Development of Integrated Biology Learning Modules on Local Potential of Padang Lawas Karamunting Plants (Rhodomyrtus tomentosa) as Biology Teaching Materials Hafizah, Anni; Febriani, Indayana; S, Irwan

This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the integrated biology learning module of the local potential of the Karamunting plant (Rhodomyrtus Tomentosa) for learning activities on Plantae material. This study uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods based on the Thiagarajan methodology with four stages, namely define, design, development and disseminate stages. This research was carried out from July-September 2021 with a research sample of 32 students of class X. The results showed that the percentage of the validity of the assessment by material experts was 87%, media experts was 70%, and the practicality test of biology teacher responses (field practitioners) was 92 % and student responses of 92%. Meanwhile, the results of the test scores for the effectiveness of the biology learning module were proven to increase up to 100% and were able to improve student learning mastery. So, it can be concluded that the integrated biology learning module of the local potential of the Karamunting plant (Rhodomyrtus Tomentosa) as a biology teaching material for class X MAS NU Siborong-borong is valid and effective for learning activities.

This study aimed to determine the urgency of Guidance and Counseling in overcoming problems related to the spiritual and emotional intelligence of students at MAN 3 Langkat. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The research location is MAN 3 Langkat. The sample population of this study amounted to 8 students selected by the counseling guidance teacher MAN 3 Langkat with certain provisions. These namely students need help with spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence at MAN 3 Langkat. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification and uses triangulation as a credibility test with source triangulation. From this research, it is concluded that the urgency of counseling in dealing with the problems of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence of students significantly influences students. The impact of delay in handling these problems Guidance and Counseling is feared that students will dissolve in these problems, and it is increasingly difficult to be guided. In contrast, if guidance and counseling have timeliness in handling it, it will positively impact students. This is evidenced by the behavior displayed by students, namely having awareness and commitment to worship and the ability to motivate themselves and control their emotions.

This research examines the concept of educational democracy from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy to see how Islamic values and democracy are correlated in education. The aim of this research is to increase our understanding of how democracy can be implemented in an education system that follows Islamic principles. This research is a literature study with the method used, namely Systematic Review (SR) or generally called Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Research shows that combining democracy and Islam in education creates a balanced foundation of freedom, justice and moral obligation. It is hoped that this research can help develop educational policies that are more contextual, relevant and in accordance with Islamic values in the process of building a democratic education system rooted in Islamic values. Cabai rawit, atau capsicum frutescens, adalah salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang paling menguntungkan dari keluarga solanaceae. Secara umum, buah cabai rawit mengandung banyak nutrisi, seperti vitamin A, B1, B2, C, lemak, protein, karbohidrat, kalsium, fosfor, besi, dan alkaloid seperti capsaicin, oleoresin, flavonoid, dan minyak esensial. Studi ini dilakukan dari November 2022 hingga Maret 2023 di Desa Madatte di Kecamatan Madatte, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana poc urine kambing dan berbagai komposisi media tanam berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai rawit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Kontrol P1 terdiri dari urin kambing (50 mililiter per liter air perlakuan) dan media tanam (tanah + arang sekam + pupuk kandang kambing) dengan perbandingan (1:2:1). Kontrol P2 terdiri dari urin kambing (100 mililiter per liter air perlakuan). Kata Kunci : Poc urine Kambing, Media tanam, Cabai Rawit

The purpose of this research is to know or explain the career exploration of students at MTs Darul Ulum Budi Agung Medan. This research uses a descriptive research method or a phenomenological approach. Procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The subjects of this study were the school principals, counseling teachers and the students it self. The efforts made by counseling guidance teachers by carrying out group guidance. The results of this study will indicate the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in implementing student career exploration, namely by carrying out guidance and counseling services, namely group guidance.

Budaya K-Pop merupakan bagian penting dari fenomena global Hallyu (gelombang Korea), yang mencerminkan penyebaran budaya populer Korea Selatan ke seluruh dunia. K-Pop tidak hanya sekadar musik, tetapi juga mencakup fashion, tarian, visual, dan gaya hidup yang dikemas dengan pendekatan modern dan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana budaya K-Pop dapat berperan sebagai media dalam membentuk kepercayaan diri siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dianalisis secara mendalam untuk memahami peran budaya K-Pop dalam membentuk kepercayaan diri siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa idola K-Pop tidak hanya menjadi sumber hiburan, tetapi juga menjadi inspirasi dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, membentuk identitas, dan mengekspresikan diri. Budaya K-Pop memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap gaya berbicara, cara bersosialisasi, serta mendorong keterlibatan siswa dalam komunitas fanbase yang memperluas jaringan pertemanan.
