Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Fixed Asset Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Return on Assets at PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the 2007-2017 period. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population used is the financial report of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the 2007-2017 period. Data analysis used includes Fixed Asset Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Return on Assets, descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the t test (partial) showed that Fixed Asset Turnover had no significant effect on Return on Assets, while Receivables Turnover had a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. F test results (simultaneous), Fixed Asset Turnover and Receivables Turnover have a significant effect on Return on Assets with a contribution of 30.25%. This is also reinforced by the results of the value of fcount (5.876) > ftable (4.260).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of community service management (PKM) and lecturer research in an effort to improve the ranking of private universities, with case studies at Pamulang University and Budi Luhur University in the Greater Jakarta area. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with 20 lecturers, participatory observation, documentation studies, and focus group discussions (FGD). Data analysis was carried out with a thematic approach that resulted in four main themes: (1) PKM and Research Management Policies and Strategies, (2) Implementation of PKM Management and Research, (3) Obstacles and Challenges, and (4) Impact on University Rankings. The results show that both universities have developed comprehensive policies and strategies in PKM management and research, but with different approaches. Pamulang University applies a decentralized management approach with an integrated information system, while Budi Luhur University applies a centralized approach with a focus on external partner collaboration. The main obstacles faced include the high workload of lecturers, limited access to research resources, and challenges in building a research culture. Effective PKM management and research have been shown to correlate positively with improved university rankings, especially through increased scientific publications and citations. These findings have implications for the importance of comprehensive policy development, information technology integration, strengthening external collaboration, and constraint mitigation strategies in PKM management and research to improve the ranking of private universities in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational marketing management in building the school image in Tangerang City. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that effective educational marketing management enhances the school’s positive image among the community. The applied strategies include strengthening public communication, improving service quality, and utilizing digital media for promotion. Moreover, the principal’s strategic leadership plays a key role in creating synergy among teachers, students, and the community. A good school image is shaped not only by promotion but also by academic reputation, service quality, and harmonious relationships. This study emphasizes that educational marketing management is a crucial element in building public trust and enhancing institutional competitiveness in the modern educational landscape

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroekonomi yaitu inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015–2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berbentuk time series tahunan yang diperoleh dari publikasi resmi seperti Bank Indonesia dan Yahoo Finance. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 26. Penelitian dilakukan pada indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG). Dengan jumlah data sampel yang di dapat sebanyak 10 data, pengamatan selama 10 tahun 2015-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, inflasi dan suku bunga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG, sementara nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi makroekonomi berperan penting dalam pergerakan indeks saham, sehingga investor dan pengambil kebijakan perlu memperhatikan ketiga variabel ini dalam menyusun strategi investasi dan kebijakan ekonomi.

The science of financial growth management especially financial management about the way find out about the management of the funds systematically, so that financial management is not only mastery of a collection of knowledge but also by is the process of discovery. What problems arose that is they did not the media that is adequate to explain a concept, Learning that effective. But most schools is still feeling a lack of facilities and infrastructures are. There are still quite information is. This will make it tougher for masyrakat in understanding the concept of, so to be an instructor should look to be creative and innovative. The result of the activities of its service is the citizen as well as the caretaker posyantek financial management that the problem is very important and is far from expected. The caretaker posyantek also find as much financial problems must be improved especially about how to get funds and also the most difficult too how to use the funds that there could be used effectively and efficiently. The obstacles faced on both posyantek managers and residents are unable to exploit existing conditions to use the funds available and have no further a partner of funding to run a business which is run wheels.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu dari penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan PKM ini mengambil judul “Pelatihan Pemahaman Pentingnya Pengelolaan Keuangan Dalam Berwirausaha Pada Rumah Yatim Piatu Al Amiin Ciater Kota Tangerang Selatan“. Lokasi yang dipilih merupakan Rumah Yatim Piatu yang berlokasi di daerah Ciater Serpong, Kota Tangeerang Selatan. Dimana lokasi ini memiliki usaha kecil yang masih memerlukan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah Workshop atau Pelatihan. Dimana sebelumnya dilakukan tahapan observasi langsung guna mengetahui permasalah yang muncul pada lokasi penelitian. Pelatihan ini digunakan untuk untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang manajemen keuangan khususnya pengelolaan keuangan pada usaha kecil yang sudah dirintis, hal ini bertujuan agar Rumah Yatim Piatu Al-Amien yang terdiri dari pengasuh dan anak - anak dapat memahami dan menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan dengan cukup baik. Selain Pelatihan Pengelolaan keuangan pada kesempatan ini sekaligus diberikan penjelasan tentang dasar - dasar Wirausaha dan penguatan konsep dasar kewirausahaan. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ( PKM ) berjalan dengan sangat lancar dan seluruh peserta yang hadir dipastikan mendapatkan pemahaman materi dengan cukup baik. Pada akhir sesi pelatihan peserta diberikan juga praktek sederhana guna menunjang kemampuan implementasi pengelolaan keuangan pada usaha kecil yang sudah berjalan di Rumah Yatim Piatu Al-Amien Ciater ini. Sebagai penyempurnaan dan memastikan kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan materi secara maksimal, akan dilakukan tahapan evaluasi secara berkala dari tim dosen dan praktisi pengajar.

Abstract

The Community Service Program "Increasing Children's Reading Interest through Interactive Literacy Program at Parigi Reading Park, Sawangan, Depok" was held for four months with the aim of increasing children's interest and reading habits through an interactive and participatory approach. This program uses a variety of methods including read aloud, expressive storytelling, story discussions, literacy games, and creative workshops. The results of the program showed a significant increase in various literacy indicators: the percentage of children with regular reading habits increased from 28% to 73%, reading duration increased from 15-20 minutes to 35-45 minutes per session, and the rate of book borrowing jumped from 15 books to 95 books per week. The program has also succeeded in building local capacity through training of reading park managers and volunteers, as well as increasing parental involvement by 68% in assisting children's literacy activities at home. The physical transformation of the reading garden into a more attractive and comfortable space, combined with the formation of a collaborative network with the literacy community and the library, creates a holistic and sustainable literacy ecosystem. Despite facing obstacles related to children's limited time, differences in reading ability, and limited resources, these challenges can be overcome through intensive communication and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This program proves that interactive approaches are very effective in changing children's perceptions of reading from boring activities to fun activities, as well as demonstrating the strategic role of community reading gardens as alternative learning spaces that complement formal education in building a literacy culture. This program model has the potential to be replicated in other literacy communities with local context adjustments.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the adoption of financial technology (fintech) among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in South Tangerang, Banten. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations with SME owners, fintech service providers, and experts in economics and finance. The findings reveal that financial literacy, infrastructure limitations, and resistance to change are the primary barriers to fintech adoption. Low financial literacy significantly hinders SMEs’ understanding of fintech benefits. Additionally, inadequate technological infrastructure in certain areas complicates access to digital financial services. However, SMEs that have adopted fintech report improved financial management and operational efficiency. The study concludes that enhancing financial literacy, providing better infrastructure, and offering targeted training are essential to fostering greater fintech adoption. Government and fintech providers can play a crucial role in supporting SMEs in overcoming these challenges
