Abstract

Penyesuaian kurva dengan program Delphi 6 pada Windows dilakukan untuk mencocokan hasil model dinamis Landau Khalatnikov dan kurva histeresis eksperimen dari lapisan tipis Barium Zirkonium Titanat (BZT) dengan doping Lantanum dan Indium yang di uji menggunakan rangkaian Sawyer-Tower. Serupa pada metode Rietveld pada difraksi sinar x, faktor R-Weighted Pattern (Rwp) digunakan sebagai pembanding antara hasil model dan eksperimen. Dengan memberikan variasi pada beberapa parameter seperti frekuensi, amplitudo medan listrik dan faktor skala mengakibatkan adanya perubahan pada hasil model. Hasil akhir menunjukan bahwa model cukup sesuai dengan hasil eksperimen.Keywords: Landau Khalatnikov, BZT, Sawyer-Tower circuit, Rwp

Abstract

Material Barium Zirkonium Titantat (BZT) dibuat menggunakan metode sol gel yang dilanjutkan dengan Spin Coating pada substrat Silikon. Untuk mendapatkan material Barium Zirkonium Titantat (BZT)dalam bentuk serbuk dilakukan pemanasan menggunakan hotplate pada suhu 90oC hingga larutan BZT berubah menjadi serbuk.  Selanjutnya untuk menumbuhkan lapisan BZT pada substrat, dilakukan metode spin coating yang dilanjutkan proses pyrolisi. Selanjutnya substrat yang telah dilapisi larutan BZT  dipanaskan pada suhu 800oC selama 3 jam. Untuk mengetahui sifat termal dan kristalisasi pada BZT dilakukan Uji DTA/TGA. Pengujian EDAX dilakukan untuk mengetahui komposisi lapisan BZT yang telah terdeposisi pada substrat. Dari hasil uji DTA/TGA terlihat bahwa proses kristalisasi BZT mulai terjadi pada suhu 400oC dan proses endotermik dari BZT terjadi pada suhu 463oC. Hasil uji  EDAX  komposisi unsur Barium, Titanium, serta doping Lantanum dan Indium telah terdeposisi pada subtrat silikon, serta dari hasil tersebut dapat disumpulkan kristal BZT dengan doping La dan In telah berhasil di deposisi dan ditumbuhkan pada substrat Si.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses Rietvield refinement pada material Barium Zirkonium Titanat (BZT) yang ditumbuhkan pada substrat Silikon (Si) untuk mengetahui sruktur kristal BZT. Dari hasil kurva XRD yang dicocokan dengan data base COD didapatkan bidang kristal yang muncul adalah (110), (101), (111), dan (200) .Hasil refinement kurva XRD menunjukan menunjukan struktur kristal BZT adalah Tetragonal dengan parameter kisi c/a : 1,01. Kurva error antara kurva hasil eksperimen XRD dan hasil refinement menunjukan perbedaan yang sangat kecil serta hasil  chi – squared menunjukan tren linier. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa lapisan BZT telat berhasil tumbuh pada substrat Silikon (Si)

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang salah satu produk unggulannya adalah produk kabel NFA2X. Pada perkembangannya permintaan akan produk tersebut terus meningkat. Selain itu permintaan pada kualitas produk kabel NFA2X tersebut juga meningkat. Tetapi dari data produksi hanya dicapai 80% dari target produksi selama Tahun 2021. Hal ini salah satunya disebabkan oleh tingginya downtime dari mesin extruder yang digunakan pada proses produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran kinerja mesin extruder pada produk kabel NFA2X dengan menghitung nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dari mesin extruder untuk mengetahui kinerja mesin selama Tahun 2021 sudah maksimal tersebut sehingga didapatkan data kinerja mesin extruder selama Tahun 2021. Dari data Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang didapatkan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kinerja mesin extruder menggunakan cause effect diagram untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya kinerja mesin extruder dan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja mesin extruder. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan bahwa nilai Availability adalah 94 %, Rate of Quality adalah 100 %, Performance Efficiency adalah 80% dan Nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah 83% dimana nilai tersebut masih di bawah nilai standar dunia.

Abstract

PT Agung Pelita Industrindo is a company engaged in the shoe industry that specializes in producing accessories or shoe components for various types of shoes. One of the products produced is the Foxing component product, which is a component produced for the NIKE Air Max Plus type of shoe. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the production process for Foxing component products still has product defects and The purpose of this research is to control the quality of the product of the foxing component at PT. Agung Pelita and to get information the most dominant types of defects in the Foxing production process and the factors causing the occurrence of defective products using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method and providing suggestions for improvements to reduce the number of defective products. From the results of the analysis obtained six types of defects produced in the Foxing component production process, the more dominant type of defect is waste defects, namely defects that occur due to unwanted small prints on Foxing component materials, so that the proposed improvements that can be made by PT Agung Pelita Industrindo to reduce the number of waste defects in the production process of Foxing's component products is to hold outreach to operators to improve understanding of SOPs related to mold cleaning.

Abstract

PT RAA is one of company that moves in terms of pharmaceutical industry. In the process of checking the quality of pharmaceutical products involving one of the instrumentation namely HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). The data used in the research is secondary data obtained from the instrument logsheet hplc 2019 2010 than years up to. The method used to determine the critical component is the ABC Classification Method. he critical components of the HPLC instrumentation tool are D2 Lamp L-6585-02 with MTTF value of 277 days, Grating component, Sample Loop Assy with MTTF value of 305 days, and Plunger and Peek Neddle Seal components with MTTF value of 342 days. Calculation of the value of function damage to critical components used the calculation of the selected distribution method, namely Weibull distribution. Optimal ordering for D2 Lamp component L-6585-02 is 2 units / year with 1 unit ordering point, Grating component, Sample Loop Assy is 3 units / year with 1 unit ordering point, and Plunger and Peek Neddle Seal components are 3 units / year with a ordering point of 1 unit.

Abstract

XYZ Inc. is one of manufacturing companies that produce eco friendly polymer/resin. Five production machines were used to do some production process such as mixing and extracting. Production machine number three often suffered trouble that caused production stop. the purpose of this research is to calculate performace of production machine number three using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and analyze the elements that caused failure of production machine number three using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The data that used in this research was January to December 2019. The result showed that average OEE value is 70,49%, the highest RPN value is 448 on heating process and critical component of production machine number three was heater.

Abstract

Energi bebas Gibbs dan kurva polarisasi spontan dari Zinc Oxide (ZnO) dihitung menggunakan Teori Landau-Devonshire. Program komputasi untuk menghitung Energi bebas Gibbs dan kurva polarisasi spontan dibuat pada Delphi 6 . Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa energi bebas Gibbs terendah terdapat pada ZnO doping Li 1%s yang menunjukan struktur kristal paling stabil.

Abstract

XYZ is a company that provides building maintenance services; one of its services is glass cleaning services. In every work on building maintenance services projects in the form of cleaning the glass of PT. XYZ has not calculated the standard time of work, which affects 45% of the total work exceeding the deadline for the job given and the difficulty of estimating the productivity of the workers. In this study, the standard time and productivity were determined on the glass cleaning work of building X using the stopwatch time study method. The results of the calculations carried out using the stopwatch time study method obtained the optimal normal time at each stage of the work, namely in the preparation of work equipment for 58.55 minutes, on the removal of the gallows 112.82 minutes, on the installation of ropes of 20.41 minutes, on machine checking is 22.29 minutes, glass cleaning is 54.17 minutes, rope disassembly process is 57 minutes, and gondola storage is 55.33 minutes so that the optimal standard time is 380.56 minutes. Calculation results showed that performance rating measurement, excellent skill is B1 +0.11, a good effort is C1 +0.05, good condition is C +0.02, consistency is C +0.01 with a rating factor obtained in normal time is 65.569 minutes, and from the results of the calculation of worker productivity in the work of cleaning the glass of building X was obtained 0.12 units/hour.

Abstract

Barium titanate (BaTiO3) is ceramic material that is widely used in various applications..Electrostatic dielectric energy storage capacitor is one of the application of Barium titanate (BaTiO3) material. Composite materials based on barium titanate (BaTiO3) such as Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)/BaTiO3 and BaTiO3/HAp Hydroxyapatite have been developed to improve the electrical properties of the materials. Many  research have been reported  hat barium titanate in nano phase has a maximum dielectric constant 5000 with particle size range of 30-50 nm. The addition of BaTiO3 composition as a filler to PVDF/BaTiO3 composite caused increasing of dielectric constant compared to the dielectric constant properties of the PVDF. Similar results also found on BaTiO3/HAp composite.  From this review, it was also found that the composite of these three materials is a candidate for future material to improve the electrical properties of PVDF which have been applied to electrostatic dielectric energy storage capacitor applications.
