Abstract

Now this credit guarantee business in Indonesia is growing, it is because the high public interest in doing credit. PT XYZ is one of the state-owned company engaged in the Credit Guarantee in Indonesia. Constraints currently faced by the PT XYZ is the absence of a system that can help predict potential candidate criteria guaranteed. Given these predictions, helping the company took the decision to provide a guarantee to secure potential candidates. Data mining is a new and useful technologies to help companies find the most important information from enterprise data warehouses that were previously considered useless. This data is processed by the method of classification is further analyzed using Naive Bayes. This analysis using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as tools. The expected outcome of this research is the analysis of the proposed system that can help companies to make decisions underwriting.

Abstract

Project management Information System with Weighted Product method is a system that is built to manage projects in PT. INTI system with the ability to become assessment media experts to assess a project, choosing a project holder with Weighted Product method produces recommendations as well as monitoring and also evaluation on the project to be executed. The purpose of this project management information system is to improve the system of evaluation and monitoring of projects that are still manual, so that with the system is expected work process can be more convenient for data storage to switch into the database. This project management information system is created by referring to the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with waterfall model that has several steps in sequence from analysis to system maintenance. Systems built in the form of applications with Web-based.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a new type of virus that can be transmitted to humans. This virus spreads very quickly and has spread to almost all countries. In the midst of Covid-19 outbreak, social phenomenon emerged that has the potential to exacerbate the situation, it is negative social stigma against a person or group of people who experience symptoms or have COVID-19 disease. They are labeled, stereotyped, discriminated against, and treated differently because they are associated with Covid-19 disease. This pandemic puts pressure on the emergence of mental illnesses such as fatigue, stress, fear, sadness, loneliness, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its probability of dying from Covid 19 is almost 3 times higher than those who do not have mental illness. Therefore, an expert system is needed to detect mental disorders in Covid-19 patients early as prevention. This system works as psychologist experts detect Covid-19 patients through the people closest to the patient. By observing the conditions and symptoms arose in the patient's psychological condition, the user will fill the data in the system to find out the level of disturbance experienced by the patient in real time. Then, the system will provide solutions, diagnosis results and appropriate treatment methods for patients so that symptoms of mental disorders can be detected and prevented early on without direct contact between patients and experts

Abstract

Promotion is a marketing communication that aims to attract and convince consumers to buy the products or services offered. Social media as a promotional medium with a wider target market reach and relatively low cost. The purpose of the study was to analyze consumer characteristics based on age range, gender, social media used, product category sought, and product criteria. These attributes are then analyzed using the k-means clustering algorithm. In addition, an analysis of the dominant factors that influence the success of promotion through social media is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm. Determination of criteria and sub-criteria through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 5 MSME actors and 10 consumers. The results of clustering form 2 clusters with an evaluation of the DBI value of 0.089. Cluster 0 members are 44 respondents and cluster 1 are 26 respondents. The results of data analysis show that Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp social media users are dominated by women aged 17-35 years. The most sought after product categories are fast food and product review criteria are reasons for consumers to buy. Furthermore, from the results of the dominant factor analysis using the analytical hierarchy process, five dominant factors that influence the success of promotions on social media are obtained, namely Product Reviews, Quality of Service to Consumers, Quality Content, Influencer Services, and Actively Interacting in Online Community.

Abstract

The use of digital media and information technology functioned an important role in the sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey results of 48 UMKM in Kabupaten Subang stated that they had utilized internet media such as promotions on Whatsapp, and Facebook. However, the business has not been comparable to sales before the pandemic. Some entrepreneurs also expressed a desire to sell products online, but limitations in knowledge and the lack of devices they currently have.  So there needs to be a workshops and assistance to several UMKM with four topics, that are marketing management, re-branding and updating product designs, the use of e-commerce,  and the use of financial management applications.  After the workshop,  it was continued with direct assistance by lecturers and several students to ensure that UMKM have utilized digital media and technology optimally. The last activity is monitoring and evaluation to see an increase in revenue after the use of digital media and technology

Abstract

The implementation of hospital information systems in the digitalization-based era, including medical records, currently shows that there is a need for nursing education to focus on information education, including developing electronic-based practical student nursing care applications. This research aimed to design the user interface and user experience of electronic nursing documentation, named "The ENC". The ENC (electronic nursing care) with a design thinking approach. Designing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) used a design thinking approach consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. Data collection was carried out at the empathize stage using content questionnaires and interviews. UI/UX design using the Figma application. Application testing with nursing student users based on predetermined scenarios. The ENC (electronic nursing care) application design uses the design thinking method to produce an application prototype that adapts to the needs of nursing students. To validate the efficacy of The ENC application, testing was conducted with nursing student users through predetermined scenarios. The design thinking approach facilitated the creation of an application prototype attuned to the specific requirements of nursing students. Following this, a comprehensive survey involving 30 nursing students was conducted to assess usability, quality, and satisfaction with the application's UI/UX, thereby capturing both positive and negative feedback. The ENC application adapts to the needs of nursing students to ease the transition from paper-based to electronic-based documentation, increase acceptance of the application, and increase its use in the clinical environment.

Abstract

Organizations is one of the parts that use information technology, both business/profit-oriented organizations known as companies and non-profit organizations. Implementation of ITSM in an organization or IT division will be very helpful to increase the role of IT actively to help develop or support the company's business. In this process, IT in an organization will also be easier to develop and improve in terms of service quality, if the organization has implemented standardized service management (ITSM). This study aims to analyze and discuss about IT Service Management. PT Ralali is an IT company that focuses on providing a shopping platform for the first business needs in Indonesia. PT Ralali connects millions of vendors and MSMEs so they can start and grow their business. The current condition based on the results of the study illustrates that PT Ralali has not implemented ITSM, this is the findings of the checklist carried out on the ISO standard service delivery process. Through this research, it is known that there is a significant gap from what PT Ralali has done today compared to the standards held by ISO 20000, so that based on this gap, ITSM implementation can be proposed in the technical support area according to the company's needs and adapted to the scope Research area.

Abstract

Museum, sebagai penjaga warisan budaya, memegang peran vital dalam melestarikan identitas masyarakat. Tantangan era digital mendorong inovasi dan peningkatan daya saing museum. Implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi langkah kritis untuk membawa museum ke ranah digital, membuka interaksi interaktif, dan memperkaya cara informasi disajikan mengenai koleksi.Sebagai entitas budaya, museum memiliki tanggung jawab merawat, melestarikan, dan mengkomunikasikan warisan sejarah. Penerapan sistem informasi berbasis website kini menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas informasi. Di Kabupaten Subang, yang kaya akan sejarah, peran teknologi informasi menjadi semakin penting. Oleh karena itu, Pelatihan Penggunaan dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website diinisiasi sebagai upaya memberdayakan petugas museum.Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mendalam dan keterampilan praktis kepada petugas museum dalam menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis website. Diharapkan petugas dapat tidak hanya memahami potensi teknologi tersebut tetapi juga mengoptimalkan penggunaannya. Pelatihan mencakup konsep sistem informasi berbasis website, penggunaan platform, manajemen konten, dan strategi pemasaran digital.Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan seluruh dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan mahasiswa Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Subang. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk terus memperbaiki proses. Hasilnya melibatkan implementasi sistem informasi, pelatihan petugas, dan penguatan pengelolaan konten. Dampak yang dihasilkan adalah peningkatan efisiensi dan relevansi museum dalam era transformasi digital. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperkaya pengalaman pengunjung museum.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design Sistem Manajemen Wisuda Terintegrasi (SIMUDA POLSUB) at Politeknik Negeri Subang. The primary objective of this system is to address common issues in the data management of graduates, the submission of SKBA, and the online management of invitations, which ultimately can reduce queues accelerate the process during graduation ceremonies. With the implementation of this system, the entire graduation administration process is expected to become more organized. In this research, the methodology used is the Waterfall model, with primary focus on the analysis and design stages. The research conducted at State Polytechnic of Subang with participants including academic administrators, graduates, department heads, treasurers, librarians, departmental admin, and graduation committees. Data collection performed through various techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies to identify in detail the user needs and technical requirements of system. The data collected translated into system design that includes Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. Data analysis was systematically performed to ensure the resulting design could meet all identified needs. The results of study show that the design of SIMUDA POLSUB successfully automated the data management processes graduates, submission of SKBA, and management invitations. The comprehensive integration graduation administration processes into single web application, customized specifically for the needs of State Polytechnic of Subang, demonstrates an innovation in higher education management. Based on these results, it is recommended that system be adopted and implemented more widely in educational institutions to improve the graduation administration process.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Manajemen Wisuda Terintegrasi (SIMUDA POLSUB) di Politeknik Negeri Subang. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pendataan wisudawan, pengajuan Surat Keterangan Bebas Akademik (SKBA), dan pengelolaan undangan secara online, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi antrian dan mempercepat proses saat acara wisuda. Dengan perancangan sistem ini, diharapkan dapat menggambarkan seluruh proses administrasi wisuda menjadi lebih terorganisir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa teknik yang meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi secara detail kebutuhan di politeknik negeri subang. Hasil dari pengumpulan data ini kemudian diterjemahkan ke dalam desain sistem yang meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis untuk memastikan bahwa desain yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan yang telah teridentifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan SIMUDA POLSUB berhasil menggambarkan proses sinkronisasi pendataan wisudawan, pengajuan SKBA, dan pengelolaan undangan. Integrasi yang terhubung dengan SIAKAD POLSUB untuk pengolahan pendataan wisudawan Politeknik Negeri Subang menunjukkan sebuah inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar sistem ini diadopsi dan di implementasi secara lebih luas di institusi pendidikan untuk memperbaiki proses administrasi wisuda.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of the healthcare sector is transforming nursing education and practice, particularly in the area of clinical documentation. In Indonesia, as mandated by Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 24 Tahun 2022, all healthcare facilities must document patient medical histories electronically. However, nursing students face challenges in practicing electronic documentation due to limited access to hospital-based EMR systems. This study aims to develop an Electronic Nursing Care (ENC) application as an Android-based platform for nursing students to practice digital documentation aligned with national nursing standards, such as SDKI (Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards), SLKI (Indonesian Nursing Outcomes Standards), and SIKI (Indonesian Nursing Interventions Standards). The ENC application was developed using an Agile methodology, consisting of five sprints: backend development, core features, UI/UX integration, advanced features, and comprehensive internal testing. A 2023 prototype trial demonstrated high user satisfaction, with 93% of students expressing satisfaction with the app’s user interface and experience. The ENC application was designed to reduce the administrative burden on nursing students by offering tools for documenting the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The initial results indicate that the application meets technical specifications and has the potential to enhance nursing education by providing a structured, user-friendly platform for digital documentation. The study suggests further pilot testing in clinical settings, development of additional features, and ongoing evaluation to ensure the application’s success in nursing education and clinical practice.
