Abstract

Pelatihan instalasi listrik satu fasa dilaksanakan di Dusun Soko, Desa Menang, Kabupaten Kediri, Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai upaya peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam instalasi yang aman dan sesuai standar PUIL. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mendukung kewirausahaan di tengah ketatnya persaingan kerja formal. Metode meliputi survei, koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa, penyusunan modul, serta pelatihan teori dan praktik. Hasil menunjukkan 80% peserta kompeten secara praktik. Meskipun partisipasi belum mencapai target (10 dari 25 orang), respons peserta sangat positif. Pelatihan efektif sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai usaha mikro.

Abstract

Public Sector Leadership related to a leader’s capability to actualize an effective organization and could give a good motivation towards work performance in order to create a better quality of public service. Factors that can boost and increasing the work performance, which are: leader commitment, leadership style, changes in organization culture and work plan. The goal of this research is to find, understanding, explaining and processing view about public sector leadership in improving sevices of Permit Division at Bojonegoro Regency but also understanding the supporting and hindering factors in it. The research shows that the concept of Public Sector Leadership can increase the services in Permit division at Bojonegoro Regency optimally. This shows with the leader commitment, leadership commitment and organization culture that integrated in work space and also the existence of a correct work plan. But, there is also supporting and hindering factors that can affect the performance and quality of services in Permit Division of Bojonegoro Regency. Moreover, performance of public sector employee were reviewed through productivity concept, responsiveness, responsibility, accountability and service quality. Thus, it can be known that Public Sector Leadership is a concept that can be a guidelines to increase the quality of public services, in example like Permit Division of Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

Research This aim For analyze Public Sector Leadership in service licensing in the government Regency Bojonegoro and for analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in Public Sector Leadership in service licensing in the government Regency Bojonegoro. Research This approach qualitative method studies case. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis was carried out with a number of stages, which is open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The process of analyzing and extracting data conclusions researchers also use technique triangulation, namely triangulation method, between researchers, data sources and theories. The results of study This show draft Public Sector Leadership can increase service public field licensing optimally in the Regency Bojonegoro. Public Sector Leadership carried out by the Head of the Bojonegoro Regency Bojonegoro realized with existence commitment leader, style leadership and culture unified organization with room scope performance as well as existence plan proper work. Factors influential supporters Public Sector Leadership in service licensing in the Regency Bojonegoro is : commitment tall Regional Head, culture appropriate organization with room scope performance government, the existence of motivation and innovation from Regional Heads and transparency. Meanwhile, the factor inhibitor among others: sources Power apparatus that has not Can follow initiative leaders and dependencies public to leaders, lack of appreciation leader to performance employee, not yet complete regulations field licensing and society Still Not yet used to with technology.
