Abstract

Penulisan ini merujuk pada prinsip ekonomi Syariah dimana sistem kehidupan yang di era sekarang sangat menentukan kehidupan manusia di masa sekarang. Terutama di aspek perekonomian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perekonomian di Indonesia. Apakah ada pengaruh serta kontribusi Ekonomi Syariah terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. Dalam mewujudkan suatu cita-cita yang akan dialami suatu perubahan maka dibutuhkan suatu proses yang tentunya tidak mudah dan sebentar. Penulis mencoba mengkaitkan dari hasil deksripsi yang didapat dari beberapa informasi melalui internet, jurnal, artikel dan lain sebagainya dalam hal perekonomian di Indonesia yang menumpukan kepada ekonomi Syariah. Tentu dalam hal pelaksanaan perekonomian ini, juga memerlukan kekuatan dibidang spiritual, dikarenakan supaya tidak mudah terjerumus ke dalam beberapa madharat yang biasa di temui. Penulis akan membahas hal-hal apasaja yang penting untuk dibahas. Ciri-ciri perekonomian yang seperti apa yang ingin dicapai oleh perekonomian di negara ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of economic growth  which is always in a fluctuating state. So that variables that can strengthen or increase economic growth are needed. Economic growth is often associated with the welfare of a country's people. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Zakat Infak Sedekah (X1), Exports (X2) and Household Consumption to Indonesia's Economic Growth (Y) in 2015-2019. Samples were obtained as many as 60 data of BPS and BAZNAS. The data used in this study are sekunder data time series. Data analysis  used statistical tests,  Descriptive statistical test, stationarity test, multiple linear regression test and also classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocesdasticity test, autocorrelation test and linearity test) with the help of Eviews version 11. The result of this study indicate  that zakat infak sedekah has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, exports has a positive and significant effect on economic growth and household consumption has a positive and significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

In human-centered service organizations, effectiveness largely depends on system integration and the quality of human resource management. Dynamic organizations continuously strive to enhance productivity and maintain competitive advantage through consistent performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic work ethics, emotional intelligence, and organizational support on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Wonosobo using questionnaires distributed to 85 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach. The results show that Islamic work ethics and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while emotional intelligence does not. Islamic work ethics and organizational support also significantly increase organizational commitment. However, commitment does not have a significant effect on performance and does not act as a mediating variable. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening work values and direct organizational support to enhance employee performance in high-pressure work environments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of human relations and workload on employee performance, mediated by Islamic work motivation. The method used in this research is quantitative, with primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed and filled in by PT employees. Metinca Prima Industrial Works Salatiga is as many as 118. The data analysis techniques used are path analysis and the Sobel test. The research results show that human relations and Islamic work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance, while workload has an insignificant positive effect. Workload and human relations positively and significantly affect Islamic work motivation. Islamic work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between human relations and workload on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, income, and family members on people's welfare with consumption patterns as an intervening variable in Muslim communities in Semarang Regency. The research method is descriptive quantitative with 100 samples from Muslim residents in Semarang Regency based on questionnaire answers and processed using multiple linear analysis methods. The results show that religiosity and consumption patterns positively and significantly affect welfare. Meanwhile, income and the number of family members do not affect welfare. Simultaneously, the variables of religiosity, revenue, number of family members, and consumption patterns have a positive and significant effect on welfare. Path analysis concluded that consumption patterns could mediate the influence of religiosity, income, number of family members on the interest of the Muslim community in Semarang Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, and leverage on firm value with Islamic Social Reporting as a moderator for companies on JII (Jakarta Islamic Indexes) in 2015-2019. The type of research used is quantitative, using secondary data. The sampling method is purposive sampling, with a total of 13 companies. The data analysis tool uses Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that profitability and dividend policy significantly positively affected firm value. Leverage does not affect firm value. The results of the moderation test show that the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting can moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value. Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting cannot moderate the relationship between dividend policy and leverage on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm Size on Profitability (ROA) with Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data in the form of panels. The population in this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) had a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. However, Firm Size has a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) does not moderate the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on profitability (ROA). However, it moderates the Firm Size variable on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of personal selling, direct selling, and Islamic values on customer loyalty at BPRS Sukowati Sragen with customer satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The number of samples taken in this study was 100 respondents as a sample using the random sampling technique. The tool used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed personal selling did not affect loyalty. Direct selling had a positive effect on customer loyalty, while Islamic values had no effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction had a positive effect on customer loyalty at BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Satisfaction does not mediate the influence of Islamic values on loyalty, but it is able to mediate personal selling and direct selling on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the effect of work pressure, job insecurity and workplace favouritism on the turnover intention with taqwa as moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT Metinca Prima Industrial Works Salatiga. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using an interval scale of 1-10 to 127 workers PT Metinca Prima Industrial Works Salatiga. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis shows that work pressure has no significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity does not affect turnover intention. Workplace favouritism has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work pressure, job insecurity and workplace favouritism have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Taqwa can moderate the effect of work pressure on turnover intention. Taqwa can moderate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention. Taqwa can moderate the effect of workplace favouritism on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion factors, marketing sharia characteristics, and trust in the intention to save in Islamic banks with religiosity as a moderator. This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires given to the people of Wonosegoro District, Boyolali Regency, who have become customers of Islamic banks. The analytical method used is the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method. Based on the research tests, the results showed that promotion has a negative and insignificant effect on the intention to save. The characteristics of marketing sharia have a positive and significant effect on the intention to save. Trust has a positive and significant effect on the intention to save. The religiosity variable does not moderate promotion, characteristics of Islamic marketing, and belief in the interest in saving.
