Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that the kicks are not perfectly coordinated, and do not have the strength so that the kicks are easily read by opponents so that they are easily deflected, evasive and captured are related to the majority of students who research silat extracurricular activities and reduce physical training given to students specifically to train the strength of students' limbs which are useful when performing pencak silat. The purpose of this research was to research the effect of split squat jump training on leg muscle strength in the pesilat holy sites of Pondok Modern Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru. Based on the population and sample in this research were Participants of Tapak Suci College Modern Pondok Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru, the total number of students was 10 students. The instruments used to collect data were pre test and post test of leg muscle explosive power with a vertical jump test. The data analysis technique used is the t test. Based on the results of the pree test and post-test vertical jump with an average value of 14.40% with t test = 12.531> of t table = 1.833. Therefore, it can be used to divide split squat jump on leg muscle strength at the Pesantren Tapak Suci Modern Islamic Boarding School Al Kautsar Pekanbaru.Key Words: Split Squat Jump Training, Leg Muscle Power

Abstract

Standing frame dibutuhkan oleh Yayasan Pangon Utomo untuk manajemen postural anak penyandang cerebral palsy. Hasil identifikasi masalah dan penelitian yang dilakukan penulis terkait dengan tema kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa dibutuhkan standing frame yang sesuai kebutuhan terapis untuk manajemen postural anak penyandang cerebral palsy dalam posisi berbaring, duduk dan berdiri. Standing frame dibuat adjustable menggunakan actuator linier electric dengan control, reclining jog dan connector. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terapis tentang standing frame meliputi sistem kelistrikan, reclining jog, actuator linier electric, control dan connector juga meningkatkan kemampuan terapis tentang penggunaan standing frame dalam posisi berbaring, duduk dan berdiri serta cara pemeliharaan standing frame yang benar. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan demonstrasi. Tahap pelatihan ada persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan terjadi peningkatan 100% dari pre-test ke post-test yang menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan terapis tentang standing frame serta meningkatkan kemampuan terapis dalam penggunaan dan pemeliharaan standing frame. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan pelayanan manajemen postural anak penyandang cerebral palsy di Yayasan Pangon Utomo.

Abstract

The world's energy sources have undergone several changes, from initially mostly using biomass to fossil fuels, which was triggered by the Industrial Revolution in the 1900s. The increasing use of fossil energy causes an increase in greenhouse gas emissions. One alternative that can be done is the use of solar power plants. An example of its use is in fulfilling electrical energy, such as lighting, by using electrical energy that still uses a small amount of power. Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi “Warga” Surakarta of Indonesia, together with UC TATI Malaysia, collaborated in the use of solar-based renewable energy, which was implemented in Segorogunung Village, Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency. Several points at this location still have minimal lighting, making them prone to accidents and crime. The method used in this community service activity is providing knowledge about solar cells, solar cell wiring diagrams, and how to check and repair solar-based public street lighting. The results obtained from this community service show that the community understands and can install and repair solar cell-based public street lighting. In conclusion, the presence of public road lighting on several roads in Segorogunung Village can reduce the accident rate and provide a sense of security for the community when crossing the road.

Abstract

Regional taxes and regional levies are Regional Original Income and one of the sources of regional income, funds obtained from regional taxes and levies are used to finance the running of the Regional Government. One of the Regional Original Income is from parking levies, the existence of parking lots in the city of Kudus has developed very significantly. This is in line with Kudus City as a kretek city and a city of religious tourism. Parking levies are one of the sources of Regional Original Income, which if parking levies are managed optimally, can increase Regional Original Income (PAD). This study will discuss the implementation of the Kudus Regency DPRD's supervisory function regarding the collection of parking levies as PAD and the level of intensity of the implementation of the Kudus Regency DPRD's supervisory function. This study uses a Non-Doctrinal problem approach method, the type of data in this study is primary data is data obtained or obtained directly from sources/informants, primary data is data that has not been processed or original data, therefore in order to be used primary data needs to be processed first. Secondary data is data that is ready and ready to be used. The data collection method in this study is primary data as the main data and secondary data as supporting data, data collection in this study by means of field studies (primary data) and literature studies (library research). Data analysis in this study by organizing and sorting data, organizing it into a pattern, category and basic description unit. The results of this research are that the supervisory function of the Regency DPRD to increase Regional Original Income includes supervision of the implementation of Regional Regulations and other statutory regulations, regional head regulations, regional government policies in implementing programs to increase Regional Original Income. The existence of illegal parking in Kudus Regency is the responsibility of the Parking UPT as the parking manager in Kudus Regency, and this problem must be resolved immediately by the Parking UPT. The effectiveness of implementing the supervisory function of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) towards increasing regional legitimate income (PAD) can be carried out by implementing several monitoring methods, namely: Preliminary Control, Interim Control, and Post Control. Kudus Regency DPRD's supervision of Regional Original Revenue is not yet optimal, This is because there is still illegal parking.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “Kedudukan Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) Sebagai Wujud Pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Kudus Dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Good Governance”, secara umum mengulas tentang kedudukan LKPJ Kepala Daerah dalam mewujudkan pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Kudus dan mekanisme pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPRD terhadap LKPJ Kabupaten Kudus dalam rangka mewujudkan Good Governance.Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Teknik pengolahan data dengan cara memeriksa, meneliti dan analisa data.Berdasar hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa LKPJ Kepala Daerah kepada DPRD merupakan laporan tentang informasi dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah selama 1 (satu) tahun anggaran atau akhir masa jabatan yang disampaikan oleh Kepala Daerah kepada DPRD. Tujuan LKPJ untuk mengetahui  keberhasilan atau kegagalan Kepala Daerah dalam menjalankan tugasnya selama satu periode atau periode tertentu sebagai peningkatan efisiensi, efektivitas dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah melalui pengawasan DPRD. Kinerja Pemerintah perlu mendapat pengawasan DPRD. Dengan adanya pengawasan, maka anggaran yang dikeluarkan dapat dikendalikan. Jika tidak dapat dikendalikan, maka Kepala Daerah dinilai tidak dapat melaksanakan tugasnya sebagaimana mestinya. Sebagai penilaian dalam penggunakan anggaran, maka Kepala Daerah harus memperhatikan dokumen pelaksanaan anggaran sebagai kontrol atas penggunaan anggaran.
