Abstract

Nutritional status is a measure of nutritional status that affects human growth and development, so nutritional status data collection is necessary. Data on nutritional status in Rawalele Village was collected by village midwives, who were assisted by posyandu cadres in recording child weighing data and then submitting it to the puskesmas and entering it into the ePPGBM system. Due to difficulties with existing applications, data collection on nutritional status at the Rawalele village posyandu is still done on paper, so the process takes a long time and data can be lost or damaged. The purpose of this study is to design and build a web-based application to facilitate data collection on nutritional status in toddlers. A software model is obtained using the prototype development method. The prototype development method is used to create a software model, which aids in the development of a system that matches the facts of toddler growth and development data. The findings revealed that posyandu cadres could use the nutritional status data collection application for toddlers, making it easier for puskesmas to collect data from each posyandu.

Abstract

Museum, sebagai penjaga warisan budaya, memegang peran vital dalam melestarikan identitas masyarakat. Tantangan era digital mendorong inovasi dan peningkatan daya saing museum. Implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi langkah kritis untuk membawa museum ke ranah digital, membuka interaksi interaktif, dan memperkaya cara informasi disajikan mengenai koleksi.Sebagai entitas budaya, museum memiliki tanggung jawab merawat, melestarikan, dan mengkomunikasikan warisan sejarah. Penerapan sistem informasi berbasis website kini menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas informasi. Di Kabupaten Subang, yang kaya akan sejarah, peran teknologi informasi menjadi semakin penting. Oleh karena itu, Pelatihan Penggunaan dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website diinisiasi sebagai upaya memberdayakan petugas museum.Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mendalam dan keterampilan praktis kepada petugas museum dalam menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis website. Diharapkan petugas dapat tidak hanya memahami potensi teknologi tersebut tetapi juga mengoptimalkan penggunaannya. Pelatihan mencakup konsep sistem informasi berbasis website, penggunaan platform, manajemen konten, dan strategi pemasaran digital.Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan seluruh dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan mahasiswa Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Subang. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk terus memperbaiki proses. Hasilnya melibatkan implementasi sistem informasi, pelatihan petugas, dan penguatan pengelolaan konten. Dampak yang dihasilkan adalah peningkatan efisiensi dan relevansi museum dalam era transformasi digital. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperkaya pengalaman pengunjung museum.

Abstract

The potential of Sidajaya Tourism Village, which is not yet known to many people, has hampered the development of this tourist village. Information about the Sidajaya tourist village is still difficult to access, making people reluctant to look for the information they need, so knowledge about it is limited. Therefore, a system is needed to help the public access information about the Sidajaya tourist village. This research aims to build a website-based Sidajaya Tourism Village Information System as a medium for information and promotion. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, with data collection methods through observation and interviews. The system development stage includes analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The result of developing this system is a website that allows the public to search for information about the Sidajaya tourist village easily and supports more efficient promotion and management to increase tourist visits.

Abstract

With the development of technology and communication nowadays, it encourages everyone to get everything quickly, easily and precisely, especially in the world of e-commerce which is increasingly widespread and needed by almost everyone. A small thing that can help consumers is when they start looking for products or services that are according to their wishes quickly, easily and precisely along with them, assisted by other alternative choices. So when consumers want to type in the product they are looking for, they need to quickly search for synonyms. Autocomplete helps to do that by making search predictions based on the number of products previously purchased.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesian government is changing the government system into an Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) or often heard as e-government. With this change in the government system, it has an impact on various sector of life. One of many sectors is construction service sector. LPJK as a non-structural institution under Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing issued a letter to the construction services association regarding the development of integrated application with SIKI LPJK. LPJK and OSS institutions has implemented digital signatures on business entity licensing document. Construction service associations has responded to develop of these regulations by creating an association information system application that implements digital signatures. This research was conducted to apply an digital signatures to the validation of the Membership Card using the secure hash algorithm (SHA) and advanced encryption standard (AES) methods generated through the association information system. This application generates an digital signatures which is implemented with QR Code. The existence of this application is expected to be a form of support for the government which is making changes to the government system.

Abstract

Apotek Karlisna di Yogyakarta masih menggunakan metode tradisional dalam pengelolaan stok obat, penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan, yang berpotensi menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan dan memperlambat pelayanan. Selain itu, tidak adanya fasilitas pembelian online membatasi kenyamanan pelanggan dalam mendapatkan obat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan stok obat, penjualan, dan pelayanan pembelian online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Fountain, yang memungkinkan fleksibilitas antar tahapan dan interaksi berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan sistem. Proses dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan studi literatur, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan pemodelan UML dan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX), serta implementasi menggunakan PHP Laravel dan MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai harapan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pengelolaan stok obat, penjualan, laporan keuangan, dan pembelian online, dengan dukungan sistem pembayaran digital. Penerapan metode Fountain memungkinkan proses pengembangan yang responsif, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan memperluas akses layanan apotek secara digital.

Abstract

Prototype bertujuan agar tenaga medis dapat melakukan monitoring tetesan infus secara real time dengan melihat status yang ada di aplikasi komputer tanpa perlu berkeliling mengunjungi setiap ruang perawatan. Pada perancangan sistem ini terdiri dari ESP8266 dengan sensor photodiode sebagai masukan pada sistem monitoring infus. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian, alat ini mampu mendeteksi tetesan infus pada setiap menitnya dan mengirimkannya ke aplikasi berbasis desktop. Melalui analisis terhadap perangkat tersebut, diharapkan dapat mengurangi kesalahan pada proses terapi infus dan mendorong inovasi alat-alat berbasis teknologi lainnya. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem lain, seperti manajemen data pasien atau sistem peringatan dini untuk situasi darurat. Sementara itu terhubung dengan IoT, dapat memberikan informasi tambahan tentang kondisi lingkungan, seperti suhu tubuh, tekanan darah, kadar oksigen, denyut nadi, yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan pasien di ruangan tersebut. Integrasi antara teknologi IoT diharapkan dapat menciptakan solusi yang lebih holistik dan efektif dalam meningkatkan perawatan pasien.

Abstract

Dalam era global yang terus berubah dan di tengah langkah digitalisasi, institusi pendidikan tinggi seperti Polsub dihadapkan pada kebutuhan akan solusi pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan adaptif, terutama dengan pergeseran menuju pembelajaran daring. Melalui metode pembelajaran hybrid yang menggabungkan e-learning dan pendekatan Project Based Learning (PBL), penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan interaksi aktif mahasiswa, memotivasi pengembangan keterampilan praktis, dan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini mengikuti model Research & Development (R&D), dari penelitian informasi hingga diseminasi dan implementasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan respons positif dari mahasiswa terhadap model pembelajaran yang diusulkan, dengan mayoritas responden menilai model tersebut sangat kuat atau baik/setuju. Implikasinya, penerapan e-learning berbasis Moodle pada mata kuliah Project 1 di Polsub berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan relevan. Penelitian juga menekankan pentingnya metode pengumpulan data yang tepat, seperti angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dalam memvalidasi efektivitas model pembelajaran. Analisis mendalam dari respons mahasiswa membantu mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mereka. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pendidikan tinggi yang adaptif terhadap perubahan, serta memperkaya pemahaman tentang integrasi e-learning berbasis Moodle dalam konteks pembelajaran hybrid dengan pendekatan PBL

Abstract

This PKM aims to develop and implement a more effective learning ecosystem at Madaarikul Ulum Islamic Boarding School through an E-learning platform using Moodle, accompanied by digital literacy training rooted in spiritual values. Access constraints, variations in conventional teaching methods, and the need to enhance digital literacy for more than 480 students and educators drive this initiative. The methods include needs analysis, design and integration of Moodle with instructional processes, and comprehensive training for teachers and students, followed by digital literacy training that emphasizes ethics, security, and spiritual values aligned with the boarding school’s culture. Evaluation is conducted continuously through pre- and post-tests, participation observations, and participant feedback to assess improvements in technical skills, content comprehension, and the quality of learning interactions. Early results indicate enhanced technical competencies, digital literacy grounded in spiritual values, and more effective access to materials and online discussions. Moodle facilitates more structured class management and more objective assessment, supporting a learning model relevant to the boarding school. PKM could serve as a reference for other pesantrens in the effort to improve educational quality in line with SDG 4.
