saat ini dalam regulasi cyberbullying di berbagai yurisdiksi, studi kasus, dan analisis dokumen hukum adalah bagian dari proses penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan masalah hukum yang rumit seputar cyberbullying dan menyoroti betapa pentingnya memperbarui dan meningkatkan tindakan perlindungan secara teratur di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Studi ini melihat hubungan antara hak suara, kebebasan berbicara, dan proses rehabilitasi bagi mantan narapidana. Bidang studi yang penting adalah bagaimana hak suara dan berbicara berdampak pada pemulihan dan reintegrasi individu yang sebelumnya dipenjara ke dalam masyarakat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan suara penting bagi mantan narapidana karena mewakili kemampuan mereka untuk berintegrasi kembali ke dalam masyarakat dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kehidupan demokratis. Responden yang memahami politik dengan lebih baik biasanya lebih terlibat dalam proses politik. Selain itu, faktor penentu sosial, seperti jaringan sosial yang kuat, berdampak pada keterlibatan politik mantan pelanggar. Diskriminasi dan rasa malu sosial, bagaimanapun, terus menjadi hambatan utama untuk keterlibatan politik. Pemahaman menyeluruh tentang variabel-variabel ini memungkinkan untuk membuat rencana yang lebih sukses untuk mendorong mantan narapidana untuk terlibat dalam politik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance, including: leadership, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction. This study also wants to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and analyze how job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 130 permanent employees at PT TI. The sample used was 99 employees using the Slovin formula calculation. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique which was carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population. The research method used is quantitative with SEM-PLS. Based on the analysis in this study, the results show that: 1) Leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 3) The work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction; 4) Leadership has no significant effect on employee performance; 5) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance; 6) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 7) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 8) Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance; 9) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance; 10) Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on teacher performance through job satisfaction at madrasah arifah. This research uses a quantitative approach through questionnaires to 98 respondents with a Likert scale with analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The research results show:leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect and significant to teacher job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, leadership has an indirect effect on teacher performance, motivation has an indirect effect on teacher performance, work discipline has an indirect effect on teacher performance, so it can be concluded that leadership, motivation , and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at Arifah Madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dimedia massa koran dengan judul “Analisis Profil Lowongan Pekerjaan Pada Perusahaan yang Melakukan Pengiklanan Terbuka dan Tertutup di Media Massa Koran”. Tujuan penelitan ini (1) mengetahui dan mempelajari bagaimana jenis pekerjaan pada perusahaan yang melakukan mengiklanan terbuka dan tertutup di media massa koran (2) mengetahui persyaratan pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan (3) mengetahui dan mempelajari perbedaaan jenis dan syarat pekerjaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan didalampenelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriktif dan tabulation croos. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang melakukan pengiklanan tertutup adalah tidak mensyaratkan warga Negara, tinggi badan/berat, kesehatan, sertifikat. Sedangkan perusahaan yang melakukan pengiklanan terbuka tidak mensyaratkan jaminan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Waru Barat Pamekasan yaitu sebanyak 45 karyawan. Hasil perhitungan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa (1) uji t: uji variabel Kepemimpinan (0.022), Motivasi (0.003) dan Disiplin Kerja (0.000) yang bernilai kurang dari α = 0.05, oleh karena itu keputusan adalah Tolak H0 dan Ha diterima. Artinya variabel-variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan. (2) dari ketiga variabel tersebut di uji secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat karena 0.000 lebih kecil dari α = 0.05, keputusan adalah Tolak H0 dan Ha diterima. (3) Uji R2: besarnya persentase pada variabel bebas berpengaruh kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 0.819 artinya 81,9 %, maka dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat korelasi antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah kuat. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) = 18,1 % dan sisanya disebabkan faktor lain.
