Abstract

Nutritional status is a measure of nutritional status that affects human growth and development, so nutritional status data collection is necessary. Data on nutritional status in Rawalele Village was collected by village midwives, who were assisted by posyandu cadres in recording child weighing data and then submitting it to the puskesmas and entering it into the ePPGBM system. Due to difficulties with existing applications, data collection on nutritional status at the Rawalele village posyandu is still done on paper, so the process takes a long time and data can be lost or damaged. The purpose of this study is to design and build a web-based application to facilitate data collection on nutritional status in toddlers. A software model is obtained using the prototype development method. The prototype development method is used to create a software model, which aids in the development of a system that matches the facts of toddler growth and development data. The findings revealed that posyandu cadres could use the nutritional status data collection application for toddlers, making it easier for puskesmas to collect data from each posyandu.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the results of the needs analysis in the process of developing e-assessment media on the basic graphic design course. This research was a qualitative descriptive research by using survey methods in identifying the needs of students and teachers in learning assessment. In this research, the needs analysis related to the achievement of the student learning outcomes, the problems faced by the students and the media needed by students in the learning assessment process. This research used a questionnaire given to 32 students of grade X and 2 teachers of the basic graphic design subject. The results showed that: 1) there was still lack of assessment media that can be used as an independent assessment for students; 2) android-based interactive assessment media was needed on the basic graphic design subject. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that students need an interactive assessment media that can be used as an independent assessment media. In addition, these findings will be used in designing interactive e-assessments in basic graphic design subject.

Abstract

This research aims to apply Tailwind CSS as a CSS Framework on the website store’s PT. XYZ to be more responsive and have the freedom to determine the style and layout according to the analysis of website needs. This study was carried out at PT. XYZ in Subang Regency, where conducting product transactions with customers needs the creation of a store website. The phases of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and modification are all included in the research methodology. The UI/UX design at PT is reflected in the front end of the website store. Utilize utility classes to create UI elements in Tailwind CSS during the front-end design phase. It has been demonstrated that you may implement internet shop display designs more rapidly and freely give styles and layouts according to your demands by using the Tailwind CSS Framework. In addition, the responsive display facilitates cross-platform user experience by making it simpler for customers to complete transactions.

Abstract

Community service is a form of participation by the education sector, particularly higher education institutions, aimed at contributing to solving existing issues in society. The provided solution involves the implementation of academic expertise, ensuring that the activities are carried out in a structured manner. The community service conducted by the Department of Information Technology and Computer aims to assist the Regional Museum (Wisma Karya) of Subang Regency in its transformation by leveraging advancements in information technology. The community service activities took place from March to August 2023. The academic implementation takes the form of developing a website-based information system featuring three main features: an online visit booking feature, visitor recording feature, and feedback (rating) feature. The execution of the community service involves a team of lecturers from the Department of Information Technology and Computer, along with four students.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu elemen penunjang Perguruan Tinggi dalam mencapai visi misi Perguruan Tinggi, terutama dalam menyediakan akses informasi dan koleksi ilmiah. UPT Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Subang memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan akademik berkualitas, yang mengelola koleksi ilmiah seperti laporan proyek akhir, laporan parktik kerja lapangan, dan karya ilmiah sivitas akademika. Namun hingga saat ini belum tersedia sistem repositori terpusat untuk mengelola koleksi digital, serta terdapat arsip berupa file yang disimpan di dalam CD (Compact Disk). Hal ini menyebabkan pengelolaan arsip yang tersebar, sehingga mempersulit akses dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mencari dokumen tertentu. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sistem repositori yang dapat mengintegrasikan pengelolaan koleksi digital perpustakaan secara terpusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem repositori yang terintegrasi dengan metadata Qualified Dublin Core menggunakan EPrints agar mempermudah pengelolaan serta pencarian koleksi digital secara efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Analisis Desain dengan tahapan requirements planning, RAD design workshop, dan implementation. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Blackbox. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem repositori ini menjadikan pengelolaan dokumen menjadi lebih terstruktur, terdapat metadata yang mendukung pencarian atribut seperti title, creator, dan subject, serta memudahkan akses koleksi digital dari mana saja dan kapan saja.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design Sistem Manajemen Wisuda Terintegrasi (SIMUDA POLSUB) at Politeknik Negeri Subang. The primary objective of this system is to address common issues in the data management of graduates, the submission of SKBA, and the online management of invitations, which ultimately can reduce queues accelerate the process during graduation ceremonies. With the implementation of this system, the entire graduation administration process is expected to become more organized. In this research, the methodology used is the Waterfall model, with primary focus on the analysis and design stages. The research conducted at State Polytechnic of Subang with participants including academic administrators, graduates, department heads, treasurers, librarians, departmental admin, and graduation committees. Data collection performed through various techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies to identify in detail the user needs and technical requirements of system. The data collected translated into system design that includes Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. Data analysis was systematically performed to ensure the resulting design could meet all identified needs. The results of study show that the design of SIMUDA POLSUB successfully automated the data management processes graduates, submission of SKBA, and management invitations. The comprehensive integration graduation administration processes into single web application, customized specifically for the needs of State Polytechnic of Subang, demonstrates an innovation in higher education management. Based on these results, it is recommended that system be adopted and implemented more widely in educational institutions to improve the graduation administration process.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Manajemen Wisuda Terintegrasi (SIMUDA POLSUB) di Politeknik Negeri Subang. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pendataan wisudawan, pengajuan Surat Keterangan Bebas Akademik (SKBA), dan pengelolaan undangan secara online, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi antrian dan mempercepat proses saat acara wisuda. Dengan perancangan sistem ini, diharapkan dapat menggambarkan seluruh proses administrasi wisuda menjadi lebih terorganisir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa teknik yang meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi secara detail kebutuhan di politeknik negeri subang. Hasil dari pengumpulan data ini kemudian diterjemahkan ke dalam desain sistem yang meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis untuk memastikan bahwa desain yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan yang telah teridentifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan SIMUDA POLSUB berhasil menggambarkan proses sinkronisasi pendataan wisudawan, pengajuan SKBA, dan pengelolaan undangan. Integrasi yang terhubung dengan SIAKAD POLSUB untuk pengolahan pendataan wisudawan Politeknik Negeri Subang menunjukkan sebuah inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar sistem ini diadopsi dan di implementasi secara lebih luas di institusi pendidikan untuk memperbaiki proses administrasi wisuda.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan peluang besar untuk menciptakan berbagai sistem aplikasi, termasuk aplikasi berbasis desktop. Namun, masih banyak sekolah dan pesantren yang belum menggunakan teknologi ini. Salah satunya adalah Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Al-Jalal Subang, yang masih menggunakan proses manual dalam pendaftaran santri, di mana calon santri harus mendaftar langsung ke sekretariat, sehingga memakan waktu dan tenaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website guna mempermudah proses pendaftaran santri di pesantren. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan JavaScript, PHP, dan HTML dengan framework Bootstrap. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan menjadi cepat dan adaptif. Fitur utama sistem meliputi tentang kami untuk memberikan informasi mengenai kegiatan pesantren, pengelolaan data santri, dan manajemen keuangan pendaftaran. Fitur-fitur ini memudahkan calon pendaftar dalam mengakses informasi serta membantu pengelola pesantren dalam mengelola data dengan lebih efisien dan akurat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to resolve issues with Subang State Polytechnic's personnel data processing. The method for determining remaining leave and requesting employee leave is currently semi-manual due to the outdated technology. Numerous significant aspects of the system are included, such as the ability to use QR code signatures, store information, and apply for leaves of absence. Employees will be able to correctly and conveniently record their attendance with the attendance tool. With the help of the leave application function, employees won't have to visit the personnel department in person to complete the leave application procedure. This study develops a system using the Fountain Method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. To assure the quality and dependability of the system, testing is done utilizing UAT techniques and black box testing. A 98% success rate was attained by the system that underwent black box testing, and the results were favorable, demonstrating that all functions work as intended. Additionally, 83% of the questions had been correctly answered, according to data from User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Thus, it can be said that the system makes it easier to handle leave, attendance, and information notifications.

Abstract

Pineapple collectors play an important role in the distribution of pineapples from farmers to buyers, but manual recording is still a major obstacle, causing inefficiency, difficult data access, and the risk of recording errors. This study aims to develop a technology-based pineapple collector management information system to improve recording efficiency, data accuracy, and smooth distribution. The research method uses an Agile approach, which involves the stages of planning, needs analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation, with active participation of end users in each stage. The results of the study show that the developed system is able to improve recording efficiency, reduce errors, and speed up transactions and distribution. Key features include order tracking, payment recording, and stock management. In conclusion, this information system is an effective solution to overcome the problem of manual recording, increase operational efficiency, data transparency, and improve the relationship between farmers and buyers.
