Abstract

Cultural literacy is an essential skill that enables individuals to understand and appreciate various cultural aspects in a multicultural context. In an increasingly interconnected era of globalization, cultural literacy plays a role in strengthening local identity while addressing the challenges of cultural homogenization. This study explores the reinforcement of Minangkabau cultural literacy through the Sapakan Alek Kesenian event in Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik, West Sumatra. The event serves as a conscious effort to preserve local traditions, including arts, dance, and traditional games, amid the currents of modernization. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Sapakan Alek Kesenian not only strengthens social bonds among community members but also enhances the understanding and appreciation of Minangkabau cultural heritage among the younger generation. The main challenges encountered include the influence of globalization and changes in the curriculum that have removed Minangkabau Cultural Studies from formal education. This study recommends integrating cultural activities into education and fostering collaboration between the government, communities, and traditional institutions to strengthen cultural literacy outside of schools. The research provides practical insights for cultural preservation and the reinforcement of local identity in the global era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan multimediapembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada kelas XIjurursan manajemen perkantoran di SMK Negeri 6 Medan. Penggunaan memilikiarti proses, cara perbuatan memakai sesuatu, atau pemakaian. Multimediapembelajaran diartikan sebagai segala sesuatu yang dapat digunakan untukmenyalurkan pesan (message), merangsang pikiran, perasaan, perhatian dankemauan peserta didik sehingga dapat mendorong proses belajar. Sementara itu,motivasi belajar adalah dorongan internal dan eksternal yang mendorong siswauntuk mencapai tujuan belajar mereka.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan manajemen perkantorandi SMK Negeri 6 Medan yang berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilansampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan datadilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan regresilinear berganda. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen variabelmultimedia pembelajaran memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,639, motivasibelajar sebesar 0,611, dan hasil belajar sebesar 0,712

Abstract

This research tries to ascertain how service quality influences fuel purchasing decisions at SPBU Coco 11.201.107 HM. Yamin Medan. This research uses explanatory research which uses descriptive statistical methods to verify whether there is an influence between the services provided on customers' fuel purchasing decisions. The research results showed that respondents' responses regarding the quality of service were considered good. Respondents rated the services and facilities provided at the Coco HM gas station positively. Yamin. Similar research can be carried out between regions for the next stage of the research process in the same environment with different characteristics and with changes in research variables that can be developed for further research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of interest rate collection behavior and the quality of micro business credit services at Bank BRI, HM Medan branch. yes. This research uses explanatory research, where descriptive statistical methods are used to assess whether there is a relationship between the influence of services provided and interest rates on people's business credit customers. The research results showed that respondents' answers regarding service quality were considered good. The interest rate determination is in line with customer expectations and the results of the credit decision category show that respondents did not experience difficulty in determining the BRI HM Bank branch. Yamin Medan as the bank that submitted the KUR microcredit application.
