Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of marketing strategies in increasing the sales turnover of Nymaz Hijab products in Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. This research uses a qualitative method using primary data obtained from interviews and direct observation with the owner, employees, and consumers of Nymaz Hijab. Secondary data used is information from the internet and Nymaz Hijab's social media accounts. The results showed that Nymaz Hijab uses marketing strategies which include attention to product quality, always updating products, determining prices based on product prices from the center by considering other costs, and active promotion through social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok. However, Nymaz Hijab needs to pay attention to market selection to determine its target market. With the marketing strategy carried out, Nymaz Hijab succeeded in increasing sales turnover from IDR 278,050,000 in 2022 to IDR 289,950,000 in 2023. In addition, business owners also sometimes hold product sales to attract consumer interest. Thus, an optimized marketing strategy can make a significant contribution in increasing the company's sales turnover.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of implementing the An-Nahdliyah method in enhancing Quran reading proficiency at TPQ Roudlotut Taallum. The study employs a qualitative field research approach to delve into the practical application of the An-Nahdliyah method, following the prescribed guidelines for managing Quran education centers. Various challenges are identified, including students' difficulties in comprehending learning materials, irregular attendance, and a lack of enthusiasm throughout the learning process. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the efficacy of the An-Nahdliyah method and shed light on potential obstacles that may arise during its implementation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas penerapan metode An-Nahdliyah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an di TPQ Roudlotut Taallum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan kualitatif untuk menyelidiki implementasi praktis metode An-Nahdliyah, dengan mengikuti pedoman yang ditetapkan untuk pengelolaan pusat pendidikan Al-Qur'an. Beberapa tantangan yang diidentifikasi meliputi kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran, kehadiran yang tidak teratur, dan kurangnya antusiasme selama proses pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas metode An-Nahdliyah dan mengungkapkan hambatan potensial yang mungkin timbul selama implementasinya.

Abstract

Brokerage services have experienced growth and development in the business world in society. Business actors, especially large chili farmers, are increasingly relying on intermediary services to facilitate the sale of their crops so that their income can be disbursed more quickly. The aim of this research is to explain the review of Islamic business ethics and muamalah fiqh on the practice of delivery services in buying and selling large chilies in Tegalan Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Obtaining data through observation, interviews, and documentation is finally analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses extended participation techniques, persistence or regularity of observations, and data triangulation. Research findings show that the review of Islamic business ethics which includes unity (tauḫid), equilibrium/balance (al-'adl), free will (free will), and responsibility (responsibility) has not been fully fulfilled in this practice. Furthermore, this practice is partly by the pillars and requirements of muamalah fiqh, namely aqid and ma'qud alaih, but what is not appropriate is related to maudhu' al-aqid and sighat of the contract. The practice of intermediary services in buying and selling large chilies in Tegalan Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency, involves two transaction schemes. The basic difference between these schemes: there is an additional transaction in the second scheme, namely that the service provider provides capital loans to farmers. This practice uses a samsarah contract, where the intermediary who sells the farmer's chili does not bear the risk but instead charges operational costs to the farmer. These operational costs are not explained in detail to farmers and the prices agreed between intermediaries and market traders are not communicated to farmers.

Abstract

This study analyzes the restructuring of the Qur'anic Education Institution in Indonesia as a strategy to improve the quality of Islamic religious education. While previous studies have discussed the effectiveness of learning methods, few have comprehensively examined the institutional restructuring, including administrative, pedagogical, and parental participation aspects. Therefore, this study fills this gap by presenting an integrated approach to restructuring Qur'anic Education Institution. This study employs a qualitative approach with a field research method. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Qur'anic Education Institution faces various challenges such as limited teaching staff, non-standardized administration system, and low participation in training programs facilitated by Mabin. The novelty of this study lies in identifying and implementing a community-based restructuring model that enhances teacher competence, improves the administration system, and strengthens collaboration with parents. The restructuring of Qur'anic Education Institution contributes significantly to improving the quality of religious education through a more effective teaching system, professional institutional management, and active stakeholders involvement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis restrukturisasi Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an di Indonesia sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan agama Islam. Meskipun berbagai studi sebelumnya telah membahas efektivitas metode pembelajaran, namun belum banyak yang mengkaji secara komprehensif proses restrukturisasi kelembagaan yang mencakup aspek administratif, pedagogis, dan partisipasi orang tua. Oleh karena itu, studi ini mengisi kekosongan tersebut dengan menyajikan pendekatan terpadu dalam penataan Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman: reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan tenaga pendidik, sistem administrasi yang tidak terstandarisasi, dan rendahnya partisipasi dalam program pelatihan yang difasilitasi oleh Mabin. Kebaruan dari studi ini terletak pada identifikasi dan implementasi model restrukturisasi berbasis komunitas yang mencakup peningkatan kompetensi guru, pembenahan sistem administrasi, serta penguatan kolaborasi dengan orang tua. Restrukturisasi Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama melalui sistem pengajaran yang lebih efektif, manajemen kelembagaan yang profesional, dan keterlibatan aktif para pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

Pelatihan instalasi listrik satu fasa dilaksanakan di Dusun Soko, Desa Menang, Kabupaten Kediri, Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai upaya peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam instalasi yang aman dan sesuai standar PUIL. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mendukung kewirausahaan di tengah ketatnya persaingan kerja formal. Metode meliputi survei, koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa, penyusunan modul, serta pelatihan teori dan praktik. Hasil menunjukkan 80% peserta kompeten secara praktik. Meskipun partisipasi belum mencapai target (10 dari 25 orang), respons peserta sangat positif. Pelatihan efektif sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai usaha mikro.

Abstract

Halal refers to the laws outlined by Allah in the Quran for permissible actions and practices based on Sharia principles.  As a Muslim-majority country, Indonesia aspires to be a global leader in the implementation of the Halal lifestyle, with higher education institutions acting as change agents. This research combined quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the analysis revealed that all dependent variables have a significant relationship simultaneously with the independent variable, namely Lifestyle. There are two types of effects on lifestyle: positive and negative. Reference Group, Family, Personality, Perception, Motives, and Demographics are the factors that show a positive effect. Culture and Experience, on the other hand, have a negative effect. Overall, the academic community at Kediri's Islamic Religious College is very supportive of the halal industry.

Abstract

Materi matematika yang sering menjadi momok oleh beberapa orang, sedangkanmeningkatkan minat belajar pada matematika sangat diperlukan. Hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran, yaitu model pembelajaran jigsaw. Jigsaw dipilih dengan keunggulan-keunggulan yang menjadi karakteristik dari metode Jigsaw. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan diawali dengan proses observasi dan diakhiri dengan proses evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode jigsaw dapat meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa terhadap materi matematika dengan ditunjukkan lebih dari 70% mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan minat belajar, dari yang sebelumnya kurang dari 70%. Peningkatan ini juga diikuti dengan meningkatnya kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam belajar matematika. Dalam praktiknya, dosen sebagai fasilitator yang menyiapkan kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam belajar. Bahan-bahan belajar yang utama disiapkan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa bertugas mencari pengetahuan pelengkapnya supaya materi yang sedang dipahami dapat terserap dengan maksimal oleh mahasiswa. Dengan metode jigsaw ini, dosen menjadi terbantu dalam penyampaian materi di depan kelas yang mampu meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

The use of digital payment methods has become a necessity for MSMEs in increasing operational efficiency and competitiveness, including Starra Kitchen, which is trying to follow this trend. This community service activity aims to assist Starra Kitchen in integrating ShopeePay as a digital payment method. The implementation of the activity involves a service learning approach involving a team of lecturers and students. The stages include identifying needs, training, technical implementation, and evaluation. The training includes account creation, ShopeePay application integration, and simulation of its use. This activity is carried out in a participatory manner through discussions and direct assistance. The results of the activity show that Starra Kitchen has succeeded in integrating ShopeePay as a payment method, which is expected to increase transaction efficiency, reduce recording errors, and expand customer access. The success of this activity is the first step in Starra Kitchen's digital transformation, as well as encouraging MSMEs to utilize financial technology to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of their businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to understand consumer behavior in choosing murabahah financing at BMT Beringharjo Nganjuk Branch, focusing on the role of consumer knowledge as the main factor influencing decision-making. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis technique. Data were collected through questionnaires for 66 respondents who are BMT customers. The results of the study indicate that consumer knowledge has a significant influence on murabahah financing decision-making, with a correlation coefficient of 0.796 (strong relationship) and an R² value of 63.4%. This indicates that 63.4% of the variability in consumer decisions can be explained by their level of knowledge, while 36.6% is influenced by other factors. Education through family and friends is the main source of information (60.6%), while electronic media and brochures are less effective. In conclusion, increasing consumer knowledge, especially through product education, can encourage more informed decisions and strengthen trust in sharia financing. This study is relevant in formulating marketing and education strategies to improve consumer understanding and BMT competitiveness in the sharia financial sector.
