Abstract

Tanggung Village with all the diversity of its people requires that the need for agricultural land is still limited because the process of delivering information to the community in Tanggung Village regarding land mapping and distribution of subsidized fertilizers is still not optimal. In this case, researchers designed the Land Mapping System application with a User Interface that is easily understood by community users, to get feature specifications that are in accordance with the needs, the SIPETA Application must have a good User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) so as not to cause new problems and differences in interpretation in its use. Using mixed methods, this research applies Human Centered Design as the basis for designing an application design named SIPETA (Sistem Pemetaan Tanah). This research will focus on two main issues, namely related to the process of designing the SIPETA user interface and analyzing users of the Land Mapping Information System (SIPETA) in providing agricultural information to farmers in Tanggung Village. The result of this research is a concrete application that can be applied to the land data collection process and makes it easier for the village officials to manage it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hasil penelitian analisis teknik benchmarking analisis index kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja sistem akademik (SIAKAD) UNIKAMA. Faktor kualitas layanan menggunakan tangible (bukti fisik), reliable (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan) dan emphaty (empati). Sampel penelitian adalah 321 mahasiswa yang telah menggunakan SIAKAD selama proses perkuliahan pada Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. Hasil uji validitas data menunjukkan bahwa semua butir soal valid dan hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan tingkat reliabelnya baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini berdasarkan nilai kesesuaian pada tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa per atribut pada analisis Important Performance Analysis maka hasil yang diperoleh berada di tingkat “sangat memuaskan”. Sedangkan berdasarkan dari hasil analisis Customer Satisfaction Index hasil yang diperoleh berada pada kriteria “puas”. Berdasarkan hasil Benchmarking dari kedua metode tersebut didapatkan bahwasanya index kepuasan mahasiswa itu sangat optimal khususnya pada metode IPA dikarenakan pada metode tersebut juga dapat mengetahui secara detail atribut mana saja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan melalui hasil diagram kartesius. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa metode ini merupakan metode yang lebih kompleks. Berdasarkan pada hasil pengolahan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat peneliti kemukakan beberapa saran yang diharapkan berguna bagi Sistem akademk Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang atau pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan dalam hal ini, pelaksanaan upaya perbaikan harus dipantau dan dievaluasi sesuai dengan hasil yang didapatkan agar kepuasan pengguna sistem akademik benar-benar terpenuhi, jika ingin melakukan Benchmarking pada sebuah metode diharapkan metode yang akan menjadi pembanding mempunyai variabel sama.

Abstract

How does text summarization work in reviewing the Tokopedia application Google Play Store How to implement the text rank algorithm in doing so text summarization in the Tokopedia application review on Playstore. Measuring accuracy and the performance of the text rank algorithm in text summarization in the Tokopedia application review in google playstore How effective is the textrank algorithm when used for text summarization A framework is a structure used to help researchers or thinkers in compiling and understanding information systematically.collect data by scraping data on Google Collab, scraping data, Observation is a data collection method by observing events. The data collection method used in creating this system was literature study. Literature studies are carried out by processing information related to manufacturing system, making notes sourced from library materials. Evaluation results using ROUGE shows that this method is effective in extracting important information from the review, allowing to produce a summary that relevant and informative with a recall accuracy value of 93.78%. results in summarizing text in reviews Tokopedia application on the Play Store. By building a weighted graph from matrices cosine similarity based on TF-IDF vector representation.
