This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation components on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Mahalona Health Center, Towuti District, East Luwu Regency. The population in this study were 83 employees at the Mahalona Health Center. And this study used a purposive sample sampling technique with certain considerations. Then the sample used was 45 people using the Slovin formula. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The results of research from data processed using SPSS Version 25 statistical calculations, based on the results of SPSS output partially the results showed that partially the variables of financial compensation and non-financial compensation Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Other results found that the variables of financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation had no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant value for financial compensation of 0.001 < 0.05 and a significant value for non financial compensation of 0,000 < 0.05. Financial compensation and non financial compensation do not have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Kampung Holtekamp terletak di Distrik Muara Tami, Kota Jayapura. Wilayah Kampung Holtekamp terbagi dalam 3 (tiga) lingkungan Rukun Warga (RW) dan terdiri dari 9 Rukun Tetangga (RT). Teknologi digital dalam Tata Kelola Pemerintahan pada era Otonomi Daerah seperti sekarang ini, merupakan suatu keharusan yang dilaksanakan dalam Pemerintahan Daerah dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik. Yang merupakan perwujudan dari tujuan Pemerintah untuk menyelenggarakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil survei diketahui bahwa tata kelola Pemerintahan di Kampung Holtekamp Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura, sampai saat ini penerapan proses pelayanan administrasi surat menyurat bagi masyarakat masih dilakukan secara manual, hal ini berpengaruh terhadap waktu tunggu surat keluar yang tidak tepat waktu.Oleh karena itu solusi yang perlu dilakukan adalah melakukan pendampingan secara langsung kepada Pemerintah dan masyarakat Kampung Holtekamp khususnya dalam tata kelola Pemerintahan berbasis sistem informasi, yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi dan aplikasi Pace Mace Dukcapil. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan penginputan data kependudukan berbasis sistem informasi yang bermanfaat bagi Pemerintah Kampung dan masyarakat agar lebih dimudahkan dalam proses pengurusan administrasi surat menyurat.

Air pollution is a global issue that has major consequences for human health and the environment. Accurate air quality prediction plays an important role in mitigating and preventing the negative impacts of air pollution. The thirteen sources analyzed in this literature study show a growing trend in the use of machine learning for air quality prediction, driven by the limitations of traditional methods and machine learning capabilities in efficiently processing complex data. This literature study examines a variety of commonly used machine learning models, such as Support Vector Regression (SVR), Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and evaluates their performance based on metrics such as RMSE, MAE, and R². The sources also highlight the importance of understanding the factors that affect air quality, including concentrations of various pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, NO2, CO, SO2, and ozone), meteorological data (temperature, humidity, wind speed, air pressure, precipitation, and temperature inversion), traffic data, and spatial-temporal variations. The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning is the main focus in the development of real-time air quality monitoring systems. IoT sensors enable the collection of real-time air quality and meteorological data, which are then processed using machine learning models to generate predictions. This literature study identifies several challenges in air quality prediction, such as data limitations, the complexity of air pollution dynamics, and ethical & privacy considerations. However, machine learning offers great potential to improve the accuracy of air quality predictions and monitoring, thus contributing to a healthier and more sustainable environment.

Holtekamp adalah kampung yang berada di wilayah Distrik Muaratami. Struktur Pemerintahan Holtekamp terdiri dari kepala, sekretaris dan beberapa seksi serta RT/RW. Sebagai bagian terkecil dari pemerintahan, kampung memiliki otoritas dan tanggung jawab untuk menjalankan operasi pemerintahan. Berdasarkan hasil survei diketahui bahwa kendala website yang dihadapi oleh Kampung Holtekamp adalah akses website Kampung tidak diberikan kepada admin sebagai pengelola website karena developer meng-suspend atau memberhentikan akses pengunjung situs ke dalam Web tersebut, sehingga informasi publik masih dilakukan secara manual. Akibatnya, langkah yang harus diambil adalah membangun situs web baru dan mendampingi Pemerintah dan masyarakat Holtekamp secara langsung, terutama terkait dengan pengembangan situs web Kampung dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan penggunaan website bagi admin, Pemerintah Kampung dan juga masyarakat Kampung Holtekamp agar lebih memudahkan dalam peenyampaian informasi publik. Penelitian ini menganalisis konflik interpersonal dan efektivitas pendekatan mediasi serta negosiasi dalam penyelesaian konflik di PT. Pranala Bisnis Mandiri Tunggul Hitam, Kota Padang. Menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian dilaksanakan selama periode Januari-Desember 2024, melibatkan 25 informan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi metode, mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga kategori utama konflik: konflik struktural (45%), konflik komunikasi (35%), dan konflik kepentingan (20%). Implementasi pendekatan mediasi menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 84.7%, dengan mediator internal menunjukkan efektivitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan mediator eksternal (90% vs 75%). Strategi negosiasi berbasis kepentingan mencapai tingkat keberlanjutan kesepakatan 85% setelah enam bulan implementasi. Program pengembangan kapasitas mediator internal berkontribusi pada peningkatan keberhasilan mediasi sebesar 25%. Dampak positif terhadap kinerja organisasi tercermin dalam peningkatan kepuasan kerja (32%), komitmen organisasi (28%), produktivitas tim (25%), dan penurunan turnover (40%).

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using Lontaraq card media in learning to read Bugis language texts for class III students at SDN 51 Tonronge, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of an experiment. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest, which was carried out at SDN 51 Tonronge. The data collection technique used is the test technique. The data analysis techniques are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test (t-test). The results of the hypothesis test analysis (paired sample test) show that the t-value = 17,964 > t-table value = 2,160 (n = 14) with a significance of 0.025. Thus, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that the Lontaraq card learning media is effectively used in learning to read Bugis language texts for class III students at SD Negeri 51 Tonronge.

This study explores the integration of deep learning strategies with character education in the teaching of Bahasa Indonesia within the framework of the Merdeka (Independent) Curriculum. The primary objective is to examine how this pedagogical approach fosters meaningful, reflective, and context-driven learning experiences for students. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Makassar using participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian language) teachers and Grade VIII students. Findings reveal that the application of deep learning strategies actively engages students through text analysis, value-based discussions, and reflective writing, enhancing not only cognitive comprehension but also the internalization of core character values such as empathy, honesty, and responsibility. Teachers act as transformative facilitators who cultivate dialogic and humanistic learning environments, in alignment with the vision of the Merdeka Curriculum. Despite challenges such as limited instructional time and varying levels of student readiness, the approach has proven effective in shaping learners who are academically capable and morally grounded. In conclusion, the integration of deep learning and character education serves as a vital bridge between academic achievement and personal development. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of adaptive, value-oriented instructional models relevant to 21st-century education. Moreover, it enriches the global discourse on holistic, values-based education and underscores the critical role of teachers as transformative agents in humanizing the learning process.

This study aims to analyze the policy of school principals in improving teacher competence and the quality of science and technology learning at SD Inpres Tamannyeleng, Barombong District, Gowa Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are the supervisor, the chairman of the committee, and 3 high-class teachers. The data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observations, and documentation while the data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification. The results of the study show that the policy of the head of SD Inpres Tamannyeleng to improve the pedagogic and professional competence of teachers includes training, development, mentoring, and impact evaluation, supported by strong management, adequate resources, and stakeholder cooperation. Obstacles such as lack of support, limited access to training, and lack of funding are overcome through strengthening leadership, expanding access, and effective fund management. For the quality of science and technology learning, the policy includes planning, structured training, and monitoring, supported by facilities, teacher competence, and partnerships. Obstacles in the form of limited facilities and community support are overcome by intensive training, facility improvement, and community collaboration. This comprehensive policy is expected to significantly improve the quality of education.

RINGKASAN Pemerintah Kelurahan Dobonsolo terbentuk melalui serangkaian kejadian dan peristiwa. Sebelum memiliki status, Kelurahan Dobonsolo merupakan suatu desa yang terbuka pada tahun 1975, yang terdiri dari 4 kampung ,yaitu : kampung Yahim , kampung Sereh , kampung Jawa /Komba. Kemudian pada tahun 1982 Dobonsolo diberi status menjadi kelurahan. Demi terlaksananya penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik di Kelurahan Dobonsolo ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan dan perlu pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil survei diketahui bahwa aparat Kelurahan belum terlalu memahami pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam menunjang tugas pelayanan admistrasi kepada masyarakat, sehingga menghambat proses pelayanan di kelurahan, diantarannya masih minim kemampuan apparat kelurahan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office untuk pembuatan surat menyurat dan aplikasi Excel untuk pendataan dokumen di kelurahan. Untuk itu solusi yang perlu dilakukan adalah melakukan upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai dari sisi keahlian/kemampuan pengolahan data untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas dan para pegawai Kelurahan harus mampu mengoperasikan komputer dalam proses pengurusan administrasi seperti: surat permohonan domisili, surat keterangan ahli waris, surat keterangan tidak mampu, dan surat lainnya serta untuk pelaporan data Kelurahan Dobonsolo ke tingkat Distrik. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah Pendampingan dan pelatihan pengoperasian komputer yang bermanfaat bagi staff kelurahan maupun para Ketua RW/RTmelaukan pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat.. Dari hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini akan dibuat dalam bentuk Laporan PKM dan artikel yang dipublikasikan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Pendampingan, komputer,pelayanan
