Abstract

The reason for this study is to inspect the impact of TM, SM on OP alongside the mediating job of process control and enhancement. This is a quantitative report and was directed on Indonesian oil part. 300 survey were conveyed. Arbitrary inspecting method and 5 Likert scale was utilized to gather the data. The findings of this investigation demonstrated that SCM practices has a huge constructive outcome on the OP of SCM, this is an amazing methodology on the grounds that not just the SCM practices proposed in this examination, OP is additionally affected by others, for example, working environment, capital, innovation, hardware, human asset, data, and so on.

Abstract

Indonesia has as of late received best maintainable business performs to profit organizations, atmosphere and partners. Consequently, this investigation shows ways to supportable SC triple main concern progress got from linkages of official burdens and authoritative personality (OI) to atmosphere and social supportable practices. It demonstrates that the superordinate objective of SSCM is met disregarding unwavering outer weights and alluring OI driving the explicit ecological and dependable social practices of firms. A review approach was received to assemble the information need for this examination. A sum of 203 finished polls were gotten from respondents, who were directors and senior officials in SCM in Malaysia. The information was investigated utilizing basic condition demonstrating with PLS-SEM rendition 3.0. Our discoveries demonstrated that all speculated connections are noteworthy aside from both process-and market-based social practices couldn't straightforwardly affect economic performance. This is in sharp complexity to ecological practices. Be that as it may, the critical connection between social practices with performance is a pathway for the previous to economic performance. Subsequently, the economic benefits got from social practices are rescued through its performance results. The epic and helpful effect of institutional weights on practices of SCM are likewise uncovered.

Abstract

The construction of residential canals in Cimahi City is one of the jobs that needs to be carried out considering that the canal capacity often exceeds the limit. This condition often causes puddles when the rainy season arrives. The occurrence of waterlogging, especially during the rainy season, in several residential areas has an impact on socio-economic aspects and the lives of local communities. Inundation occurs due to drainage channels not functioning properly. This research aims to analyze the capacity of existing channels and provide design recommendations for handling floods in the RW 24 and RW 28 areas, Cipageran Village, North Cimahi District, Cimahi City. In this research, primary data was collected, namely measuring the topography and dimensions of the existing channel. Interviews were also conducted with local residents to get an overview of the problems and modeling calibration data. This research uses modeling assistance with SWMM software. From the research results, it was found that the existing channel dimensions can still accommodate flow discharge with return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 and even 100 years. However, the condition of existing channels that are not maintained and high sedimentation causes a decrease in channel capacity, so that during the rainy season water overflows occur due to reduced channel capacity. So it is recommended to build a channel cut of approximately 180 meters to reduce the flow rate in the existing channel.

Abstract

The motivation behind this investigation is to analyze the impact of green SC practices as far as GP, GM and Environment collaborator with suppliers on SCP with the mediating job of op of Indonesian Manufacturing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This was done quantitatively. 190 example measure was taken from this segment. 5point Likert scale and arbitrary inspecting method was utilized to gather the data. Amos programming was utilized to examine data from respondents. The finish of this examination demonstrated that execution of GSCM exercises, specifically GP, and environmental joint effort with suppliers and GM, decidedly adds to op in manufacturing SMEs. The investigation further presumes that op in manufacturing SMEs in Indonesia decidedly impacts SCP.

Abstract

Kata kunci: Bandung, Bendung,  cidurian, Kualitas Air ,Sungai Abstract One of the sustainable development goals related to rivers is clean and affordable energy. Rivers can be used as a source of renewable energy. the Cikapundung and Cidurian rivers are the biggest river in Bandung City. Widyatama University is one of the locations that the Cidurian river passes through. The Cidurian River is wide enough with a strong river flow, but until now the existence of this river has not been used optimally by the local community. This study aims to comprehensively examine the potential of the Cidurian river flow in front of the Widyatama University campus. In this research, the stages of hydrological analysis, river hydraulic modeling, electric power calculation and water quality analysis were carried out. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the weir which has a 5-meter long dimension and there are 2 openings at the bottom (0.5 x 0.5m) causes the water behind the weir to increase the water level, but does not significantly affect the flow velocity. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the flow rate (Q) in the closed channel at the bottom of the weir is 0.2 m3/s with a flow velocity of 0.8 m/s, which can generate 19.62-Watt of electrical energy for one turbine. From the results of the analysis it is also known that river water still meets Class II water quality standards. Keywords: Bandung, weir, cidurian, water quality, river
