Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan (kondisi internal), serta peluang dan ancaman (kondisi eksternal) terhadap pengembangan usaha Kebab Ger-Berger, dan memformulasikan langkah yang tepat untuk pengembangan usaha dalam rangka peningkatan pendapatan Kebab Ger-Berger di Bangkalan. Dalam studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif analisis SWOT. Jumlah responden ada 4 orang yaitu pemilik usaha Kebab Ger-Berger di Bangkalan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Faktor kekuatan dan faktor peluang berpengaruh besar dan menyeluruh terhadap perkembangan usaha ini. Faktor kelemahan dan faktor ancaman tidak berpengaruh secara menyeluruh terhadap perkembangan usaha ini. Matrik kuadran SWOT berada di titik koordinat I yaitu 1,12 : 0,48 yang artinya langkah yang harus dilakukan menggunakan Growth Oriented Strategy. Oleh karena itu, langkah strategis perusahaan adalah menambah permodalan, penentuan lokasi yang strategis, menjalin kerjasama dengan UKM lainnya, menambah varian produk kebab, dan mengikuti acara seminar pelatihan wirausaha. Kata kunci : Faktor internal, faktor eksternal, pengembangan usaha.

Abstract

In general, waves in coastal environments are irregular and have a random shape with a height and period that was not constant. The accuracy of sediment transport rate prediction is the most important stages in the study of morphology and coastal marine environments. In addition, the predictive model of coastal morphology is more efficient to use the bottom shear stress calculation approach for practical purposes rather than a more complex approach to the modeling of two phases. In this paper, the calculation of sediment transport was based on the bottom shear stress modelling purposed with data validation from the experimental results in the turbulent bottom boundary layer over rough bed under irregular waves. The new approach to estimate the bottom shear stress was based on combining velocity and acceleration terms. Furthermore, a new approach of the bottom shear stress was applied to formulate the sheet flow sediment transport rate for irregular waves by using the experimental data from Dibadjnia and Watanabe (1998) and the empirical formula was found. Abstract

The bottom shear stress estimation is the most important step to device an input to all the practical sediment transport models. In this paper, the modeling of bottom shear stress in a rough turbulent bottom boundary layer under irregular waves of experimental result is examined by a new calculation method of bottom shear stress based on incorporating velocity and acceleration terms simultaneously. A new acceleration coefficient is proposed to formulate the bottom shear stress under irregular waves. The new formula is further examined with a basic harmonic wave cycle modified with the phase difference and square of the instantaneous friction velocity incorporating the acceleration effect as proposed by the previous researchers. The new method gave the smallest the RMSE value indicating that the new method has the best agreement with the bottom shear stress of experimental results. Therefore, it can effectively be utilized in a beach evolution model by combining it with the irregular wave transformation model.

Abstract

A numerical model of turbulent bottom boundary layer over rough bed under irregular waves is reviewed. The turbulence model is based upon Shear Stress Transport (SST) k- model. The non-linear governing equations of the boundary layer for each turbulence models were solved by using a Crank-Nicolson type implicit finite-difference scheme. Typical the main velocity distribution, turbulence kinetic energy and time series of the bottom shear stress are presented. These results are shown to be in generally good agreement with experimental result. The roughness effects in the properties of turbulent bottom boundary layer for irregular waves are also presented with several values of the roughness parameter (am/ks) from am/ks=5 to am/ks=3122. The roughness effect tends to decrease the main velocity distribution and to increase the turbulent kinetic energy in the inner boundary layer, whereas in the outer boundary layer, the roughness alters the mean velocity distribution and the kinetic energy turbulent is relatively unaffected. The effect of bed roughness on the bottom shear stress under irregular waves is found that the higher roughness elements increase the magnitude of bottom shear stress along wave cycle. And further, the bottom shear stress under irregular waves is examined with the existing calculation method and the newly proposed method.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem transportasi sungai merupakan faktor pendukung potensi dan obyek wisata Sungai Tallo sehingga dapat menarik kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengidentifikasi potensi wisata dan kebutuhan pergerakan orang yang akan mengakses ekowisata Sungai Tallo., (2) Mengetahui kondisi jaringan transportasi sungai., dan (3) Merumuskan konsep pengembangan transportasi sungai dalam mendukung ekowisata Sungai Tallo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, kuesioner. Sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui kajian pustaka yang terkait. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis potensi wisata dan kebutuhan pergerakan untuk akses ekowisata, analisis jaringan transportasi sungai dan analisis SWOT untuk strategi pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sungai Tallo dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana transportasi sungai dan wisata.Sungai Tallo sebagai kawasan konservasi mempunyai potensi wisata alam yang menarik khususnya Desa Lakkang sebagai destinasi ekowisata. Namun belum dikembangkan secara optimal dan permintaan pergerakan orang untuk wisata di Sungai Tallo belum dapat dilayani oleh aksesibilitas dan konektivitas jaringan transportasi sungai yang baik. Dari aspek potensi bangkitan dan kemudahan akses pergerakan maka dapat direncanakan 3 titik simpul baru yakni Jembatan Tello Jln. Perintis Kemerdekaan, Kawasan Perumahan BTN Antara (Kelurahan Tamalanrea Indah), dan Pemukiman Rappokalling. Strategi pengembangan dari hasil analisis SWOT terletak pada strategi WO dengan strategi turn-around yaitu meminimalkan kelemahan untuk memanfaatkan peluang.

Abstract

Mode of transport waterway river tallo Makasar has been operated since long transports passengers, luggage and a motor vehicle, and the only access mode for the island lakkang people through tallo to kera-kera, the eastern and the southern of Makassar city. In the operation of waterway mode, the owner ignored the shipping safety of waterway. It was proven that there is not any other safety devices above the waterway mode. Shipping safety device is an absolutely thing must be required for sea transportation, rivers and lakes. Hence it is necessary to disseminate the importance of shipping safety device for the owner of the river tallo makassar to increase the quality of service of shipping safety for passengers mode independently in accordance with national and international regulations. The safety of the device is based on land transport minister regulation no. PM 25 years 2015, transportion safety standards on the river lakes and crossing. Disseminate gives users of security and safety and public service quality shipping safety for passengers in the river tallo makassar when sailing and the process of loading and unloading of passengers and a motor vehicle.

Abstract

The increasing number of tourists visiting the islands in the Makassar City area is an exciting thing, especially for the perpetrators of inter-island crossing transportation. On the other hand, the safety aspect of this crossing must be a concern not only for tourists and the crossing transportation actors themselves, but the government and the general public must also provide input. Currently, there are about 25 boats operating on island tourism crossings, especially those operating at Panyua Pier. To increase awareness and safety of this sea crossing, a socialization activity on safety rules was carried out. The socialization was carried out directly in the room by presenting the crossing transportation actors. The participants were given material on safety rules for sea crossing transportation by the socialization team from the Department of Marine Engineering as part of the tridharma of higher education. Due to the ongoing pandemic conditions, the number of participants present in the room is limited. This socialization activity is aimed at the perpetrators of crossing transportation to tourist islands or in local terms called "palimbang" or people who cross passengers to the island using motor boats. Prior to the socialization, the committee gave a pretest to measure the level of knowledge of the 15 participants of the socialization. Posttest was also given after the socialization activity was carried out with the aim of knowing how well the participants' ability to absorb the socialization material was. From the results of the pretest to several questions, the result was an increase in knowledge of about 28.33% of the material given. At the end of this socialization activity, the participants were given life jackets as a safety tool, with the hope that the palimbangs will continue to use them while carrying out palimbang activities for their safety.

Abstract

Floating production storage offloading (FPSO) vessels are movable offshore structures. These structures are designed with large dimensions, and their decks are loaded with several types of equipment. During collision damage, the hull and deck parts loaded with equipment are severely affected. Therefore, the ultimate strength of FPSO vessels should be thoroughly checked and evaluated. The objective of the present study is to analyze the ultimate strength of FPSO vessels against collision damage characterized by hogging and sagging under longitudinal bending. The cross section of an FPSO vessel is modeled with elements composed of stiffened and unstiffened plates. The vessel length is assumed to occupy one frame space. The ultimate strength of FPSO vessels against collision damage is determined by performing a numerical analysis under hogging and sagging conditions. Multipoint constraint is applied to both sides of the cross section, and the material properties are set to be constant. Collision damage is represented by the loss of element stiffness, and it represents the percentage of the ship’s depth. For the extent of transversal damage, B/16 is set to be constant. The minimum and maximum collision damages are taken as 10% and 60% of the ship’s depth, respectively. Numerical results show that the ultimate strength of FPSO vessels and their bending stiffness decrease under collision.

Abstract

Permasalahan di wilayah pesisir sangat sensitif dan rentan terhadap fenomena alam karena merupakan suatu wilayah yang rentan terhadap faktor lingkungan antara lain laju perubahan garis pantai, kemiringan pantai, gelombang, pasang surut dan kenaikan muka air laut. Analisis penentuan kerentanan wilayah pesisir dapat dilakukan dengan penilaian terhadap kondisi fisik daerah pesisir. Penilaian tingkat kerentanan pesisir pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode CVI (Coastal Vulnerability Index). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanan pesisir Kecamatan Galesong dan menentukan solusi atas tingkat kerentanan pesisir Kecamatan Galesong. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan studi dokumenter, yaitu menyaring dan menganalisis data sekunder dari berbagai aplikasi, web dan jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian ini serta dilakukan survei lapangan secara langsung untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting terkait fenomena yang ada. Tingkat kerentanan pesisir Kecamatan Galesong menggunakan metode CVI berada di satu kategori yaitu kerentanan tinggi. Terdapat lima desa yang ada di kawasan pesisir Kecamatan Galesong yaitu Desa Palalakkang, Desa Galesong Baru, Desa Galesong Kota, Desa Boddia dan Desa Mappakalompo. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah kerentanan kawasan pesisir Kecamatan Galesong yaitu dengan melakukan penataan pemukiman/fasilitas umum, memodifikasi bangunan pelindung pantai yang telah ada dan membangun struktur pelindung pantai. Struktur pelindung yang disarankan untuk dibangun adalah revetment dan detached breakwater.

Abstract

Sempadan sungai merupakan kawasan lindung tepi sungai yang menjadi satu kesatuan dengan sungai. Sempadansungai melindungi sungai dari gerusan, erosi, dan pencemaran, selain juga memiliki keanekaragaman hayati dan nilaiproperti/keindahan lanskap yang tinggi. Sempadan sungai berfungsi sebagai upaya agar kegiatan perlindungan,penggunaan dan pengendalian atas sumber daya yang ada pada sungai termasuk danau dan waduk dapat dilaksanakansesuai dengan tujuannya. Penetapan garis sempadan sungai bertujuan agar fungsi sungai termasuk danau dan waduktidak terganggu oleh aktivitas yang berkembang di sekitarnya, agar kegiatan pemanfaatan dan upaya peningkatan nilaimanfaat sumber daya yang ada di sungai dapat memberikan hasil secara optimal sekaligus menjaga fungsi sungai danagar daya rusak air terhadap sungai dan lingkungannya dapat dibatasi. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentangseberapa besar kesadaran masyarakat perkotaan tentang sempadan sungai Pengumpulan data yang bekaitan dengansempadan sungai meliputi data atau dokumen yang ada, sisi kehidupan masyarakat dan lokasi yang ditinjau. Kesadaranmasyarakat perkotaan dan implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 38 tahun 2011 tentangsempadan sungai masih sangat rendah. Untuk itu diperlukan sosialisasi pemahaman mengenai batas sempadan sungaioleh pemerintah. Dengan adanya daerah sempadan sungai, maka kelestarian sungai akan tetap terjaga sesuai denganfungsi yang diharapkan.
