Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis strategis pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Mamikeki, sebuah bisnis kuliner kekinian di Bandar Lampung. Melalui pendekatan Analisis SWOT, kami mengevaluasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi Mamikeki. Selanjutnya, TOWS Matrix digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi yang dapat memaksimalkan potensi pertumbuhan dan mengatasi potensi risiko. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Mamikeki memiliki kekuatan pada kualitas produk yang baik, lokasi strategis, dan harga terjangkau. Namun, beberapa kelemahan, seperti ketidakstabilan karyawan dan ketahanan produk yang terbatas, perlu diatasi. Adapun peluang yang signifikan melibatkan peningkatan peminat, potensi ekspansi bisnis, dan partisipasi dalam event-event makanan. Sementara itu, tantangan mencakup persaingan ketat, penurunan daya beli konsumen, dan fluktuasi bahan baku. Dengan merumuskan strategi berdasarkan TOWS Matrix, Mamikeki dapat mengoptimalkan kekuatan internalnya untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal. Strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities) menyoroti perlunya mempertahankan kualitas produk, memanfaatkan lokasi strategis, dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam event makanan. Di sisi lain, ST Strategies (Strengths-Threats) menekankan pentingnya mengembangkan program loyalitas dan beradaptasi dengan tren konsumen.Dalam konteks Weaknesses-Opportunities (WO Strategies), Mamikeki dapat meningkatkan inovasi produk, memperluas fasilitas makan di tempat, dan meninjau sistem perputaran karyawan. Sementara itu, Weaknesses-Threats (WT Strategies) mengusulkan peningkatan produk dan fasilitas, stabilisasi karyawan, dan strategi pemasaran yang kreatif untuk menghadapi persaingan dan fluktuasi bahan baku.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning has an important role in improving students' language skills, which include aspects of listening, reading, writing, and speaking. However, various challenges in its implementation, such as low student interest in learning and lack of innovation in teaching methods, are still the main obstacles. Along with the development of technology, the utilisation of digital media in learning is increasingly relevant to increase the effectiveness and motivation of students' learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyse the use of technology in Indonesian language learning in primary schools. The results show that the integration of technology, such as interactive learning media, educational applications, and project-based methods, can increase student participation and learning effectiveness. Teachers have a crucial role in adapting and optimising technology to suit students' needs. Therefore, innovative and varied strategies are needed to improve students' language skills in a more interesting and effective way.

Abstract

The lack of understanding of elementary school students in Sukamukti Village towards computational thinking skills is a major problem. To overcome this, a teaching program was introduced using the Bebras method which aims to introduce and improve students' understanding of thinking skills through a series of logical questions and challenges. This program was implemented in four elementary schools targeting grades 5 and 6. The results of the post-test showed that the average student understanding was still at an inadequate level, with an average score of 52.23. This indicates that although this program was successful in introducing the concept of CT, a more varied approach and longer teaching time are still needed to improve students' understanding.
