The current research intends to analyze the implications of three aspects of supply chain integration (SCI) on three types of firm performance (FP) from the organizational capability (OC) context. The analysis examines the associations between internal integration (II), consumer integration (CI), supplier integration (SI), supplier-oriented performance (SOP), market-oriented performance (MOP), and financial condition from the organizational capacity point of view, based on the data of 670 firms in Indonesia. The structural equation model is used to carry out the analysis. The findings suggest that internal integration strengthens external integration and explicitly and implicitly increases FP through internal and external collaboration. Furthermore, complete or partial meditation between supply chain integration and FP are revealed and thus demonstrate the contradictory results regarding SCI on FP in earlier investigations.

This research aims to estimate and analyze the impact of internal company factors on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The internal factors that determine dividend policy tested in this research are Current Ratio (CR), Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Asset Growth (Growth), Collateralizable Assets (COL), and Return on Equity (ROE), while policy Dividends are proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR. The population in this study is 188 manufacturing companies registered on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is based on the suitability of the sample characteristics with predetermined sample selection criteria in order to obtain The research sample is 24 companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and panel data regression models. Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Asset Growth (Growth) have no effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Meanwhile, the Collateralizable Assets (COL) and Return on Equity (ROE) ratios have an effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Financial Ratios to Assess the Financial Performance of Banking Companies Listed on the IDX. The approach in this study is to use a quantitative approach, and based on its objectives, this type of research is causal, namely research that explains the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable. Independent variables in this study include Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and for the dependent variable in this study is Financial Performance projected by Return On Asset (ROA). The population of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which amounted to 44. The sample determination procedure uses a non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The article analysis of improving organizational culture through employee engagement, talent management, training and human resource development is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management science. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous studies relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as publish or perish, google scholar, garba digital reference and jurnal sinta. The tool used to cite reference sources is Mendeley References. This study aims to determine the role of work stress in mediating the influence of workload and compensation on job satisfaction in employees of PT Jasindo Pratama. The research design used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach, which aims to find a cause-and-effect relationship between the variables studied. The population in this study is 45 employees of PT Jasindo Pratama, which is also used as a research sample using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data processing involves validity and reliability tests, structural tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that workload has a positive and significant influence on work stress. Workload has no effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has no effect on work stress. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress has no effect on job satisfaction. Work stress cannot mediate the effect of workload and compensation on job satisfaction. Thus, these findings highlight the importance of the role of work stress in increasing job satisfaction among PT Jasindo Pratana employees. Although work stress cannot mediate the effect of workload and compensation on job satisfaction in the context of this study, it does not reduce the need to pay attention to and manage these factors in the context of human resource management.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work culture on employee loyalty at PT. Orisa Utama Sejahtera. Employee loyalty is a crucial factor in achieving the company's goals, where effective leadership and a positive work culture can enhance employee engagement and commitment. This study adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the entire employee population of the company. The analysis results indicate that leadership style and work culture have a significant impact on employee loyalty, both individually and simultaneously. These findings suggest that the company needs to strengthen a participative and communicative leadership style and foster a supportive work environment that values employee contributions. Consequently, it is expected that employee loyalty will improve, ultimately having a positive impact on the company's performance and sustainability. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh dosen di samping pendidikan dan penelitian. PKM merupakan kegiatan dosen dalam mengamalkan dan membudayakan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Menerapkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah di masyarakat. Memperkuat pengabdian perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat. Meningkatkan citra dan peran perguruan tinggi dalam pembangunan bangsa.Kualitias pengelolaan sampah salah satu permasalahan yang harus dibenahi di tempat pengabdian yang kami lakukan, hasil pengabdian kami memberikan beberapa solusi untuk bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan pengelolaan sampah yang ada di kabupaten bogor solusinya sebagai berikut: Memberikan solusi meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan sampah yang berdaya guna pada kabupaten bogor. Tujuan dari PKM adalah untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh dosen agar dapat memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Program ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka dan memperkuat keterlibatan perguruan tinggi dalam pembangunan lokal dan nasional. Beberapa kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam PKM antara lain: (1) Pemberian pelatihan atau penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang berbagai topik seperti kesehatan, pertanian, pendidikan, dan lain-lain. (2) Pengembangan produk atau teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. (3) Pemberian konsultasi atau pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah yang mereka hadapi. (4) Penyusunan kebijakan atau program yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam melaksanakan PKM, dosen biasanya bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, seperti pemerintah daerah, lembaga non-pemerintah, atau masyarakat langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM biasanya dievaluasi berdasarkan dampak yang dihasilkan bagi masyarakat yang dilayani serta kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Melihat adanya permasalahan tentang kualitas SDM di tempat dibumdes kabupaten Bogor maka dari itu perlu dilakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ilmu dan wawasan tentang kualitas SDM sehingga mampu bersaing dengan kabupaten/kota lain. Tujuannya ingin meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui manajemen sumber daya manusia yang tertata,tekoordinasi di bumdes kabupaten Bogor.
