Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan ini dilakukan adalah untuk membantu dalam mengoptimalkan kompetensi dan kinerja guru ekonomi dalam memberikan pembelajaran daring berbasis ICT. Mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru ekonomi tingkat SMA dengan menggunakan metode ceramah online saja kurang cukup untuk membuat siswa mengerti dengan materi tersebut. Solusi dalam hal ini adalah para guru ekonomi diberikan pelatihan agar mampu mencapai pembelajaran daring berbasis ICT level 4 (empat) yaitu transforming agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai serta kompetensi dan kinerja guru dapat optimal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan teknik penguasaan konten. Dalam hal ini konten yang harus dikuasai guru adalah penguasaan dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran daring berbasis ICT sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kinerja sebagai guru ekonomi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan pengabdian dengan melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan ICT dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh ini berhasil meningkatkan optimalisasi kompetensi dan kinerja guru ekonomi. Peserta pelatihan mampu mengimplementasikn pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemic berbasis ICT kepada siswanya.Abstract: The purpose of this activity is to help in optimizing the competence and performance of economic teachers in providing ICT-based online learning. The partners involved in this activity are high school economics teachers by using online lecture methods alone is not enough to make students understand the material. The solution in this case is that economic teachers are given training in order to achieve ICT-based online learning level 4 (four) that is transforming so that learning objectives are achieved and teacher competencies and performance can be optimal. This method of community service implementation uses content mastery techniques. In this case, the content that must be mastered by teachers is mastery in conducting ict-based online learning process in accordance with competence and performance as an economics teacher. The results obtained in the service activities through ict utilization training in distance learning successfully improved the optimization of competencies and performance of economic teachers. The trainees were able to implement online learning during the ICT-based pandemic to their students

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between internal locus of control and career maturity through student self-efficacy. The sample used was active students at Semarang State University 2017. The sampling technique in this research used a random sampling technique with degrees of error using the Isaac Michael table guide. The data analysis technique used is the template/model 4 mediation statistical analysis technique developed by Hayes. The research results show that internal locus of control through self-efficacy does not significantly affect the career maturity of students at the Faculty of Education, Semarang State University. The internal locus of the control variable, which has no significant effect on self-efficacy, can be explained by (β = 0.0937; t(321) = 0.5160; and p > 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar peserta didik dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi dengan menggunakan PBL diintegrasi dengan cooperatif learning model cooperatif script pada siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan pembelajaran PBL (problem based learning) dengan model cooperative script. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif-kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya sebelum mendapatkan intervensi masih belum optimal, hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari hasil belajar ekonomi yaitu hanya 18,52% yang memenuhi KKM. Sementara itu implementasi integrasi PBL dan CS mampu meningkatkan hasil evaluasi belajar dalam pembelajaran ekonomi siswa SMA. Terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi dari pra-tindakan (18,52%), siklus I (29,63%), dan siklus II (100%).

Abstract

Background: Self- awareness and self- esteem are important aspects of psychological well-being, yet many students show low levels of self- awareness and self-esteem, which can hinder their personal development. Aim: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the reflection of feeling counseling technique in enhancing self-awareness and self-esteem among students. Method: The research uses an experimental method with a Single Subject Design (SSD) type A-B-A, where the baseline phase is conducted before and after the intervention across five sessions, while the intervention phase is carried out over eight counseling sessions. The research subjects are fifth-semester students from the Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKI) program at IAIN Palangkaraya, selected through purposive sampling. Measurements are conducted using the adapted Situational Self Awareness Scale and Private Self-Consciousness Scale for self-awareness, as well as the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI) for self-esteem. Results and Dıscussion: The results of the study show a significant increase in self-esteem by 75.3% and self-awareness by 70.3% from the initial condition. The reflection of feeling technique proved effective in enhancing self-understanding and positive self-assessment among the participants. The stability of changes in the final phase indicates that this intervention has a positive long-term impact. Conclusion: This study concludes that the reflection of feeling technique can be an effective strategy for developing self-esteem and self-awareness in the context of individual counseling.

Abstract

This study reveals the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency among students of SMK Karsa Mulya by understanding the influence of parental attachment and independence on juvenile delinquency in SMK Karsa Mulya Palangkaraya students. This study focuses on the impact of parental attachment (father, mother) and independence on juvenile delinquency. The research design used is a multiple linear correlational research design with a sample of 114 from a population of 270 class X students. Sampling used probability sampling with a random sampling technique. Meanwhile, the calculation of data results using the SPSS 2018 application from 4 questionnaire instruments Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA), Autonomy Scale, and Self Report Delinquency Scale, with the results that there is no relationship between parental attachment and independence on juvenile delinquency, negatively correlated (-) namely the significance value of IPPA MOTHER p = 0.494> 0.05, not significant, IPPAFATHER: p = 0.889> 0.05 is not significant, while the autonomy value p = 0.172> 0.05 is not significant. However, there is a relationship if the three variables are combined, with a value of p = 0.006 <0.05, meaning that the higher the attachment of mother/father and independence, the lower the level of juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This study evaluates career counseling management in three senior high schools in Palangka Raya City, Indonesia, using the CIPP model. Through a mixed methods approach, the study involved 186 grade XII students as well as in-depth interviews with counseling guidance teachers and school principals. The results showed that all CIPP dimensions were positively but weakly correlated with students' career maturity, with the Product dimension having the strongest relationship (r = 0.254). Multiple regression analysis showed a significant but limited influence of the CIPP dimensions on career maturity (R² = 0.109), with Product being the dominant predictor. Thematic analysis identified challenges with structural support, limited resources, and variable student engagement, indicating a gap between policy and practice. Overall, career counseling management is structured but not yet optimal in enhancing students' career maturity, requiring policy strengthening, resource development, and more personalized counseling strategies.

Abstract

The study aims to obtain empirical data and ensure the significance between friend attachment and analyze self efficacy as a mediation variable on career maturity. The research design used is correalational research design with a sample of 323 students selected by using sample random sampling technique. Data collection using the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) instruments, Career Decision Self Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDSE-SF), and Career Maturity Scale. The mediator analysis technique uses corrected bootstrap method (N=5000) with 95% confidential interval in PROCESS software. The results showed that friend attachment throught self efficacy has an influence on career maturity. The conclusion is that friend attachment has a significant indirect effect on career maturity.
