Abstract

ABSTRACT---In this paper, we analyze and compute distribution of thermal neutron flux in core of Kartini’s Reactor using “Swadaya” detector, both for axial (function of z) and radial (function r) direction. First, “Swadaya” detector is calibrated by activation plate method, which the output from detector is current. The result of calibration is thermal neutron flux (ф) dependent on current (I) that can be written as ф = 4,57x1020I - 2,74x1011. Distribution for neutron thermal flux for axial direction and radial direction respectively Ф = 5,10 x 1012 + 5,99 x 1013 and ф = 1.08 x 1012 + 1,00 x 103 which in reactor core ф has largest value in center position for radial direction.   Keywords: flux neutron distribution, nucleus reactor, Swadaya detector

Abstract

Kalangan, a village in Mojoseto, is part of the Gondang sub-district, Nganjuk Regency, which is located in the north, close to Sukomoro District. The condition of rural communities is very thick with the tradition of mutual cooperation and togetherness that is still going well. Economic conditions that are included in the middle and lower are one of the causes of the level of education and knowledge that are also not yet developed, including their religious insights. TPA At-taubah, one of the Islamic education institutions managed by the community as an asset. In the implementation of education, constrained human resources that have not been fulfilled, including infrastructure, organizational structure, and operational permits. Through the community service program of the Nganjuk STAIDA lecturer which requires a contribution of thought and direct involvement in helping to solve these problems. With the touch and plunge directly, it is expected to be able to explore and develop the potential that exists for the progress of religious programs in the community. With cooperation and utilizing the existing potential, the service program can run smoothly and meet the needs of infrastructure, and management of operational permits

Abstract

This research developed questions to measure the improvement in computational thinking (CT) abilities of children with mild autism spectrum disorder (ASD). A quantitative approach was used in this research, with data collection through filling out expert judgment questionnaires by material experts and questions related to CT. The study results showed that the questions created were considered good for use in improving the CT abilities of children with ASD. The results of material expert validation showed an average value of 78.32%, which falls into the good category. In contrast, the question expert validation gives a perfect score, which confirms the validity of the questions created for the material and learning objectives used. The question instrument developed includes three main components of CT, namely decomposition, pattern recognition, and algorithm design, with a design that uses images and visual elements as well as simple instructions to facilitate understanding and involvement in children with ASD. This study bring a positive contribution to the development of more inclusive and effective CT learning for children with ASD.

Abstract

The integration of technology in education presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly in the context of Islamic education, where maintaining pedagogical effectiveness while embracing digital tools remains a key concern. This study aims to analyze technology integration in Islamic education, explore educators’ strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding, and identify challenges and opportunities related to technology use, including artificial intelligence and social media, to optimize digital-based learning. Employing a quantitative cross-sectional survey design, the study collected data from 11,372 Islamic education teachers across Indonesia, following a pilot phase involving 569 teachers. The findings indicate a generally positive reception of technology integration, with a high overall average response (4.4035), demonstrating its perceived effectiveness in supporting student engagement and comprehension. Key recommendations include enhancing teacher training programs, improving technological infrastructure, and adopting a balanced pedagogical approach to optimize educational outcomes.

Abstract

The Javanese Muslim community is closely connected to the traditions that continue to thrive within society today. The interaction between Islam and local culture and traditions reflects the distinctive characteristics of religious life that have developed in Indonesia, particularly in Java. Thus, the relationship between Islam and Javanese culture and tradition represents two inseparable aspects that are continuously interrelated. Based on this, the study examines the understanding of Javanese Islam by exploring the relationship between culture and religion. Intellectualism within Javanese Islam originates from pre-existing traditions and cultural practices that were later refined and harmonized with Islamic values. A culture is considered acceptable in Islam when it embodies meaningful processes and rituals that do not contradict Islamic principles, while also reflecting noble Islamic values and contributing positively to the Muslim community.
