Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Servant Leadership and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Nagari Head Office in the Tigo Nagari Sub-district of Pasaman Regency. The method used is survey analysis with data analysis techniques of outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study is a census that is equal to the population totaling 76 Nagari Officials at the Nagari Head Office in the Tigo Nagari Sub-district of Pasaman Regency. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the research show that servant leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work motivation has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Servant leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction not mediates the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction not mediates the effect of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepempimimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi yang dimiediasi dengan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 53 (lima puluh tiga) PNS di Kecamatan Padang Panjang Barat yang merupakan semua populasi yang ada di Kecamatan Padang Panjang Barat, dimana untuk penelitian menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepempimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpimnan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBappeda Kota Payakumbuh dalam lima tahun terakhir mengalami ketidak konsistenan dalam pencapaian realisasi dari target indikator kinerja sasaran yang tertuang dalam Rencana Strategis Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Masih ada beberapa realisasi indikator yang belum mencapai target. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji sejauh mana Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Keadilan prosedural dapat berpengaruh secara positif untuk menghadirkan dan meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta bagaimana pengaruh mediasi komitmen organisasi dalam hubungan variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk teknik analisis yang digunakan pada uji hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dengan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 37 orang pegawai ASN Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai namun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pegawai. Sementara itu Keadilan Prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Komitmen Organisasi pegawai. Kemudian Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior namun berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan keadilan prosedural terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh.Kata Kunci: Keadilan Prosedural, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior. ABSTRACTBappeda Payakumbuh City in the last five years has experienced inconsistency in achieving the realisation of the target performance indicators contained in the Strategic Plan of Bappeda Payakumbuh City. There are still several indicator realisations that have not reached the target. The aim of this research is to examine the extent to which Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Procedural Justice can have a positive influence on presenting and improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as the mediating influence of organizational commitment in the relationship between these variables. This research is quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for the analysis technique used in hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS application. Sampling used the census method, with a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as research samples, 37 ASN Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh employees. The research results show that POS has a negative and insignificant effect on employee OCB but has a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, Procedural Justice has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee Organizational Commitment. Then Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee OCB. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between POS on OCB but has a positive and insignificant effect in mediating the relationship of procedural justice on OCB of Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh employees.Keywords: Procedural Justice, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior
