Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul ?Pengaruh Latihan Delorme Terhadap Peningkatan Kekuatan  Otot pada Pemain Sepak Bola. Sepak bola merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua tim yang saling memperlihatkan tehnik bermain yang baik, masing-masing tim terdiri dari sebelas orang, kedua tim akan berusaha memasukkan bola kedalam gawang lawan sebanyak mungkin sehingga tim yang memasukkan bola paling banyak akan memenangkan permainan. Untuk mencapai prestasi yang optimal diperlukan kekuatan dalam berlari dan menendang bola pada pemain sepak bola. Kekuatan berlari dan menendang bola di lakukan oleh otot quadriceps pada pemain sepak bola yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan latihan yang memerlukan adanya tahanan yang optimal. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot adalah pemberian latihan Delorme. Delorme dikenal dengan Progressive Resistance Exercise (PRE) dengan menggunakan pendekatan latihan strengthening. Prosedur nya menentukan 10RM memberikan beban yang paling berat dan dapat digerakkan samai 10 kali repitisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor ? faktor overload dan daya tahan otot yang mempengaruhi latihan delorme terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot quadriceps pemain sepak bola. Metode  penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre test and post test with control design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 22 orang pemain yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok (kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen). Tehnik analisis data, dalam penelitian mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan pengolahan data mengunakan progam komputer SPPS for Windows versi 17 dengan taraf signifikan 5 % (? = 0,05). Luaran wajib dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional tidak terakreditasi ber ISSN. Luaran Tambahan (1) Accepted Artikel ilmiah dimuat di prosiding.               Kata Kunci: Delorme, kekuatan otot quadriceps. Abstract: This study entitled "Effect of Exercise Delorme on Increasing Quadriceps Muscle Strength in Football Players?. Football is one of the sports played by two teams showing each other good playing techniques, each team consists of eleven people, both teams will try to put the ball into the opponent's goal as much as possible so that the team that puts the most balls will win the game. To achieve optimal performance required strength in running and kicking the ball in football players. The power of running and kicking the ball is done by the quadriceps muscle on the football player which can be increased by training that requires optimal resistance. One way to increase muscle strength is giving Delorme exercise. Delorme is known as the Progressive Resistance Exercise (PRE) by using a strengthening training approach. The procedure determines that 10RM gives the heaviest load and can be moved up to 10 repetitions. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors overload and muscular endurance that affect the delorme exercise to increase the strength of the quadriceps muscle in football players. Experimental research method with research design pre test and post test with control design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research subjects were 22 players who were divided into 2 groups (the control group and the experimental group). Technical analysis of the data in this study using descriptive and inferential statistics with data processing using the computer program SPSS for Windows version 17 with significant level of 5% (? = 0.05). Mandatory outcomes in this study are (1) scientific publications on non-accredited ISSN national journals. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari gaya mengajar komando dengan gaya inklusi dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan dasar forehand tenis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 48 Mahasiswa putra program studi olahraga yang sesuai dengan kreterian mampu melakukan pukulan forehand, kemudian dilakukan tes Koordinasi mata-tangan, selanjutnya diurutkan berdasarkan skor tertinggi dan terendah diambil 27% kelompok atas dan 27% kelompok bawah, masing-masing dibagi menjadi empat kelompok, masing-masing terdiri dari 12 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis varians dua jalur (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey pada tingkat signifikansi ? = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya komando memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar dari pada gaya Inklusi, (2) terdapat interaksi antara gaya mengajar dan koordinasi mata-tangan, (3) pada koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi, gaya komando memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada gaya inklusi, dan (4) pada koordinasi mata-tangan rendah, tidak terjadi perbedaan pengaruh yang berarti antara gaya komando dengan gaya inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya mengajar dan koordinasi mata-tangan berpengatuh terhadap keterampilan forehand tenis lapangan.The Effects of Teaching Style and Hand-Eye Coordination on Basic Forehand Tennis SkillsAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of command teaching style with inclusion style and eye-hand coordination on the basic skills of tennis forehand. This research is an experimental research with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 48 male students of sports studies programs that are in accordance with criteria capable of making a forehand, then conducted a hand-eye coordination test, then sorted by the highest and lowest scores taken 27% of the upper group and 27% of the lower group, each divided into four groups, each consisting of 12 students. Data analysis technique used two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and then followed by Tukey's test at the significance level ? = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that (1) the command style gives a greater influence than the Inclusion style, (2) there is an interaction between teaching style and eye-hand coordination, (3) on high eye-hand coordination, the command style gives more influence greater than the inclusion style, and (4) in low hand-eye coordination, there is no significant difference in influence between the command style and the inclusion style. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the teaching style and eye-hand coordination are subject to field tennis forehand skills.

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang unik dimana mereka mempunyai kebutuhan berbeda sesuai dengan tahapan usianya. Pada masa ini proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dalam berbagai aspek fisik, sosial emosional, kognitif sedang mengalami masa tercepat dalam rentang perkembangan kehidupan manusia. Hasil observasi di lapangan menunjukan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus pada kelompok A TK Al Ijtihad masih rendah dan mengalami keterlambatan. Kegiatan motorik halus yang diberikan tidak benar-benar menstimulus perkembangan anak dan strategi pendidik dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran masih kurang tepat. Permainan Montessori yang merupakan metode belajar yang bergantung pada masing-masing anak didik, memiliki keunggulan dalam menumbuhkan kekritisan berfikir, berkolaborasi, dan bertindak lebih tegas, sehingga penting untuk diimplentasikan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi modifikasi permainan montessori terhadap kemampuan motorik halus pada kelompok A TK Al Ijtihad. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui progres hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan metode pembelajaran tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak sebesar 55% berdasarkan evaluasi dari siklus 1 dan siklus II. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat memperluas area penelitian dan jumlah sampel, serta memasukkan berbagai variasi permainan untuk mengembangkan aspek kemampuan anak. Modification of Montessori Games on Fine Motor Skills in Early Childhood Group A Al Ijtihad Kindergarten Abstract Early childhood children are unique individuals in that they have different needs according to their age stages. At this time the process of growth and development in various physical, social, emotional and cognitive aspects is experiencing the fastest period in the development of human life. The results of observations in the field show that fine motor skills in group A Al Ijtihad Kindergarten are still low and experiencing delays. The fine motor activities provided do not really stimulate children's development and educators' strategies in delivering learning are still not appropriate. Montessori games, which are a learning method that depends on each student, have the advantage of fostering critical thinking, collaborating and acting more decisively, so it is important to implement them in the learning process to improve children's fine motor skills. The aim of this research is to determine the results of implementing modified Montessori games on fine motor skills in group A of Al Ijtihad Kindergarten. The research design used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, which aims to determine the progress of student learning outcomes after being given certain learning methods. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in children's fine motor skills by 55% based on evaluations from cycle 1 and cycle II. It is hoped that further research can expand the research area and sample size, as well as include various variations of games to develop aspects of children's abilities.

Abstract

Physical condition is a prerequisite that an athlete must have in order to improve and develop optimal sporting performance. One of them is the NTB Kabaddi athlete who will compete in the XXI Aceh-North Sumatra PON event in 2024. The problem in this research is what the physical condition of the NTB regional athletes in the Kabaddi sport will be in the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra PON XXI. The aim is to determine their physical condition. NTB regional athlete in the Kabaddi sport for PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra in 2024. Physical condition includes Agility, Endurance and Leg Muscle Strength.  This research is a quantitative descriptive study carried out by total sampling on NTB Pelatda Kabaddi athletes, totaling 12 male athletes and 12 female athletes. In the agility test (Illinois Agility Run Test), the average for male athletes was 17.17 in the Fair category, while the female athletes showed an average of 19.14 in the Fair category. The endurance test (MFT or Beep Test) shows that the average endurance test for male athletes is 43.9 in the Poor category, while female athletes have an average of 34.8 in the Poor category. And the leg muscle strength test (Leg Dynamometer) shows that the average score for the leg muscle strength test for male athletes is 229 in the Good category, for female athletes it is 177 in the Good category. From these results, when compared with the previous test, from the results of this evaluation there are still components of physical condition that do not meet the expected criteria, but these results can be used as a benchmark and motivation for athletes to prepare their physical condition better in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of physical education (PE) teachers from an economic perspective through an analysis of literature reviews. In the context of education, PE teachers have an important contribution in shaping students' physical and mental health. However, from an economic perspective, their role is often underappreciated. This study analyzes various related literatures to understand how the role of PE teachers is influenced by economic factors such as salary, education budget, government policies, and socio-economic conditions of the community. The results of the study indicate that financial support and economic rewards for PE teachers have a positive correlation with the quality of education they provide. This study also reveals the need for fairer and more sustainable policies to improve the welfare of PE teachers, so that they can be more effective in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of interest of students in participating in physical education lessons students feel bored or fed up with the material taught by the teacher because the teacher only provides basic material without games. The aim to be achieved in this research is to improve service-learning outcomes using Problem Based Introduction (PBI) learning volleyball for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 15 Mataram. The research method is classroom action research carried out in two cycle, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The population in this study were 11 students who were in class VIII at SMP Negeri 15 Mataramand the sample used in this study was purposive sampling because the sample chosen by the researcher specifically or deliberately chose one class based on the research objectives which were considered representative. The sample in this study was class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 15 Mataram. Data collection techniques were by observation and assessment of the results of learning to service volleyball. The data analysis technique used inthis result is descriptive qualitative with persentage results. Based on the result of data analysis in cycle I, it was found that 11 students (34.37%) had completedtheir studies and 21 students (65.62%) had not yet completed their studies and the result of the second cycle II test showed that 28 students (87.5%) had completed their studies and 4 students (12.5%) have not completed their studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to introduce and socialize the sport of pickleball.  Pickleball is a sport that is relatively new to develop in Indonesia. Even the sport is not yet known at all in several regions of Indonesia, including one of them in the East Lombok district, West Nusa Tenggara. The game uses rackets such as badminton, court tennis, and table tennis. Although the characteristics of pickleball sports games are almost the same or similar to sports that use rackets. This socialization was carried out to court tennis, badminton, and table tennis players in the East Lombok region, where in the material there were basic technical materials, playing techniques, rules, and refereeing procedures. The method of implementing this activity is divided into three stages, namely (1) theoretical explanation and practice of basic techniques and playing techniques, (2) practice of refereeing procedures in pickleball, and (3) game techniques. The results of this PKM show that partners who participate in this PKM can understand and practice basic techniques, and playing techniques, and can apply refereeing procedures by the standard rules of the pickleball sports federation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang: (1) Pengaruh latihan plyometric single leg hop progression terhadap power otot tungkai; (2) Pengaruh latihan plyometric multiple box to box jump with single leg landing terhadap power otot tungkai; (3) Pengaruh latihan plyometric single leg hop progression terhadap kecepatan shooting sepak bola; (4) Pengaruh latihan plyometric multiple box to box jump with single leg landing terhadap kecepatan shooting sepak bola; (5) Perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan plyometric single leg hop progression dan latihan plyometric multiple box to box jump with single leg landing terhadap power otot tungkai; (6) Pengaruh power otot tungkai dari hasil latihan plyometric single leg hop progression dan multiple box to box jump with single leg landing terhadap kecepatan shooting sepak bola. Subjek penelitian adalah pemain PS Bintang Kejora Junior dan SSB MFC yang berusia 15 - 17 tahun sebanyak 36 pemain. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa selisih antara rerata pretest dan posttest dari masing-masing kelompok yaitu: (a) Kelompok eksperimen I untuk kecepatan shooting = 1,72 detik dan power otot tungkai = 177,07 watts. (b) Kelompok eksperimen II untuk kecepatan shooting = 3, 62 detik dan power otot tungkai = 255,83 watts. (c) Kelompok kontrol untuk kecepatan shooting = 0,57 detik dan power otot tungkai = 124,70 watts. Berdasarkan analisis di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kecepatan shooting dan power otot tungkai.

Abstract

Study purpose. Physical Education (PE) is a part of sports education that places body movement as the main principle of learning whose outcomes include cognitive, motoric, affective, and social. Extensive research has been conducted to find the ideal PE teaching concept. The literature review aimed to gather information about existing studies in Indonesia in an effort to achieve PE learning objectives. Materials and methods. A systematic review was conducted using PRISMA guidelines related to PE teaching outcomes using the Scopus database. The article strategy for systematic review used a combination of title, abstract, and keywords with the criteria‘learning outcome’AND (‘physical education’OR ‘sport education’ OR ‘physical activity’). The systematic review only analysed articles that met the exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria as a result of screening the articles obtained 31 articles that were processed for systematic review. Results. The results of the literature review show that studies conducted by researchers still focus on improving physical learning, cognitive learning, and affective learning but does not include social learning. The approach used has not fully utilised the game approach so not in line with the philosophy of PE. Conclusion. Quite a lot of research has been conducted in an effort to achieve the learning objectives of PE but it is still limited, therefore, it is recommended that further research focuses on finding PE learning that is able to cover the overall learning outcomes of PE legitimized by using a game approach.
