Abstract

The background of this research is based on initial observations indicating that the learning outcomes of students in social studies (IPAS) need to be improved. The discovery learning model was chosen because this approach encourages students to actively construct their own knowledge through a series of steps such as stimulating interest, identifying problems, collecting data, processing data, proving, and generalizing. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in social studies at SD Negeri 09 Rantau Utara, Labuhan Batu District, using the discovery learning model. This research employs a classroom action research method (PTK) conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and interviews. The research results show a significant increase in the learning outcomes of students after the implementation of the Discovery Learning model. The average learning outcome score increased from 69.91 in cycle I to 85.3 in cycle II. The percentage of learning mastery also showed an increase, reaching the established target. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of IPAS students in grade V of SD Negeri 09 Rantau Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis IT yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata validitas media pembelajaran sebesar 93%, validitas materi 86%, validitas media 96%, dan validitas bahasa 97%, sehingga output akhir dinyatakan sangat valid. Dengan rata-rata jawaban dari guru dan peserta didik masing-masing sebesar 93,8% dan 84,5%, serta hasil pretest dan posttest mencapai 80% dengan kategori efektif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis website melalui Google Sites pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV sekolah dasar terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective digital learning media based on Canva for teaching IPAS in fourth grade elementary school that can be used in the learning process. This type of research is development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. The trial subjects were conducted at UPTD SDN 35 Hutagodang, followed by research at UPTD SDN 02 Hutagodang, and then implemented at UPTD SDN 16 Hutagodang. The results of the development research of digital learning media based on Canva in IPAS learning for grade IV elementary school are valid with an average of 86.33% in the "Very Valid" category. For the practicality results from teachers and participants in the trial school, the average percentage is 94% in the "Very Practical" category. In the research school, the average percentage is 96.64% also in the "Very Practical" category. Meanwhile, at the implementation school, the average percentage is 98.10% in the "Very Practical" category. The effectiveness test at the trial school produced a result of 70% in the "High" category. In the research school, the results were 88% with the category 'Very High'. Meanwhile, in the implementation school, the results were 95% with the category 'Very High'. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that digital learning media based on IPAS learning in the fourth grade of elementary school is declared valid, practical, and effective for use and can be an alternative solution for innovative and engaging learning media for students.

Abstract

This study  was  aimed  at  analysis rentability  factors  influencing production, investigating marketing channel of tempe industry in District of Sukaraja. Samples were selected purposively, i.e. small medium and large tempe industry which is measured for its omset.  For marketing channel analysis, puspose,.entrepreneu(retailer  were taken while dealer, were selected using simple random sampling. Profit  and gross  margin ratio  were used to  analyze industry rentability while C-D  and marketing margin were used for analyze second and third purpose. The research show that Tempe Industry in Sukaraja District were able to gain profIt. Furthermore, volume of soybean, labor, other input where significant influencing tempe production. For marketing channel were founded on research location with 72.52%  of margin was a/located for producers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik hal ini disebabkan guru belum menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat menarik perhatian peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Elemen Pancasila dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Talking Stick di Kelas IV SDN 31 Ujung Labung Timur Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 31 Ujung Labung Timur dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I terdiri dari 2 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 1 pertemuan. Di setiap siklus meliputi empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas IV SDN 31 Ujung Labung dengan jumlah peserta didik 18 orang, 8 orang peserta didik laki-laki dan 10 orang peserta didik perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes, dan non tes. Hasil penelitian ini berpedoman pada tabel rekapitulasi hasil penelitian siklus I dan siklus II yang telah dipaparkan pada bagian pembahasan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada : a) Modul ajar siklus I dengan rata-rata 86% kualifikasi (baik) dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 97% dengan kualifikasi (sangat baik), b) Pelaksanaan pada aspek guru siklus I dengan rata-rata 82% dengan kualifikasi (baik) dan meningkatkan pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 98% dengan kualifikasi (sangat baik), pada aspek peserta didik siklus I dengan rata-rata 82% dengan kualifikasi (baik), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 98% dengan kualifikasi (sangat baik), c) Hasil belajar peserta didik siklus I dengan rata-rata 80% dengan kualifikasi (cukup) dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 91% dengan kualifikasi (baik). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Elemen Pancasila pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik karena kurangnya aktivitas belajar yang melibatkan peserta didik dikarenakan proses pembelajaran masih berpusat kepada guru, sehingga peserta didik masih kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila menggunakan model Numbered Head Together (NHT) di kelas V SD Negeri 17 Koto Hilalang Kabupaten Agam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dengan prosedur penelitian terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yaitu Siklus I terdiri 2 pertemuan dan Siklus II terdiri dari 1 pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas sebagai pengamat atau observer, peneliti sebagai praktisi atau guru, dan peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 17 Koto Hilalang Kabupaten Agam yang berjumlah 16 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, modul ajar siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 87,48% (B), meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 95,8% (SB). Kedua, hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran aspek guru siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 85,9% (B), meningkat pada siklus II menjadi menjadi 93,7% (SB). Hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran aspek peserta didik siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 85,9% (B), meningkat pada siklus II menjadi menjadi 93,7% (SB). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas V SD Negeri 17 Koto Hilalang Kabupaten Agam.

Abstract

This training aimed to enhance elementary school teachers' understanding and skills in applying mindful teaching and developing social-emotional-based learning integrated within deep learning approaches. The program was initiated due to teachers' limited comprehension of embedding emotional and social aspects in thematic instruction. The method included training, lesson plan development workshops, class simulations, implementation mentoring, and pre-post evaluations. Results showed a 59.8% average increase in teacher understanding, along with significant improvement in classroom social interactions and emotional climate. Teachers also successfully developed thematic lesson plans that reflect mindful teaching and SEL principles. This program confirms the importance of integrating mindfulness and social-emotional learning in creating meaningful and emotionally supportive primary education classrooms.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low of student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 13 Koto Alam Kecamatan Padang Ganting.This study aim to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes on learning Civics by applying the model Cooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievent Divisions (STAD) on the fourth grade students SD Negeri 13 Koto Alam Kecamatan Padang Ganting. Type of research is PTK by using qualitative and quantitative approach. The result of student learning cycle I 75,6 increased to 81,6 in cycle II. Thus, the learning of Civics by applying the Cooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievent Divisions (STAD) on can improve the learning outcomes of Civics students grade IV SD Negeri13 Koto Alam Kecamatan Padang Ganting. Key Word :Result study, PKn, model STAD learning

Abstract

This study aims to explain student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Discovery Learning model in class IV SD Negeri 08 Pasar Surantih. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were class teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners, and 22 fourth grade students at SD Negeri 08 Pasar Surantih. The results of this study are: (1) The percentage of RPP assessments has increased from 80% in cycle I to 90% in cycle II. (2) In the teacher aspect, it increased from 81.25% in cycle I to 93.75% in cycle II. (3) In the student aspect, it increased from 81.25% in the first cycle to 93.75% in the second cycle.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the effect of applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model toward the students’ learning outcomes of Social Sciense subject at Class IV of SDN 10 Lubuk Kilangan, Padang. This quasi experiment used the non-equivalent control group design. The population was all  grade student of the school in which IV A acted as the control class and IV B as the experiment one. The research result shows that there are effects of applying the model towerd the students’ learning outcomes. By using t-test with the level of significant of 0.05, it is found that tcount= -3.434 with P-Value of 0.001. Since the score of the P-Value is lower than  = 0.05, the H1 hypothesis is accepted.
