Abstract

This community service was aimed to give understanding to Paguyuban Perias Ponorogo as an entrepreneurship group in goods and service sector of cosmetics accessory equipment about the importance of contract law of sale and purchase in business as proper contract will give legal security to the parties and can be used as legal basis for the parties. It is expected that those entrepreneurs can apply it in their business in order to get their rights law with the strong basis that can support the finance of their business. The study was conducted at Kota Ponorogo on 2 October 2017. The method that was used was giving material about contract law of sale and purchase, discussing the problems related to the previous sale and purchase agreement in Paguyupan Perias Ponorogo and training to make letter of sale and purchase agreement properly. The result of the activity shows that Paguyuban Perias Ponorogo did not know and understand about contract law of sale and purchase and the importance of letter of sale and purchase agreement in business as the agreement that they had done previously was still orally. Keywords: Contract law of sale and purchase, Letter of Sale and Purchase Agreement

Abstract

Upaya mengatasi terbatasnya energi listrik yaitu penggunaan energi terbarukan. Salah satu energi terbarukan yang berasal dari energi matahari. Pengaplikasian energi listrik yang berasal dari energi matahari pun cukup beragam seperti lampu penerangan jalan, penyuplai energi listrik untuk rumah tangga, battery charging, back up pembangkit listrik untuk industri, heater kolam renang, pompa air, dan lainnya. Dalam penggunaannya, panel surya banyak dipasang statik dan tidak memperhitungkan titik optimal pancaran sinar matahari. Hal ini menyebabkan intensitas cahaya matahari yang diterima kurang optimal. Sehingga mengakibatkan energi listrik yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengendalikan panel surya secara otomatis dan mengikuti arah pergerakan cahaya matahari.  Metode ini menggunakan sensor sudut berupa potensiometer untuk elevation dan rotary encoder sebagai sensor sudut azimuth. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini memiliki nilai tegangan maksimal saat pergerakan mengikuti sinar matahari adalah 22 V. Nilai tegangan keluaran dari panel surya lebih besar pada saat mengikuti pergerakan matahari yaitu 22V sedangkan saat kondisi panel surya diam hanya 20V.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan penggunaan energi matahari agar dapat mengubah energi listrik adalah menggunakan panel surya. Pengaplikasian energi listrik yang berasal dari energi matahari pun cukup beragam seperti lampu penerangan jalan, penyuplai energi listrik untuk rumah tangga, battery charging, back up pembangkit listrik untuk industri, heater kolam renang, pompa air, dan lainnya. Dalam penggunaannya, panel surya banyak dipasang statik dan tidak memperhitungkan titik optimal pancaran sinar matahari. Hal ini menyebabkan intensitas cahaya matahari yang diterima panel surya menjadi kurang optimal. Akibat pemasangan statik membuat energi listrik yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu perlu suatu sistem yang dapat menentukan posisi panel surya secara otomatis dan mengikuti arah pergerakan cahaya matahari.  Metode yang diterapkan pada sistem ini adalah metode astronomi. Metode ini menggunakan sensor sudut berupa potensiometer untuk sudut elevasi dan rotary encoder sebagai sensor sudut azimuth. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan tegangan output panel surya dengan cara mengikuti arah pergerakan matahari. Maksimal tegangan output yang dihasilkan adalah 22V lebih besar daripada kondisi statik.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren Miftahul Huda merupakan pondok pesantren terletak di Desa Doho Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur. Pondok pesantren Miftahul Huda saat ini dikelola oleh Bapak Dr. Imam Mudofir, S.Pd., M.Pd. yang juga merupakan Dosen Bahasa Inggris di Politeknik Negeri Madiun (PNM). Banyak kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh santri di pondok pesantren Miftahul Huda. Kegiatan tersebut antara lain: mengaji, sholat berjamaah, dan tausiah. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan kegiatan wajib bagi santri, sehingga setiap santri wajib mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Dalam monitoring kegiatan santri, pondok pesantren perlu mengimplementasikan teknologi alat pemindai sidik jari/fingerprint yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Presensi (SIP). SIP merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dikembangkan dan diinstall pada suatu server. Data kehadiran santri akan ditarik dan disimpan pada database server. SIP digunakan untuk mengelola data kehadiran tersebut yang tersimpan di database server. Hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai monitoring atau referensi penilaian bagi santri di pondok pesantren.

Abstract

The transfer of management from SMK(SMK) in 2017 by the East Java Provincial Government has an impact on many things. One of them is the need for media for communication. Information technology (IT) infrastructure in Vocational Schools is a connecting between Vocational Schools and the East Java Provincial Education Office. IT facilities can streamline and streamline communication between the Office of Education and Vocational Schools in various regions. To find out the state of IT infrastructure in Vocational Schools in Madiun Regency, there is a need to measure the maturity level of IT infrastructure in SMK. One popular IT governance evaluation framework used is COBIT. With the COBIT framework guidelines can assess current conditions, as well as expectations of what will be achieved. The results of the gap will be used as a basis for recommendations for improvements to what stages have not been in line with expectations. The results of the maturity level of management of IT infrastructure in Vocational High Schools at each school on average at AI3 sub domain are at level 2, while AI5 sub domains are at level 1. As for the situation in AI3 sub domains, there are still some who care about the importance of IT infrastructure policy, responsibility for infrastructure management is still limited to individual intuition, as well as the absence of measurement of the results of the objectives whether it has been achieved. While AI5 sub domain is management has begun to identify procedures for collaboration with IT infrastructure suppliers, there are standard criteria for the selection of IT infrastructure suppliers, and there are fundamental objectives for IT infrastructure supplier contract management.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding of students at RA Pondok Sholawat, Caruban, Madiun, East Java, about the Solar System through interactive learning media. Based on the initial observations, it was found that traditional learning methods cannot attract interest and improve students' understanding optimally. To overcome this problem, an intervention was carried out in the form of a grant for a set of touchscreen laptops and training teachers on using interactive learning media. The results showed an increase in the enthusiasm and involvement of students in the learning process and an increase in teacher competence in utilizing technology as a learning tool. This program created a more pleasant and effective learning atmosphere and positively impacted the quality of learning at RA Pondok Sholawat. Interactive learning media is expected to be an innovative model that can be applied in other educational institutions to improve students' understanding of scientific concepts from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the digital technology needed to synergize the zakat database with the tax database, to determine the advantages and disadvantages of implementing technology in managing zakat and tax, and to understand taxpayer awareness when the zakat database can be synergized with the tax database. Zakat and Tax are two different concepts, but along with the development of technology, both use digital technology in carrying out their operational activities. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The stages in this study are topic selection, research design, data collection using interviews, observations, documentation, data analysis, data validation by triangulating data and the last is writing a report. The results of the study stated that with the implementation of a digital system, data collection and reporting become more efficient, accurate, and easily accessible to the public. This not only strengthens public trust in zakat and tax management institutions, but also increases taxpayer and zakat payer compliance. Although there are challenges such as data security issues, infrastructure limitations, and lack of digital skills among officers and the community, the benefits obtained from implementing this technology are much greater

Abstract

This study explores bandwidth management on WLAN networks using Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) and Per Connection Queue (PCQ) methods to optimize Quality of Service (QoS). With the growing role of IT in both business and public sectors and increasing WLAN access, effective bandwidth management has become crucial to prevent certain users from monopolizing bandwidth for upload or download activities. The research involves data collection through observation and literature review, designing a network topology, implementing bandwidth management using HTB and PCQ, and analyzing performance with QoS parameters: throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The results show that the HTB method achieves an average throughput of 97%, a delay of 98 ms, a jitter of 77 ms, and no packet loss, making it ideal for networks requiring priority-based bandwidth allocation for performance-sensitive applications. In contrast, the PCQ method yields an average throughput of 93.5%, a delay of 217 ms, a jitter of 55 ms, and no packet loss, which is better suited for evenly distributing bandwidth among users. Thus, HTB is recommended for priority-based networks, while PCQ supports fair bandwidth distribution across users.
