Abstract

This study aims to determine the reduction of students' misconceptions on food digestive system material through simple practicum-based learning. Simple practicum that is carried out includes test of vitamin C content by titration of iodine and formalin test with turmeric. Simple practicum means using simple tools and materials that are easy to find and the operation is also easy. This research was conducted on high school class XI students in Bandung City as much as one class. The research method used was a weak experimental method. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Decrease in student misconceptions in terms of the results of the pretest and posttest. After learning, a questionnaire is given to find out students' responses to simple practicum-based learning. The results of the study showed that simple practicum food test was able to reduce student misconceptions, with an average reduction in misconceptions by 72%. Students' misconceptions are seen based on the analysis of conceptual changes. Conceptual change type Pattern I is a change towards positive (understanding the concept) showing the highest percentage of 68%. The highest decrease in misconceptions was found in the concept of food substances, while the lowest decrease in misconception was found in the concept of structural and bioprocess relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of application of POGIL model in improving student` understanding of the material on reaction rate. The method used in this research is Quasi Experiment with Non Equivalent Control Design research descriptions and sampling with purposive sampling technique.The instrument used in this research are 12 essay test instrument with conceptual understanding indicator covering ability to comprehend, apply, and analyze. In this reseacrh, obtained pretest score of control class as much as 26,10 and experiment class 24,86. Next, the score of posttest of concrol class is 62,48 and experiment class is 76,48. Based on the hypothesis test with the level of trust α (0,05) obtained by t-test of posttest data obtained that the value of sig (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,005 and tcount< ttabel (6,521<2,045) which mean H0 rejected and H1 accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the application of POGIL model to student understanding of the material on the rate of reaction. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe car rental practice, such as at Rizqi Rental Mobil Bekasi Barat, often faces breaches of contract from renters, including returning scratched or damaged cars, transferring the car to others, and delays in returning the vehicle. The purpose of this study is to examine the liability of car renters in the event of a breach of the rental agreement at Rizqi Rental Mobil Bekasi Barat and the dispute resolution process in cases of such breaches. The research method used is empirical juridical with a descriptive-analytical approach. The research findings indicate that Renters at Rizqi Rental Mobil Bekasi Barat are responsible for rental fees, damages exceeding Rp1,000,000, and legal procedures. Disputes arising from breaches are resolved through a review of the contract, direct discussions, and negotiations.Keywords: Liability; Breach of Contract; Car Rental Agreement.ABSTRAKPraktik sewa-menyewa mobil, seperti di Rizqi Rental Mobil Bekasi Barat, sering menghadapi wanprestasi dari penyewa, termasuk pengembalian mobil yang lecet atau rusak, memindahtangankan mobil, dan keterlambatan dalam pengembalian. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pertanggungjawaban penyewa mobil dalam hal terjadi wanprestasi atas perjanjian sewa menyewa di Rizqi Rental Mobil, Bekasi Barat dan penyelesaian sengketa dalam hal adanya wanprestasi terhadap perjanjian sewa menyewa mobil di Rizqi Rental Mobil, Bekasi Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyewa di Rizqi Rental Mobil Bekasi Barat bertanggung jawab atas biaya sewa, kerusakan mobil di atas Rp. 1.000.000, dan prosedur hukum. Sengketa wanprestasi diselesaikan melalui peninjauan perjanjian, diskusi, dan negosiasi.Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban; Wanprestasi; Perjanjian Sewa Mobil

Abstract

This research examines innovations in da'wah by utilizing technology to effectively disseminate Islamic messages, based on a narrative review of 30 articles indexed in Sinta 3. In the current digital era, advancements in information and communication technology have opened new opportunities for the dissemination of da'wah through social media, mobile applications, and other online platforms. The findings indicate that the use of technology not only expands the audience reach but also enhances interaction and engagement with da'wah content. Various methods, such as multimedia content creation and the application of digital marketing strategies, have proven effective in capturing the attention of younger generations. However, challenges such as the spread of inaccurate information and resistance to change must be addressed with a thoughtful approach. This study emphasizes the importance of adapting da'wah to technological advancements to ensure that Islamic messages are well received and understood by diverse segments of society.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, banyak aktivitas konvensional manusia yang digantikan dengan aktivitas virtual seperti berbelanja online. Dampak positif yang didapatkan dari aplikasi Shopee yaitu terlindunginya konsumen dari tindak penipuan, sedangkan dampak negatifnya menyebabkan masyarakat menjadi berperilaku konsumtif. Untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan kepada masyarakat, diperlukan literasi digital dalam dunia jual beli online. Pada artikel ini, pembahasan difokuskan pada; perkembangan online shopping di Indonesia dan keunggulan Shopee sebagai marketplace online di Indonesia. Simpulan dari artikel ini, Shopee merupakan sebuah solusi berbelanja online yang aman dan terpercaya jika ditinjau dari tahapan-tahapan proses pembayarannya. Berbelanja dalam portal atau aplikasi terpercaya dapat dijadikan upaya untuk menerapkan literasi digital dalam dunia Online Shipping agar dapat mengurangi tindak kejahatan yang marak seperti penipuan.

Abstract

New Media Audiences: Interaction and Fragmentation (Hegemony of Lambe Turah's Instagram Account in Social Media as an Active Audience Maker). In explaining the context of communication, it can be said that the communication process takes place in the context of progress in the era of globalization which has brought various information through technological devices throughout the world which can then influence society as an audience. Trends that exist in the world today are inseparable from the role of communication as a tool used to convey various messages, ideologies and values ​​of life. It cannot be forgotten that every communication process contains a motive behind it as well as the phenomenon of messages received in the form of trends received from social media, including the rise of "online gossiping". Talking about communication, messages and change, people also cannot separate them from the values ​​and culture contained in each message context. The message with multiple purposes include; informing, educating, influencing or entertaining also have an effect in individuals or society.

Abstract

One of the reasons for community development in the millennial era is the media. This article discusses the phenomenon that occurs in the era of digitalization which focuses on presence of social media in communication interaction activities. Digitalization has changed in various aspects of life with the presence of social media to aspects of the state including political issues in Indonesia. Social media has the potential to influence power relations in political parties to allowing individual candidates to campaign more independently. What is interesting about this study is how aspects of online media can influence other fields and vice versa. It was found that in the current phenomenon, gen Z are interested in politics, but have not been given the opportunity to become involved in politics.

Abstract

Film merupakan sebuah produk industri yang saat ini mengalami kemajuan pesat di Indonesia. Namun dengan kemajuan itu, film juga mengalami banyak kendala yang dihadapi, contohnya yaitu mengenai penyensoran bahkan pemblokiran yang terjadi pada film yang dianggap tidak layak tayang di Indonesia. Film-film yang tergolong tidak layak tersebut mayoritas memiliki visualisai yang mengandung unsur kekerasan dan pornografi, selain itu terdapat film yang diblokir untuk tayang di Indonesia karena alur cerita yang dianggap akan melukai bangsa Indonesia. Kebijakan dan perundangan film pada posisi ini menjadi penting untuk diterapkan dan dikaji ulang.

Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan aset agama, bangsa dan negara baik berperan sebagai individu, anggota masyarakat dan warga negara. Pengembangan diri di semua aspek kehidupan, fisik, psikologis sangatlah diperlukan dalam interaksi komunikasi. Sebagai ndividu mengalami perkembangan psikologis dan pola identifikasi dari kanak-kanak menjadi dewasa, terjadi peralihan keterampilan berbahasa. Secara Psikologis, kedewasaan dikatakan pertama sebagai pemekaran diri sendiri (extension of the self), ditandai kemampuan menganggap orang atau hal lain sebagai dirinya sendiri, egoisme berkurang, tumbuhnya kemampuan mencintai orang lain dan alam sekitarnya, bertenggangrasa, dan berkembangnya ego ideal. Kedua, kemampuan melihat diri sendiri secara objective (self- objectivication) atau kemampuan mengetahui diri sendiri. Dan ketiga, memiliki falsafah- hidup (unifying philosophy of life) yakni di mana dirinya faham bagaimana seharusnya bertingkah-laku dalam lingkungannya. Dan keempat Realitas ini telah membawa masyarakat, termasuk masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia masuk ke dalam era masyarakat informasi, sehingga pengendalian yang tepat untuk memanfaatkan new media dan mengeliminir dampaknya menjadi penting. Alasan utama penekanan filsafat etika komunikasi Islam adalah (1) penelitian periode tertentu sangat dipengaruhi keinginan memecahkan masalah praktis berinteraksi; (2) lebih sulit mempelajari alih berbahasa pada tahap-tahap berkehidupan. Perkembangan berbahasa merupakan serangkaian perubahan progesif yang terjadi sebagai akibat proses kematangan, pengalaman sekaligus proses integrasi interaksi dari banyak struktur dan fungsi yang kompleks. Kehidupan berkomunikasi selalu mengalami perubahan baik aspek fisik, psikis, maupun sosial seiring perubahan waktu dan zaman serta membentuk jaringan informasi yang makin kompleks. Karakter ini menjadi penentu jati diri, mencari-cari format yang tepat untuk membentuk identitas dirinya, akhirnya perbedaan interaksi memunculkan konflik. Riset pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini menerapkan pendekatan narative literature review. Teknik observasi deskriptif sebagai upaya pemahaman dan interpretasi konten (teks dan konteks), dan pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis tekstual data kebahasaan sebagai dokumenter. Korpus data berupa satuan teks hasil review penelitian, serta implikasi permasalahannya. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa terdapat alasan utama pentingnya etika komunikasi tata cara berkomunikasi yang sesuai dengan nilai moral. Kata Kunci: etika interaksi, filsafat, moral, komunikasi Islam.
