Islamic boarding schools, commonly known as pesantren, which have been established for a long time, require consistent teaching patterns and must face new problems that arise in adapting, such as the current technological era, without losing the uniqueness or distinctiveness of Islamic boarding schools as their character. Islamic boarding school is a place for deeper religious learning and is believed to bring blessings to students who study religion there. This study continues two previous studies on Islamic boarding schools and multicultural education in Islamic boarding schools by focusing more on the conditions of Islamic boarding schools, which are starting to lose their uniqueness due to the adaptation of government policies, the influence of technology, and responses to the development of demands for students whose diversity changes all the time. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach to solve problems and achieve research objectives. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and in-depth interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed by the triangulation technique. The study results indicate that Islamic boarding schools face internal and external conflicts to maintain their existence in the era of technological change. Islamic boarding schools try not to change their uniqueness but face external demands as they accommodate students from different cultures, regions, languages, and even other countries who study religion. Even Islamic boarding schools cannot adapt to government regulations in determining policies for developing Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

After the Covid-19 pandemic, it cannot be denied that online shopping has increased shopping behavior patterns using non-cash money. This is due to restrictions on community activities and cash is considered to be a trigger for the spread of the Covid19 virus. This research looks at the phenomenon of using cash as an impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, whether it triggers an increase in non-cash financial literacy and whether government programs for people's movement to use non-cash money can form a non-cash society as a form of effective use of non-cash money or even trigger consumer behavior with minimal understanding non-cash financial literacy. This research uses a qualitative, phenomenal approach by collecting data through interviews with 50 informants with criteria aged 19-21 years and to triangulate the data, interviews were conducted with 2 employees of Bank BSI Jombang and BRI Pulung Ponorogo who have expertise in the banking sector. Based on the research results, it is stated that cashless users aged 19-21 years, influence consumer behavior but have not yet been balanced with detailed knowledge of digital financial literacy and still the function of non-cash money is mostly on shopping behavior so that digital financial skills in non-cash only limited to debits and credits in the cash flow of bank accounts. There is a difference between women and men in usage, namely that men study the products they will buy using cashless and are not easily influenced by promotions compared to women who easily use cashless without studying the details of the products they will buy so they are easily influenced by promotions. It can be used as a basis for policy making in the economic and banking sectors.

The covid pandemic period that occurred until the end of 2021 changed many aspects of human life. There was a global psychological shock and had to change habits suddenly into polemics. Changing habits is not an easy thing, it requires great effort to want to follow the rules of new normal life. The 19th pandemic period became a rationalization of the economic situation of a group of people who felt they had the right to receive social assistance from the government. This was because a preconceived mental formation was a mental formation formed by the soul asking for material deficiency. The government provides social assistance funds in dealing with the economy in Indonesia with the intention of providing assistance to help people affected by the pandemic. Many companies are laying off workers on a large scale which has led to increased unemployment. Indonesian politics that Generation Z learns on social media becomes practical politics that are easily shaped with the preferences of politicians' characters on social media. Politicians who are supported by religiously affiliated parties are still very influential. Religious issues are a magnetic force that can be a medium for gaining votes. This study is to analyze the understanding and meaning of practical politics about Islam by Generation Z in politics in Indonesia based on Islamic religious issues. Using a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach and conducting open interviews with 50 respondents aged 18-21 years to obtain research results that can be analyzed descriptively. Issues about religion, especially about Islam, will always influence the world of Indonesian politics. The lack of literacy about politics and Indonesian political history learned by Generation Z makes it easier for politicians to carry out social framing wrapped in Islamic-affiliated parties to facilitate vote-gaining.

This paper explains Islam Kejawen as the adoption of local wisdom learned from generation to generation by the Javanese community. Influenced by Hindu and Buddhist teachings. Then the acculturation process becomes a part of the belief called Kapitayan. After the arrival of saints in Java, the spread of the religion Islam still maintains the existing ritual culture, such as through songs and puppets. Islam is spread in the form of simple teachings of the recognition of God without removing hereditary rituals carried out by Javanese communities before. Both are verycoherent after Islam and Java united in one religious and spiritual bond. It seems as if it cannot be distinguished which is Javanese culture and which is Islam. Then the mixing of these two, or well-known as syncretism, became a form and characteristic of Islam in Java. Because in general, the syncretism between Islam and the local culture has entered various lines of life in multipleregions. However, based on socio-geographical conditions, we can be more observant ofthe intensity of the spread of the mixing of Islamic and Javanese teaching.

Micro business actors in Indonesia are the largest business actors compared to small, medium, and large business actors. The distribution and diversity of products sold by micro business actors is more evenly distributed to remote villages. These micro business actors meet the needs of the middle-to-middle class people. down with sales transactions that rely more on direct transactions and the use of cash in trade. But what happens in the reality of trading is precisely these micro actors who are still very minimally touched by financing by banks. The application of banking policies and the administration system in the banking financing process makes it difficult for players micro-enterprises. Thus, micro-enterprises prefer to finance loan sharks, although in terms of loan interest rates are higher than banks. Ease of disbursing financing faster without the need for collateral as a financing requirement is the reason most recognized by micro-business actors who do financing to moneylenders. This study uses a qualitative research method causal (explanatory) case studies to determine the role of moneylenders in financing micro-enterprises and explain descriptively why micro-entrepreneurs prefer to finance loan sharks rather than banks. This study focuses on Micro-business actors, the majority of whom are financing loan sharks and the development of moneylenders, are changing, more "humanist" in financing in terms of the performance pattern of the application of financing which seems scary as was done before, although the application of high interest costs is still carried out and approved by debtors. This study took open interview data on 50 traders in Pon Jombang Market who are micro business actors.
