Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Regional Training program for NTB Province for PON 2024. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The evaluation model used in this research is the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). The research results show that the context aspect, namely in the form of policies and objectives, has been well defined by KONI NTB. In the input, process and product aspects, there are significant obstacles. Where the availability of facilities and infrastructure is still lacking, budget support is still inadequate. In terms of success in qualifying athletes, there has actually been an increase, with more than 254 athletes qualifying to take part in the upcoming PON 2024. However, this achievement is the result of the involvement of elements outside KONI NTB, namely Sports Management, as well as athletes and coaches who are active independently. KONI should have taken a key role, but in reality it was replaced by other parties who actually have roles and responsibilities that are no greater than KONI.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul: Coaching Clinic Atletik Nomor Lompat Horizontal Pada Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Kota Mataram bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru Penjas dalam bidang olahraga atletik (khususnya nomor lompat horizontal). Hal ini dilakukan mengingat masih rendahnya literasi maupun keahlian para guru pada cabang olahraga atletik nomor lompat jauh dan lompat jangkit. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan pemecahan masalahnya yang bersifat segera. Melalui metode pelatihan ini, tim pengabdian melakukan transfer ilmu dan kemampuan kepada para guru Penjas di Kota Mataram. Diharapkan pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami oleh objek pengabdian.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a digital punching bag as an innovative tool to measure and improve dolyo chagi kick power. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest posttest control group design. The population of this study was 60 taekwondo athletes aged 12-16 years. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The research tools and instruments included a digital punching bag, which was designed with a pressure sensor to measure kick strength. The results of statistical analysis showed a significant increase in kicking power in the experimental group, with an average increase of 17.11 points compared to 1.34 points in the control group. Statistical tests (t = 15.198; p < 0.05) confirmed the effectiveness of the digital punching bag in significantly increasing kicking power. Descriptive statistics, the mean pretest score of the experimental group was 153.29, with scores of 145 to 168, and increased to 170.40 in the posttest, with scores of 157 to 187. The control group showed only minimal improvement, from an average pretest of 147.23 (range 143-156) to 148.57 on the posttest (range 145-157). The study concluded that the digital punching bag is an innovative and effective tool for improving athlete performance through accurate measurement and real-time feedback.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Physical Program of PT.OCK Athletic Club Phase I in 2024. The evaluation method used in this research is Context Input Process Product (CIPP) obtained from a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach and explained in descriptive research.  The research results show that the basic context and objectives are clear. In terms of the input aspect of the program being implemented, human resources, infrastructure and financial sources are adequate. In the process there were significant obstacles with the training schedule, participant character in body posture, age adjustment, management and organization of the ratio of trainers and participants was not optimal, coaching, more precisely, physical training carried out during that period was aimed at finding out the NAJ results (Final Score Physical) data has been obtained. From the product data, the existing results become a benchmark for Physical Program. PT. OCK Athletic Club Phase I in 2024 to further increase the duties and responsibilities of PT. OCK Athletic Club to improve Physical Program development.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of agility among badminton athletes, especially when defending and attacking in the front, side, and back areas of the court, which often results in losing the shuttlecock. To address this issue, physical conditioning training was conducted using a combination of ladder drills and resistance band training. Ladder drills are a form of jumping exercise with one or two feet across a ladder-shaped rope placed on the floor or ground. Resistance bands are elastic bands used in strength and flexibility training. This training method is divided into two main stages. The first stage includes providing theoretical knowledge and discussion, material delivery, program design, and evaluation. In this stage, participants will receive an in-depth explanation of correct badminton techniques and specific training programs related to physical conditioning training using ladder drills and resistance bands. The second stage is the implementation of physical training practices. This training was conducted by lecturers from the Sports and Health Education Study Program, Faculty of Sport Science and Public Health, Mandalika University of Education on June 3-4, 2025, at the badminton court of the Warna Agung Sports Hall. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis, terutama saat bertahan dan menyerang di area depan, samping, dan belakang lapangan, yang sering mengakibatkan kehilangan shuttlecock. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan pendampingan kondisi fisik menggunakan kombinasi latihan ladder drill dan resistance band. Ladder drill sendiri merupakan bentuk latihan melompat dengan satu atau dua kaki melintasi tali berbentuk tangga yang diletakkan di lantai atau tanah. Resintance band adalah pita elastis yang digunakan dalam latihan kekuatan dan fleksibilitas. Metode pendampingan ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap utama. Tahap pertama meliputi pemberian pengetahuan teori dan diskusi, penyampaian materi, perancangan program, serta evaluasi. Pada tahap ini, peserta akan mendapatkan penjelasan mendalam mengenai teknik bulu tangkis yang benar dan program latihan spesifik yang berkaitan dengan pendampingan kondisi fisik menggunakan ladder drill dan resistance band. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan praktik latihan fisik. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika pada tanggal 3-4 Juni 2025 di lapangan bulu tangkis Gor Warna Agung.

Abstract

PT. OCK Klub Atletik is a guidance institution physical programs, academic programs and psychology programs for interested candidate students and prepare for member entry TNI, Police and other official schools. Physical programs are physical exercise programs to improve the results of physical abilities and efforts to fulfill standardization on physical testing. The purpose of this study is to find out the results physical abilities and results standardization of physical fitness test police in students PT. OCK Klub Atletik year 2023. In this study using a method design survey forms of quantitative descriptive research by using instruments research in the form of tests. Sampling is carried out by technique total sampling so that the research subjects amounted to 152 persons. Physical test measurements according to standard instruments police. The results of the study were physical abilities with a very good category of 4 persons (3%), goodness 66 persons (43%), enough 60 persons (39%), K1 12 persons (8%) and K2 10 persons (7%) then results standardization pass limit qualified 132 persons (87%) and unqualified 20 persons (13%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh latihan interval terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobik atlet Kijang Rinjani Lombok Timur. Permasalahan penelitian berangkat dari kebutuhan atlet nomor lari untuk mempertahankan intensitas kerja dalam durasi panjang, sementara hasil observasi menunjukkan sebagian atlet masih cepat mengalami kelelahan saat latihan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan one group pre-test post-test design. Sampel terdiri atas 12 atlet Kijang Rinjani Lombok Timur yang mengikuti program latihan interval selama empat minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali per minggu. Instrumen pengukuran adalah Multistage Fitness Test (bleep test) untuk mengestimasi VO2max. Data dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, dan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test/paired comparison berdasarkan karakter data pre-test dan post-test. Hasil analisis ulang berdasarkan tabel pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan rata-rata VO2max meningkat dari 74,83 menjadi 77,46 ml/kg/menit, dengan rerata peningkatan 2,63 ml/kg/menit. Semua atlet menunjukkan peningkatan individual, dengan rentang kenaikan 1,00 sampai 4,50 ml/kg/menit. Uji Shapiro-Wilk pada data VO2max menunjukkan distribusi normal, sedangkan uji Wilcoxon terhadap pasangan nilai pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan secara statistik (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa latihan interval yang disusun secara progresif, teratur, dan berbasis prinsip kerja-istirahat dapat meningkatkan daya tahan aerobik atlet. Implikasinya, latihan interval dapat digunakan sebagai strategi pembinaan kondisi fisik, terutama bagi atlet lari jarak menengah dan jauh yang membutuhkan kapasitas aerobik serta kemampuan pemulihan yang baik. Abstract

ABSTRACT Sprint athlete development in regional areas requires a well-planned training system, support from competent coaches, and sustainable organizational management to produce high-achieving athletes. This study aimed to describe the role of the Athletics Sprint Academy (ASA) Club in developing sprinter athletes to improve sports achievement in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2025. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The research subjects consisted of club administrators, coaches, and outstanding athletes of ASA Club. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that ASA has a clear development orientation as a regional sprinter training center. In the input aspect, the club is supported by coaches holding World Athletics Level 1 and 2 licenses, although it still faces limitations in training facilities and funding. In the process aspect, athlete development is carried out through structured training programs based on individualization, overload, specificity, periodization, physical monitoring, and mental support. In the product aspect, ASA athletes achieved accomplishments at regional and national levels during 2022–2024. The findings indicate that a community-based sports club can serve as an effective sprint development model when supported by strong organizational management, scientific training programs, and a sustainable development environment. ABSTRAK Pembinaan atlet sprint di daerah memerlukan sistem latihan yang terencana, dukungan pelatih kompeten, serta pengelolaan organisasi yang berkelanjutan agar mampu menghasilkan atlet berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran Klub Athletics Sprint Academy (ASA) dalam pembinaan atlet sprinter untuk meningkatkan prestasi olahraga di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tahun 2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model evaluasi Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengurus, pelatih, dan atlet berprestasi Klub ASA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ASA memiliki arah pembinaan yang jelas sebagai wadah pengembangan sprinter daerah. Pada aspek input, klub didukung pelatih berlisensi World Athletics Level 1 dan 2, meskipun masih menghadapi keterbatasan fasilitas latihan dan pendanaan. Pada aspek process, pembinaan dilaksanakan melalui program latihan terstruktur berbasis individualisasi, overload, spesifikasi, periodisasi, pemantauan fisik, dan dukungan mental atlet. Pada aspek product, atlet ASA berhasil meraih prestasi pada tingkat daerah dan nasional selama 2022–2024. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klub berbasis komunitas dapat menjadi model pembinaan sprint yang efektif apabila didukung manajemen organisasi, program latihan ilmiah, dan lingkungan pembinaan yang berkelanjutan.
