Abstract

Studying learners in the melenial paradigm is a very important and interesting study. Therefore, we can find out the extent to which students are engaged in facing the educational horizon in Indonesia. Related to the urgency of learners facing the millennial era researchers want to examine more in more closely how the management of learners in general and more especially according to the view of the book Adb al 'lim wa al Muta'allim related to the concept of student management. the results of research and discussions that have been previously described, concluded that the concept of student management is a plan that will be carried out in the management of learners in which there is an understanding of student management, the objectives and functions of student management, the principles of student management, and also the management activities of learners, the concept of learners perspective of the book of Adb al 'lim wa al Muta'allim is a plan that must be owned by the learner that has full concentration, has high morality and motivation, the concept of management of learners perspective of the book Adb al 'lim wa al Muta'allim that the learner must plan what will be done when starting to find knowledge that is there is intention, grouping learners when learning , student orientation, coaching and development of learners, evaluation and mutation. Referencing the results of this study, there are several suggestions that in the concept of student management, schools or institutions should pay close attention to what is needed by the learner so that what is planned by the school or institution can be achieved properly. In addition, based on the analysis of the Book of Adb Al 'lim Wa Al Muta'allim, related to the concept of student management, students should be able to do anything that is an obligation for learners.

Abstract

Educators are people who have responsibility in the process of internalizing religious values and strive to create individuals who will have a scientific mindset and will have perfect personalities. Educators also play a strategic role in efforts to shape the character of the nation’s generation through the process of developing the desired personality and values. Eduvators also play role in developing intellectualintelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and other intelligence. Educators are also trying to develop the interest, talents, abilities, and potential of students. In addition, educators in Islamic education are people who have responsibility for the development of students by seeking all the potential and tendencies that exist in students, both covering the cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitude) domains, and the psychomotor domain (skills). According Abdullah Nashih ‘Ulwan there are several responsibilities that must be carried out by educators for children’s education, namely the responsibility for faith eduction, moral education, physical education, intellectual education, psychological education, social education, and sex education.

Abstract

Quality is the most important aspect in every educational institution, where quqlity is believed to be the main capital in facing competition. Therefore, managing and educational institution must be comprehensive and integrated. This is inseparable from how a institution manages that quality. Manajement of quality management is basically directed to meet consumer needs consistenly and achieve continous improvement in every aspect ot the activities of educational institution. Basically, quality management seeks to improve the quality of work productivity andefficiency trough performance improvement both internally and externally. The quality of education can be seen from the fulfillment of eight educational standart that must be met by school. The eight educational standart include, content standart (curriculum implementation and development), process standart, assessment standart, graduate competency standart, standart of educators and education personnel, standart of elemet management in educational institution, standart of education financing, standart of educational facilities and infrastructure.
