Abstract

This study explores Indonesia's personal agentic potential in addressing the spread of Covid-19 by implementing various government policies and Islamic agency awareness. Expost facto was used in this research, complemented with literature analysis. Data were collected from 200 respondents, classified based on education and gender. The data were validated using the Social and Agentic Awareness Questionnaire (SAAQ) and descriptors. The results showed that 76% of the respondents with secondary education had agentic and agent awareness of the virus and 24% did not. However, in terms of gender, 68% and 32% of male and female respondents had appropriate agentic awareness. Similarly, 60% of respondents with higher education and 40% with middle/secondary education had social awareness, in accordance with 35% of female and 65% of male respondents. These results indicated that respondents from higher education have a greater influence and potential in social awareness and agents to deal with the spread of COVID-19 compared to respondents from middle/secondary education. Subsequently, regarding agentic awareness, female respondents have lower social awareness compared to male respondents.

Abstract

This research aims to address four research questions based on the background of the problem above, namely: 1) To explain the phenomenon of Guidance and Counseling teachers' understanding of students' mental health problems; 2) To describe the planning and steps of mental health development activities for students carried out by Guidance and Counseling teachers; 3) To elaborate on the evaluation conducted by Guidance and Counseling teachers regarding the development of students' mental health. In this study, the researcher employed a qualitative approach. Data were collected from 5 Guidance and Counseling teachers at Senior High School 6 Pematangsiantar. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Guidance and Counseling teachers are knowledgeable about and understand what mental health is. The form of mental health development activities designed and implemented by Guidance and Counseling teachers at Senior High School 6 Pematangsiantar by providing information services on 'Mental Health' so that students understand the importance of mental health for themselves. Evaluation conducted by Guidance and Counseling teachers regarding the development of students' mental health at Senior High School 6 Pematangsiantar is carried out through process evaluation and outcome evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of problem-solving techniques through group guidance services in preventing self-injury in adolescents. The research method used is quantitative with a pre-experiment, one-group pretest, and posttest design. The data used in this research are primary and secondary. Secondary data was obtained from documentation, while primary data was obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of this study was class VII at MTs Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting, with as many as 63 people. The number of samples was eight people who had self-injury in the very high and high categories. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis uses the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with an asymp significance value, Sig (2-tailed) of 0.012 (<), from a significance level of 0.05. This means that problem-solving techniques through group guidance services effectively prevent self-injury behavior in teenagers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services through problem-solving techniques to reduce students' social loafing. The research method used is quantitative, with a pre-experiment design of one group pretest-posttest. The primary and secondary data used in this research are primary and secondary. Secondary data was obtained from documentation, while primary data was obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of this study was 63 students at MTs Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting. Sample as many as eight people who had social loafing behavior. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with the SPSS For Windows Versions 22.0 statistics program. The results show that the significant value of Asymp. Sig(2-tailed) < 0.05, namely 0.012. This means that group guidance services through problem-solving techniques effectively reduce social loafing in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas layanan informasi dengan teknik modeling dalam meningkatkan aspirasi karir siswa kelas X Siswa mengalami kebingungan dalam pengambilan keputusan karir. Terbatasnya informasi mengenai karir membuat siswa hanya memilih sesuai dengan apa yang diketahui. Oleh karena itu, aspirasi karir merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi siswa karena aspirasi karir adalah keinginan atau harapan, cita-cita, ambisi, dan mimpi yang realistis individu terhadap prestasi tertentu di masa depan. Layanan informasi dengan teknik modeling dapat meningkatkan aspirasi karir karena menekankan pentingnya layanan informasi dalam memberikan pemahaman yang diperlukan bagi individu untuk menjalani tugas atau menentukan arah tujuan, dengan cara meniru perilaku model dan langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk mencapai karir tertentu sehingga membantu siswa memahami dunia kerja, merencanakan karir realistis, dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen (experiment) dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Swasta Bhayangkari-2 dengan menggunakan skala aspirasi karir model skala likert. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik parametrik dengan uji Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil pretest menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perlakuan, terdapat 13 siswa dalam kategori "rendah" dan 19 siswa dalam kategori "sangat rendah." Setelah perlakuan, data posttest menunjukkan pergeseran signifikan, dengan 9 siswa masuk ke kategori "sedang" dan 23 siswa mencapai kategori "tinggi." Analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 22,463 dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,005, sehingga hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa layanan informasi dengan teknik modeling efektif dalam meningkatkan aspirasi karir siswa kelas X di SMA Swasta Bhayangkari-2 Rantauprapat, menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berhasil memotivasi siswa dan memperluas pandangan mereka tentang peluang karir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa di MTs Alwashliyah Sei Langgei. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VIII-1 dan VIII-2 dengan total populasi sebanyak 60 siswa, di mana 8 siswa menjadi sampel pada kelompok eksperimen dan 8 siswa pada kelompok kontrol. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experiment, menggunakan model non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji Paired Sample T-test, yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (< 0,05), menandakan bahwa hasil penelitian signifikan. Rata-rata skor pretest adalah 119 dan meningkat menjadi 131 pada posttest, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa setelah menerima bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa.

Abstract

The research objective was to find out the results of implementing group guidance services on increasing the self-confidence of elementary school children. 105367 Karang Anyar Village. Implementation of research using descriptive research mode with a qualitative approach and a case study approach. Then the process of collecting data from this study used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies, which used Miles and Huberman's analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research subjects were students at SDN. 105367 Karang Anyar Village. The results of the research on the self-confidence of class II students at SDN 105367 in Karang Anyar Village increased after group counseling was carried out. This can be seen from changes in attitudes and behavior shown by class II students at SDN. 105367 Karang Anyar village from stage to stage, whose attitude and behavior initially preferred to be silent and passive changed to being active and braver in giving responses in the sense of being more confident after implementing group guidance. Abstract

Research that has been conducted with the title“The Effectiveness of Group Guidance Services through Modeling Techniques withApplying the Tabligh Nature of the Prophet Muhammad Saw. to Increase Self-Confidence Class VII students at MTsN 2 Medan” which is motivated by the phenomenon of field findingsshows that there are students who experience low self-confidencelow self-confidence such as an attitude that is not brave and anxious students when presenting the results of a discussion in front of the class and not daring to appeardiscussion in front of the class and not daring to perform murojo'ah activities. The purpose ofThe objectives of this study are (1) to determine the description of students' self-confidence in class VII at MTsN 2 Medan.class VII students at MTsN 2 Medan. (2) to find out the effectiveness of group guidance services through modeling techniques by applying the tabligh nature of Rasulullah Saw. to increase the confidence of seventh grade students at MTsN 2 Medan. This research using a quantitative approach with a pretest - posttest control group design. group design. The results showed that:  (1) Increased self-confidence of students in class VII H MTsN 2 Medan. Before the intervention, 70% of students were in the medium category and 30% in the low category. After the intervention, 50% of students were in the medium category and 50% in the high category. (2) There is an effectiveness of group guidance services modeling techniques by applying the tabligh nature of Rasulullah Saw. in increasing student confidence. A significant difference can be seen between the pre-test and post-test results with a sig value. (2 tailed) of 0.005 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect before the intervention (pre-test) and after the intervention (post-test) on students' self-confidence.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini di kalangan remaja, khususnya di desa-desa, sering kali dipicu oleh pola asuh orang tua yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan dini dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi di Desa Karang Anyer, Simalungun. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekonomi, lingkungan sosial, dan pola asuh yang permisif menjadi penyebab utama. Dampak pernikahan dini meliputi terputusnya pendidikan, risiko kesehatan, dan tantangan ekonomi, meskipun ada juga dampak positif seperti pengurangan beban orang tua. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya pernikahan dini. Early marriage among teenagers, especially in villages, is often triggered by inadequate parenting. This study aims to analyse the factors that cause early marriage and its impact on children's lives. The method used is field research with in-depth interviews and observation in Karang Anyer Village, Simalungun. The findings show that economic factors, social environment and permissive parenting are the main causes. The impacts of early marriage include educational disconnection, health risks and economic challenges, although there are also positive impacts such as a reduction in parental burden. The results of this study highlight the importance of parents' role in educating their children and raising public awareness about the dangers of early marriage.

Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu unsur tridharma perguruan tinggi adalah program pengabdian masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, partisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diperlukan bagi seluruh dosen dan tenaga kependidikan. Proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu 1) pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk pendidikan sekolah dasar, dan 2) menggunakan banyak pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan dan cara-cara mutakhir yang mungkin digunakan oleh anak-anak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini selesai di SDN 094153 desa Karang Anyar. Dari kegiatan tersebut terwujudlah pembelajaran yang berpegang pada standar pembelajaran sekolah dasar yang dibuatkan RPP. Pendampingan, yang langkah-langkahnya meliputi (a), akan menjadi strategi yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Hubungi wali kelas secara pribadi (b).Memberikan gambaran mengenai kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan;(c).Pikirkan dan bicarakan tentang beberapa teknik pengajaran mutakhir; (d).Melaksanakan program pendampingan teknik pembelajaran kreatif bagi guru sekolah dasar ;(e)mengevaluasi program pendampingan metode pembelajaran inovatif.
