Abstract

The waste management practices in Betung Barat Village were previously poorly managed. Waste was merely piled up around homes, in water channels, or burned. These methods have proven to harm the environment, resulting in air pollution. This environmental contamination also negatively impacted public health due to water sources being polluted by waste, contributing to cases of stunting among children in the village. PT Pertamina EP Raja Tempirai implemented the Sustainable Waste Management Group Program in synergy with PHE Raja Tempirai (Kemala Pertiwi) to address this issue. This program aims to integrate waste management with health initiatives, thereby providing economic benefits to the community of Betung Barat Village, Abab District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency (PALI), South Sumatra Province. The program involves forming community groups, training sessions, and developing local tourism as part of efforts to empower and improve the community's welfare. The key activities of the Kemala Pertiwi program include maggot cultivation, freshwater fish farming, organic vegetable farming, and preventing stunting by utilizing the produce from these activities as a healthy food source.

Abstract

The natural environment has a significant role for human survival, humans, and nature are inseparable. Makartitama Village, Peninjauan Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency also experiences the same problem, namely damage to the natural environment due to waste generation in residential areas. This study aims to determine the impact of the Sustainable Compass Program on people's lives. The research methodology used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and observations of Kompas Lestari members, Makartitama Village Government, and Makartitama Village Community in general. The case study approach was chosen to understand the problems in the research in depth. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model starting from the data collection stage and continuing with data reduction, data display and the last stage is drawing conclusions. The impact of the program on the environment is the reduction of organic waste in Peninjauan Sub-district thanks to the processing of organic waste in Makartitama Village. This impact can be felt in the economic, welfare, environmental and social sectors. The impact measurement was carried out using the Community Satisfaction Survey (IKM) and Social Return On Investment (SROI) methods.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of PBL oriented with differentiated learning to improve students' 4C skills (Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Communication, & Collaboration) in biology learning. Data collection was carried out using meta-analysis as a method in research, through a search in the Google Scholar database from 2019 to 2024, resulting in 20 primary research articles that met the specified inclusion criteria. Based on the results of the analysis of several journals, it is known that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model integrated into differentiated learning can improve students' 4C skills in solving problems, thinking critically, communicating, and collaborating to prepare students to have 21st century skills.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penlitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi PBL berorientasi dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativie Thinking, Communication, & Collaboration) siswa pada pembelajaran biologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meta-analisis sebagai metode dalam penelitian, melalui pencarian di database Google Schoolar dari tahun 2019 sampai 2024, menghasilkan 20 artikel penelitian utama yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis beberapa jurnal diketahui bahwa implementasi model Problem Based Learning diintegrasikan pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan 4C siswa dalam memecahkan masalah, berpikir kritis, berkomunikasi, dan berkolaborasi untuk mempersiapkan siswa memiliki kemampuan abad 21.

Abstract

Dalam mata pelajaran SBdP kegiatan menggambar di lakukan di sekolah termasuk kedalam cabang seni rupa. Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan kreativitas siswa laki-laki dengan perempuan dalam mata pelajaran SBdP di kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Samadua Aceh Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini murni dari hasil karya menggambar siswa di sekolah tersebut. Perbedaan kreativitas ini akan dilihat dari nilai yang didapat oleh setiap anak laki-laki dan anak perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik observasi dilakukan peneliti dengan cara melihat langsung ketika siswa melakukan kegiatan menggambar, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara kepada 3 siswa pria dan 3 siswa wanita yang mendapat nilai tertinggi, peneliti melakukan dokumentasi hasil karya menggambar siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dikemukakan bahwa nilai diperoleh siswa perempuan yaitu 78,8 dan laki-laki 78,7 dan termasuk kedalam predikat baik. jika dilihat dari nilai yang tertinggi 95 didapatkan oleh siswa laki dan wanita 90, jadi dalam perbedaan kreativitas siswa laki-laki juga mempunyai kreativitas yang sama dengan siswa perempuan dalam hal menggambar dan mewarnai. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan kreativitas antara siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan dalam hal menggambar dan mewarnai, hanya saja laki-laki kurang tekun dan bersungguh-sungguh dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan kreativitas.

Abstract

Sistem saraf merupakan biologi yang kompleks karena materinya masih abstrak. Metode yang digunakan guru adalah metode ceramah yang menyebabkan siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan e-Module berbasis studi kasus yang dapat memberikan siswa kasus-kasus yang berkaitan dengan materi dan menjadi solusi atas kesulitan siswa terkait minimnya pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-Module berbasis studi kasus pada materi sistem saraf dan menganalisis kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-Module yang dikembangkan memperoleh presentase sebesar 91,66% dengan kategori “sangat layak” pada validasi materi. Pada tahap validasi media diperoleh nilai presentase sebesar 94,11% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Persepsi guru biologi terhadap kualitas produk yang dikembangkan memperoleh presentase sebesar 91,17% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Uji coba kelompok kecil dengan siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 95,20% dengan kategori “sangat baik” dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh persentase sebesar 94,68% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan layak dan praktis serta diterima oleh guru dan siswa sebagai perangkat pembelajaran yang mendukung proses belajar siswa pada materi sistem saraf.

Abstract

The success of the Waste Bank in reducing organic and inorganic waste in Makartitama Village, OKU, has inspired PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Ogan Komering to develop the Sustainable Waste Management Group Sinergi PHE Ogan Komering (KOMPAS LESTARI). The primary focus of this program is to utilize organic waste for cultivating Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots, which are then used in the production of pellets or alternative fish feed for freshwater aquaculture and liquid organic fertilizer for organic vegetable cultivation. In 2023, the BSF-based products, initially used by the beneficiary groups of Kompas Lestari, are being developed for commercialization. In its third year, Kompas Lestari is embarking on a business incubation phase for processed maggot products. This phase includes training in product diversification, marketing strategies, and registration for Home Industry Food (P-IRT).

Abstract

The nervous system is a complex biological because the material is still abstract. The method used by teachers is the lecture method which causes students to have difficulty in understanding the material. To overcome this, a case study-based e-Module is needed that can provide students with cases related to the material and be a solution to students' difficulties related to minimal learning in class. This study aims to develop a case study-based e-Module on the nervous system material and analyze the feasibility of the developed product. This study uses the ADDIE development model consisting of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluation. The results of the study showed that the developed e-Module obtained a percentage of 91.66% with the category "very feasible" in the material validation. At the media validation stage, a percentage value of 94.11% was obtained with the category "very feasible". The biology teacher's perception of the quality of the developed product obtained a percentage of 91.17% with the category "very good". Small group trials with students obtained a percentage of 95.20% with the category "very good" and large group trials obtained a percentage of 94.68% with the category "very good". Thus, it can be concluded that the product developed is feasible and practical and received by teachers and students as a learning tool that supports students' learning process on the nervous system material.

Abstract

Research on integrated PjBL in learning media has grown rapidly in recent years, attracting increasing attention from academics and practitioners. However, the literature examining the impact of integrated PjBL on learning and enhancing student creativity is currently sparse and lacks a comprehensive view of how such integration works in education. To bridge this gap, our review comprehensively examined 16 academic articles sourced from the Google Schoolar database, synthesizing previous research on the integration of PjBL in learning media, specifically in biology topics. Using a systematic literature review and incorporating bibliometric analysis, our study provides an analysis of the current management research landscape on how PjBL integrated into learning media can enhance student creativity in biology topics. Our study shows that the integration of PjBL with learning media, particularly interactive digital media, is significantly positively correlated with increased student creativity, manifested through originality, elaboration, and idea fluency. Based on our literature review, we establish a future research agenda and provide practical implications.
