Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu permasalahan nasional yang sangat sulit dalam pengentasanya sebab kemiskinan harus dipahami secara multidimensional Desa Sumberbrantas merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu yang mempunyai angka kemiskinan  rumah tangga cukup tinggi di kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor pengaruh rumah tangga miskin di Kota Batu tahun 2019. Penelitian mengunakan data sekunder tahun 2019 yang bersumber dari Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan (BAPPEDA) Kota Batu dengan mengunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik biner dengan mengunakan aplikasi SPSS 16.0. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan adanya peran serta para stakeholder terutama pemerintah daerah dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan rumah tangga di Desa Sumberbrantas. Berdasarkan penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa variabel jenis kelamin kepala rumah tangga, jumlah anggota rumah tangga, Luas Lantai Perkapita, dan Jenis dinding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan rumah tangga sedangkan fasilitas buang air besar, status bangunan , sumber air, sumber penerangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadadap rumah tangga miskin di Desa Sumberbrantas.Kata Kunci :  faktor – faktor rumah tangga miskin dan  rumah tangga miskin

Abstract

Tercapainya pembangunan ekonomi daerah, tidak akan luput dari peran sektor unggulan dan sektor non unggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor unggulan dan non unggulan di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang merupakan data sekuder pada periode tahun 2011 sampai 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis LQ, Shift Share, Analisis regresi sederhana dan kontribusi sektor. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat tiga sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Pasuruan yaitu sektor industri pengolahan, sektor listrik, gas, dan air bersih, sektor konstruksi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor unggulan kabupaten Pasuruan. 2) Terdapat enam sektor non unggulan dan berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor non unggulan kabupaten Pasuruan. 3) Terdapat tiga sektor utama yang memiliki kontribusi yang tinggi di setiap tahunnya yaitu sektor industri pengolahan, sektor konstruksi, dan kemudian sektor perdagangan, hotel, dan restoran.

Abstract

Salah satu daerah yang memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terus berkembang pesat adalah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan wilayah penopang di Provinsi Jawa Timur tetapi memiliki kegiatan ekonomi yang dinamis. Berdasarkan data PDRB ADHB Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Timur setiap Tahun, Kabupaten Sidoarjo sebagai salah satu dari tiga daerah yang memiliki porsi terbesar penyumbang PDRB Jawa Timur setelah Kota Surabaya dan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis sektor-sektor ekonomi potensial sebagai peningkatan PDRB dan penunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Sidoarjo berbasis pada analisis Location Quotient, analisis Shift Share, Indeks Spesialisasi, dan SWOT yang tujuannya untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan dan sektor – sektor apa sajakah yang mendorong dan menghambat pertumbuhan Kabupaten Sidoarjo di Provonsi Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil analsisis, terdapat sektor basis ada 4 sektor dan sektor non basis ada 13 sektor. Sektor basis di antaranya sektor Industri Pengelolahan sebesar 1,72; Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas sebesar 2,55; Kontruksi sebesar 1,02; dan Trasportasi dan Pergudangan 2,78.. Kabupaten Sidoarjo meliki sektor spesialisasi yaitu Industri Pengolahan, Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas, Transportasi dan pergudangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the energy transition including consumption of new renewable energy, consumption of fossil energy and production of new and renewable energy on gross domestic product in Indonesia. The data in this research study is secondary data with a period of 20 years, between 2000 and 2019 which was obtained from the International Energy Agency (IEA), International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and several scientific journals. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the assumption of BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimate). The results obtained that the consumption of new and renewable energy has a positive relationship but does not have a significant effect on gross domestic product in Indonesia, while the consumption of fossil energy and also the production of new and renewable energy has a positive relationship and has a significant effect on gross domestic product in Indonesia.

Abstract

The information system used by cooperatives is generally an accounting information system because it has transaction processes, ledgers, and processes various accounting reports such as balance sheets, cash flows, and profit and loss. The Patria Karya Bersama Cooperative is a cooperative entity engaged in the field of Service Cooperatives where the main service sector is in Tourism. At the present time the condition of the Patria Karya Bersama Cooperative is carrying out all semi-manual administrative processes because some of the data processing processes have utilized computers and data processing aids, but most of them still use handwriting. This study builds a data model that can later be used to build a cooperative system database. The method used for the development of the data model in this study is the Data Base Life Cycle (DBLC) method. The model has several stages of work and will also produce several data models. However, this article only describes the results of research that produces a data model in the form of an E-R Diagram. The use of this method has provided convenience, accuracy and compatibility between the data requirements needed according to the Cooperative Patria Karya Bersama business process. The data model in the form of an E-R diagram has been generated in this study. The data model design of the cooperative information system model resulted in ten entities. The design of the data model produced in this study will make it easier for database developers to build a comparative information system database.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

Abstract

This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of interviews with UMKM partners "Spikoe Jadoel" in Rungkut Kidul Village to understand the progress of these UMKM. The data used in this research can be obtained through recordings, notes, literature review, participation, and interviews. Researchers used two types of data, namely secondary and primary data. The purpose of this research is to describe the results of the research that has been done. The research results were obtained from what was observed, felt, seen, and asked during the progress of the research conducted on the research object. This study aims to describe various matters related to the knowledge of the residents of the Rungkut Kidul Village, especially regarding the assistance and progress of the "Spikoe Jadoel" UMKM. In this context, UMKM is a sector that has a very large impact and influence in the era of digital technology development. UMKM use digital technology for their product marketing activities, one of which is through the marketplace. UMKM have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy. In the Spikoe Jadoel marketing system, there is still word-of-mouth promotion where conditions like this are a challenge for UMKM Al-Ashar in selling their products. The Al-Ashar Foundation produces Spikoe cakes if anyone orders them or made by order. Usually Spikoe Jadoel orders or orders a lot when approaching Eid and if there is a celebration. The Al-Ashar Foundation was able to revive the economy, especially UMKM in the culinary field and became the hallmark of food products in the Rungkut Kidul sub-district through the innovation they made by making fruit grown on the roof garden to make Spikoe Jadoel cake. Therefore, dissemination of digital marketing strategies through social media is important, because it can provide information to UMKM stakeholders about opportunities and steps to expand consumer networks through social media in order to increase the competitive advantage of these UMKM.

Abstract

Original Local Government Revenue of East Java Province makes a high contribution compared to other provinces in Indonesia, being ranked third largest. During the period from 2010 to 2019, there was a continuous increase in Original Local Government Revenue. However, in 2020 there was a decrease due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An increase in Original Local Government Revenue will occur again in 2021 due to the implementation of the new normal policy. The objective of this study is to comprehend and examine how the quantity of hotels, restaurants, individual income, and population size impact the Original Local Government Revenue within the region of East Java Province. This study uses a quantitative approach and focuses on East Java Province from 2010 to 2022. The results show that the number of hotels and restaurants does not affect Original Local Government Revenue. Nonetheless, both individual income per person and population size exert a favorable impact on the Original Local Government Revenue in East Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of the flypaper effect through the influence of Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Profit Sharing Funds on Regional Expenditures in the Regency/City of the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data used in this study is secondary data for 2012 – 2021 sourced from the BPS for the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the DJPK of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance. The research method used is the quantitative method and processed with STATA 14. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously and partially the variables Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds, have a positive and significant effect on Regional Expenditures. While the Revenue Sharing Fund does not affect Regional Expenditure, among the three balance funds of the General Allocation Fund has a major influence on Regional Expenditure. The results also show that there is a flypaper effect phenomenon in the Regional Expenditure of the Regency/City of the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
