Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher feedback, learning attitudes, and family environment on students’ academic achievement at SMA Alfa Centauri in Bandung. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with data collected from 100 respondents. The results revealed that, partially, only the family environment had a significant effect on academic achievement, while teacher feedback and learning attitudes did not show significant direct effects. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables were able to explain 31.1% of the variance in academic achievement, as indicated by an R² value of 0.311. These findings highlight the critical role of the family environment in supporting students’ academic success and emphasize the need for integrated efforts to strengthen a culture of learning within schools. Keywords: Academic achievement, Teacher feedback, Learning attitudes, Family               environment. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian umpan balik, sikap belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Alfa Centauri Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya lingkungan keluarga yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, sedangkan pemberian umpan balik dan sikap belajar tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun demikian, secara simultan ketiga variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan 31,1% variasi hasil belajar, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai R² sebesar 0.311. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik siswa serta perlunya pendekatan terpadu dalam penguatan budaya belajar di sekolah. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, Umpan balik, Sikap belajar, Lingkungan keluarga..Â
