Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian kendaraan merek Toyota. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif kausal. Obyek atau populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik kendaraan merek Toyota di Bekasi. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dari 160 responden. Analisis data yang di lakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari citra merek, kualitas produk dan promosi secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian. Abstract The main objective of this study is to determine how much influence brand image, product quality, and promotion have on purchasing decisions for Toyota brand vehicles. As for this research, it uses a causal quantitative descriptive research design. The object or population in this study is the owner of a Toyota brand vehicle in Bekasi. Sampling method by using convenience sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, from 160 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS program. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence of brand image, product quality and promotion partially on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to examine the recycled plastic industry's competitiveness and supply chain strategy in Indonesia mediated by import regulations to improve the company's financial performance. Building the concept of circular economy in the green supply chain management framework. Optimizing the management and development of the recycled plastic industry also provides a multiplayer effect on product competitiveness, creates a green economy and green environment, and contributes to reducing virgin plastic import consumption. This research is based on quantitative methodology with population data from business people and employees within the scope of recycling plastic industry activities in the DKI Jakarta area. The Slovin formula produces a purposeful random sampling method for the respondent sample data collecting approach. This research was conducted by collecting questionnaires from respondents. The data was processed using SEM analysis tools on the SmartPLS 3.3 statistical application program. The results showed that innovation, investment, and import and export regulations from the government were able to increase the competitiveness of domestic plastic recycling products from a circular economy perspective. In addition, supported by good green supply chain management, it can improve the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Implementing Community Service (PkM) aims to encourage collaboration and exchange of ideas among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to present solutions and innovations supporting the national economic recovery through a talk show on RRI PRO 1 FM. The method used in this activity includes organizing a talk show involving MSME actors as resource persons, focusing on discussions about solutions and innovations that can support the growth of MSMEs and their contribution to the national economic recovery. The results of the PkM implementation and its implications show that we have successfully contributed by partnering with MSME actors as companions in sharing experiences, solutions, and innovations that can make a positive contribution to the national economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini difokuskan pada Industri Kecil Rumah Tangga (IKRT) yaitu IKRT Family Care Plus, produsen cairan pembersih ramah lingkungan di Tangerang. Tantangan pemasaran yang dihadapi IKRT/UMKM, seperti kurangnya pemahaman untuk beradabtasi pada pemasaran digital, sumber daya terbatas, persaingan pasar, dan perkembangan teknologi, serta partnership. Solusi diajukan melalui kemitraan dengan perguruan tinggi, di mana UNDIRA memberikan dukungan pendampingan pemasaran dan serta terkait tata Kelola lain serta penerapan iptek dalam produksinya. Strategi pemasaran antara lain: rebranding, redesign kemasan, pengembangan pemasaran digital, pembuatan situs web, media sosial, dan onboard di marketplace.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan ini mempercepat pemasaran produk IKRT Family Care Plus. Rekomendasi untuk kegiatan serupa, melibatkan pemilihan mitra yang tepat, studi kelayakan, perencanaan matang, implementasi efektif, penyusunan perjanjian kerja sama, dan evaluasi berkala. Pendanaan berasal dari Hibah DIKTI melalui Program Pembinaan UMKM Berbasis Kemitraan 2023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pengguna aplikasi marketplace di kota Tangerang untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi marketplace Tokopedia. Model yang diusulkan mencakup elemen-elemen dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari individu yang pernah menggunakan Tokopedia sebagai pengguna atau pembeli. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di kota Tangerang, berusia produktif, dan minimal sudah pernah menggunakan Tokopedia. Jumlah responden minimal sebanyak 155 responden. Model persamaan struktural (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Intention To Continue To Use, User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UE) berpengaruh terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Intention To Continue To Use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi prediktor impulse buying selama menonton shopee live di e-commerce shopee melalui dimensi price discount, time pressure dan product knowledge. Belanja online melalui live shopping sedang menjadi trend saat ini, dimana pengguna live shopping harus dapat mengambil keputusan selama live shopping tersebut berlangsung. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh pengguna shopee live. Sementara sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria usia produktif yang melakukan transaksi melalui Shopee live minimal dalam satu bulan terakhir. Adapun sampel penelitian berjumlah 125 responden yang didapatkan menggunakan rumus Hair et al. Selanjutnya peneliti akan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengambilan data. Sedangkan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kausalitas. Data yang terkumpul kemudian akan diolah menggunakan SEM-PLS.

Abstract

Efforts to develop Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) promoted by Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA) in Situgadung Village, Tangerang through a partnership with IKRT Family Care Plus is here as a solution to answer the challenges faced by SMEs, especially in the fields of management and technology with products which are certified. This Community Service Program provides technological support through better production tools to increase productivity, financial management training, and online marketing to strengthen human resource competence. UNDIRA's involvement in financial management training, and manufacturing production machines with process automation technology is expected to increase the productivity of IKRT Family Care Plus, create employment opportunities, improve the quality of environmentally friendly products, and increase sales. This program can also become a partnership model for other educational institutions, to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs and stimulate the people's economy.

Abstract

Perubahan pola hidup masyarakat yang cenderung praktis dan instan, di mana kenyamanan dan kecepatan menjadi prioritas, memberi dampak pada peningkatan kebutuhan jasa laundry sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat yang malas mencuci pakaian secara mandiri. Fenomena menjamurnya bisnis laundry sebagai konsekuensi langsung dari pola hidup ini telah membawa dampak besar pada permintaan cairan pembersih pakaian dalam skala besar. Keadaan ini menimbulkan tantangan bagi UMKM yang memproduksi cairan pembersih, dimana seringkali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memenuhi permintaan yang meningkat pesat. Sejalan dengan dinamika tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat produksi cairan pembersih yang dapat dipindahkan secara mudah serta memiliki konsistensi dalam hal pengemasan. Proses penelitian dilakukan mulai dari perancangan, pembuatan alat, dan pengujian alat. Dari hasil ujicoba diketahui bahwa setiap bagian sistem telah lolos uji dan mekanisme produksi antara satu bagian dengan bagian lain dapat bekerja dengan normal dan terukur.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to empower MSMEs through marketing strategies from the innovative processing of banana peel and catfish head waste into products with high economic value. The approach used involves the integration of waste treatment technology with a sustainability-based digital marketing strategy. This program is designed to answer the problem of organic waste from vegetable residues including banana peels and catfish heads, which has been adding to the waste problem. On the other hand, the challenge of Kemuning MSMEs in accessing a wider market through digital technology. The outputs of this program include increasing the capacity of MSME partners in waste treatment, creating competitive environmentally friendly products, and increasing market access through digital media. The program's excellence lies in the integration of a holistic and innovative approach, which focuses not only on waste treatment, but also on marketing aspects to create added value for products in a sustainable manner. The results of this program are expected to encourage local economic growth, reduce the environmental impact of organic waste, and increase public awareness of the importance of more responsible waste management. Thus, this program makes a real contribution to the development of innovation-based and sustainability-based MSMEs.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA) lecturers to help develop business opportunities in the catfish processing industry are carried out by some home industry communities who call themselves the "Kemuning Mandiri" small business group on Jl. Rias Permai 3 No.19, Cogreg Village, Kec. Parung, Bogor Regency, West Java, has produced fish nuggets and skin crackers. This industrial activity certainly leaves behind waste in the form of bones and fish heads. The waste produced ranges from 55% – 60% of production raw materials or around 825 kg – 900 kg/month and is simply thrown away. This waste will have a negative impact on the environment if it is not handled properly and correctly. This research aims to utilize catfish bone and head waste into fish food pellet products with added financial value to increase business profits. Based on business calculations, the added financial value to increase net profits is 30.7%, or IDR 1,762,500/month.
