Abstract

There are various ways to build character in early education institutions. One of the methods used at Madrasah Diniah Miftahul Huda Sekardangan Blitar is through the Book of Syi'ir Ngudi Susila and the Book of Syi'ir Mitra Sejati. This literature study aims to examine the values ​​of character education in the two books. This descriptive-qualitative writing reveals the character education values ​​of the two books. First, the values ​​of character education in the Book of Syi'ir Ngudi Susila are related to the following matters, including manners of children to their parents, the discipline of time, manners related to school, manners of students at home, manners of children towards teachers. , children's manners when parents receive guests, as well as vigilance and keeping traditions. Second, the values ​​of character education in the Book of Syi'ir Mitra Sejati relate to the following matters, including humanity, the manners of children towards their fathers, the manners of children towards their mothers, the manners of the people to the government, the manners of students towards their parents. teachers, manners towards fellow friends, careful attention, manners in speaking, etiquette in dealing with others, maintaining health, eating manners, dress manners, keeping the house and room clean, adult obligations, frugal, visiting others and receiving guests, visiting the sick, mourning the dead, and etiquette for wedding invitations.

Abstract

Busana merupakan fenomena yang unik dan menarik berbagai bidang kajian keilmuan, salah satunya adalah dari kacamata Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam. Sejarah perkembangan busana di dunia juga ditandai dengan banyaknya public figure yang menyebarkan kebudayaannya dengan busana yang kemudian diikuti oleh masyarakat yang lebih luas. Di sisi lain, hijab kemudian hadir sebagai personalitas yang merepresentasikan wanita muslim di dunia. Dengan keberagaman objek penelitian yang lahir dari media sosial, penelitian ini mencoba memaparkan mengenai resepsi audiens perempuan terhadap aktivitas influencer hijab dan busana yang dianggap sebagai sumber opini publik dan tampilan penggunaan busana terkini oleh khalayak. Dengan menggunakan metode Group Interview sebagai metode pengambilan data, didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas informan memiliki penerimaan yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Ijtihād is a thought process to find out the law of a problem based on the most appropriate argument. Correct ijtihad will be able to provide answers to the problems at hand. The basis of true ijtihād is the ability to explore the arguments from the Qur'an and hadith and then process them using qualified tools, supported by correct and consistent methodologies. These three components with the addition of the most important factor, namely the straightness of intentions and an objective view, will undoubtedly be able to produce legal certainty for the problems that are often asked by mankind. Understanding the correct methodology and applying it appropriately will be able to produce the legal provisions sought in the ijtihād process itself. In this article, we will discuss more specifically about one of the great madhhab imams, namely Al-Imam Muhammad bin Idris Asy-Syafi'i rahimahullahu or Imam Shafi'i. The main issues that will be discussed in this article are about the legal basis used by Imam Syafi'i in determining Islamic law and the development of Islamic law or the Shafi'i school. In addition to also reviewing the methodological framework, to deliver him as an absolute mujtahid, the founder of the basic methodology in Islam. Imam al-Syafi'i's ijtihād methods contained in the book of al-Risālah include: Returning all matters to the Qur'ān, hadith, ijmā', the words of friends (al-Āṡār) and qiyās, issuing laws by looking at the substance of a argument, issuing the law by looking at its 'illat and lowering the argument only on things that are visible, as for the essence, then return to Allah swt. Imam Ash-Shafi'i argues that the main basis in establishing the law is the Qur'an and the Sunnah. If not, then by relying on the Qur'an and Sunnah. If the chain of hadith is continued until the Messenger of Allah and the sanad is authentic, then that is what is desired. Ijma as a proof is stronger than khabar ahad. If a hadith contains more than one meaning, then the meaning that is dzahir is the main one. If the hadiths are of the same level, then the one that is more authentic is more important.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama University Blitar has the motto The Character Building in carrying out its vision, mission, and institutional goals. This qualitative descriptive writing with literature study will try to interpret the motto. The data analysis technique uses content analysis by sorting out data according to the objectives and problems studied. This paper finds the following points. First, the academic community of Nahdlatul Ulama University Blitar continues to evaluate program activities or policies in realizing its goals, objectives, vision, and mission, as well as trying to increase job satisfaction for structural officials, employees, and employees. Second, the academic community of Nahdlatul Ulama University Blitar continues to improve social competence for their academics with various activities through the tri dharma of higher education which includes education/teaching, research, and community service. Third, the academic community of Nahdlatul Ulama University Blitar continues to improve morality for their academic community, to practice the teachings of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah an-Naahdliyah in carrying out the Tridharma of Higher Education.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observation note that, in learning activities, teachers deliver materials with power point media less attract students to be active, this is seen only passive students in learning activities. Such activities make students less motivated. The purpose of this study is 1) Describe the implementation of student learning jurisprudence through the application of Adobe Flash media. 2) Describe the learning activities of jurisprudence students through the application of Adobe Flash media. 3) Describing the results of study of jurisprudence of students of Blitar City through the application of Adobe Flash media on basic competence “Explaining the provisions of inheritance law in Islam.” Based on the results of research can be concluded that the application of Adobe Flash media can improve the activity and learning outcomes of students, apply and develop Adobe Flash media in learning jurisprudence with material Explain the provisions of inheritance law in Islam more deepened.

Abstract

Talking about the media in Indonesia commonly related to politics and personal interests which known as media conglomerates. The media should have balanced principle in every delivered information, but in fact the media now has to reverse direction to follow the interests of media owners. In this article, the author discusses ratings and an active role in the media with media conglomerates, which in fact both are interconnected. This article found that rating and active role of consumers in the media determine the content of an event. Conglomerates in Indonesia also have a tendency to become a media commercialization.

Abstract

In this research, we will examine the scientific approach (scientific approach) in the learning of Islamic Religious Education and the Free Learning Curriculum Character in terms of the positivistic scientific paradigm initiated by Auguste Comte. Based on the results of this research, it can be explained that the scientific approach (scientific approach) in learning the Merdeka Learning curriculum is through the steps of observing, asking, reasoning, associating, and communicating. Based on the scientific approach in the Merdeka Learning curriculum, it is very relevant to the positivistic paradigm. In a positivistic perspective, in learning Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics of the Freedom to Learn curriculum, the scientific approach is less relevant to be applied to material aspects of Aqidah. Whereas in the learning material aspects of Fiqh, Morals, Al-Quran Hadith, History of Islamic Culture, the scientific approach is very good to be applied to the learning process.

Abstract

Purwa Ayu Mardi Utama (PAMU) is one of the groups that affirm Javanese religious pluralism for the Javanese people. For PAMU, the Javanese religion is not a religion that wants to syncretize other religions that have recently entered the island of Java. Javanese religion is not a religion that wants to establish a new religion. However, the Javanese religion is an ordinance or rule from the ancestors of the island of Java that existed before the religions of other nations, such as Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism, Christianity, Confucianism, and the like entered the island of Java. This paper aims to examine the following matters, including (1) a brief biography of R.M. Djojopernomo, a founding figure of PAMU; (2) religious pluralism according to PAMU teachings; and (3) the experience of religious pluralism for PAMU at the local level.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, the construction of Islamic scholarship continues to change from time to time. In every era, there must always be a renewal in constructing Islamic scholarship so that it is not left behind with the progress of the times. Research with this literature study resulted in the following conclusions. First, until now the construction of Islamic scholarship has passed through three stages, namely: traditionalism which is characterized by normative-theological, modernism which is empirical-sociological, and postmodernism which is characterized by holistic-integrative Second, the current era of postmodernism is an era of seeking the right form or model for ending the dichotomy of religion and general science. Third, the era of holistic-integrative Islamic scientific postmodernism is classified in the humanities sciences (al-ilmu al-insaniyah) which includes, among others; sociology, anthropology, psychology, history, social institutions, Basic Natural Sciences, Basic Cultural Sciences, and Basic Social Sciences, which are presented with a scientific approach. Thus, holistic-integrative Islamic scholarship in the current era of postmodernism must include these humanities sciences in Islamic scientific disciplines to be able to answer and face the development of an increasingly globalized era.

Abstract

Examines Article 1 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution on Changes regarding Democracy as a political system in Indonesia and its implementation in the field from the point of view of the theory of justice with dignity. This is done in order to find a theory of democracy that is correct and capable of prospering all Indonesian people in the context of a just and dignified law. This paper is the result of normative research with a legal theory approach. Namely article 1 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution concerning People's Sovereignty or the concept of Democracy from the standpoint of a legal theory based on dignified justice. Democracy in Indonesia recently has experienced a distortion, from essential democracy which is expected to prosper all Indonesian people to a formal democracy that is run for the benefit of a handful of oligarchs. So it is necessary to have a meaning of democracy both in terms of regulation and its implementation in accordance with the legal concept that applies dignified justice.
