Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan peran guru dalam meningkatkan karakter disiplin siswa di kelas XI MAS Al-Asy`ariyah Medan Krio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini yang merupakan informasi adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik di Kelas XI MAS Al-Asy`Ariyah Medan Krio. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam meningkatkan karakter disiplin siswa di kelas XI MAS Al-asy`ariyah Medan Krio sudah baik karena dengan guru menjadi teladan yang disiplin bagi siswa, guru-guru sudah menampilkan dan memberikan contoh perbuatan yang baik dalam meningkatkan karakter disiplin peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of the madrasah principal in strengthening teacher professionalism, along with the supporting and hindering factors, within the context of MAS Miftahussalam Medan. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The research subjects include the principal and teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using techniques of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through triangulation. The findings show that: (1) the principal’s managerial skills significantly contribute to improving teacher professionalism at MAS Miftahussalam Medan, although they are not yet fully optimal and require strong collaboration from all school components; and (2) the principal plays a key role in creating a harmonious environment by assigning tasks according to each teacher’s role and supporting their professional development.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi orang tua terhadap kepribadian intrapersonal anak pada masyarakat di Kota Pari Pantai Cermin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, tokoh masyarakat dan orang tua yang memiliki anak yang masih dalam tahap pendidikan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi orang tua terhadap kepribadian intrapersonal anak pada masyarakat Kota Pari Pantai Cermin diantaranya kesibukan orang tua, kurang kepercayaan orang tua terhadap anak, kelelahan orang tua yang terlalu fokus pada mencari nafkah, sehingga terkadang komunikasi kurang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus kepada implementasi pembelajaran SKI melalui media film kisah nabi di kelas V MIS Istiqomah Al’Ulya Paya Geli, Faktor faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pembelajaran SKI melalui media film kisah nabi di kelas V MIS Istiqomah Al’Ulya Paya Geli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, Sedangkan pengumpulan data pelaksanaan penelitian penulis melakukan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, Penarikan Kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran SKI melalui media film kisah nabi di kelas V MIS Istiqomah Al’Ulya Paya Geli. Hasil penelitian implementasi pembelajaran SKI melalui media film kisah nabi di kelas V MIS Istiqomah Al’Ulya Paya Geli menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat beberapa langkah yang dilakukan oleh guru sebelum proses pembelajaran yaitu, perencanaan, persiapan kelas, penyajian, aktivitas lanjutan. (2) Faktor faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pembelajaran SKI melalui media film kisah nabi di kelas V MIS Istiqomah Al’Ulya Paya Geli. Media film mampu meningkatkan keaktifan dan semangat belajar, media film memberikan kemudahan dalam memahami materi pelajaran, peserta didik mampu mengerjakan soal dan menjawab pertanyaan, media film mampu meningkatkan nilai belajar dan mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana media pembelajaran PAI berbasis Differentiatied Instruction dan umtuk mengetahui apa saja tujuan  dan manfaat dari media pembelajaran PAI berbasis Differentiated instruction di SD IT Al wasliyah klambir lima.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Kepala Sekolah, Guru bidang studi PAI di SD IT Al wasliyah Klambir Lima. Data atau sumber di kutip dari buku, jurnal, arsip, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display atau penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan media pembelajaran PAI berbasis Differentiated Instruction di SD IT Al wasliyah klambir lima telah diterapkan dari mulai asesmen awal pendaftaran hingga masuk ke tahap pembelajaran. Tujuan serta manfaat dari media pembeljaran berbasis diffrensiasi untuk memenuhi ketercapain target pembelajaran dan memudahkan nya guru dalam mengajarkan pelajaran terutama pada pelajaran PAI, serta meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa pada jenjang sekolah dasar (SD), sehingga siswa menjadi semangat, kreatif,inovatif dalam belajar sesuai dengan gaya dan kemampuan masing-masing siswa.

Abstract

This service was carried out in the South Namu Ukur Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. This activity aims to instill an image for the younger generation to seek to increase religious understanding for family members through informal education through strengthening education in families. The specific target inthis service is to provide an understanding of the importance of education as a stronghold in responding to other forms of education. Through a coaching program that can later be carried out on an ongoing basis, it can create a resilient young generation. Youth are the next generation that physically and thought can easily accept change. The expected outcome of this dedication is that it can be published in scientific journals thathave ISSN and be additional information in the making of teaching materials in communication science courses, especially organizational communication and group communication. This dedication will be carried out in the southern Namu measuring village consisting of 10 environments including the Namu Measuring Environment, Simpang Tiga Environment, Tanjung Karo Environment, Modeling Environment, Sidodadi Environment, Siriang-jovial Environment, Suka Rame Environment, Sido Rukun Environment, Lau Workshop environment , South Namu Measuring Environment. The length of service is 2 months, the approach used is a case study by gathering various kinds of information which is then processed to get a solution so that the problems revealed can be solved.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the understanding of the Lau Gumba community on halal and good food. The object of the study was a study group of mothers in Lau Gumba Village, Berastagi, Karo. The application of halal is very useful because it will be applied in family life. This research is expected to provide a solution in striving for Muslims who are in Lau Gumba Village to maintain and consume halal and good foods where human nature is greatly influenced by what they eat. This research was conducted for 9 months, in order to obtain data and information researchers used a qualitative approach by observations and interviews. This research is very useful for the benefit of the people, nation and state in realizing the ideals of the struggle of the Republic of Indonesia, where the preservation of Muslims from halal and haram will manifest a freedom and satisfaction with the implementation of each worship.

Abstract

Communication between teacher and student in the implementation of learning is crucial to the acquisition of targeted learning outcomes, this is because the purpose of communication is the effort to deliver messages from the communicator to the communicant so that they have the same meaning. Same here the meaning is the same interpretation of a teacher who teaches in class to students. Children with physical impairment are children who have a damaged or disturbed condition as a result of impaired form or obstacles in the bones, muscles, and joints in their normal functioning. This condition can be caused by illness, accident or can be caused due to innate. Access to education for the physically disabled is no different from a normal child, they both have the right to obtain education such as gaining knowledge, abilities, and skills. Although many individual differences are expressed between one child and another, human rights remain the same as are the rights of extraordinary children the same as normal children. The communication strategy of Islamic religious education teachers is expected to be realized properly so that in the delivery of the material gets a foot back, For this reason, the authors convey the results of research in the form of Communication Strategies of Islamic Education Teachers for Tunadaksa children in LB LB YPAC Medan.

Abstract

This study wasconductedtofindoutthe obstacles of implementation of Islamic education at the Elementary School of Lobugoti Sigotom Julu District Pangaribuan District North Tapanuli. North Tapanuli is a very familiar area with kinship or kinship. It is very unfortunate if this does not care about each other. This research is expected to provide solutions for the implementation of Islamic religious education in the form of procurement of Islamic religious teachers and the provision of school facilities and infrastructure that support the teaching and learning process at the school. Islamic religious education is essentially an effort to transfer religious values, knowledge and culture that are carried out continuously so that values can be a source of motivation and aspirations and benchmarks in the actions and attitudes and thinking patternsfor adherents. Research on the obstacles of the implementation of Islamic religious education in Lobugoti Sigotom Julu State Elementary School, Pangaribuan Tapanuli Utara District is included in field research, withgrounded theory method. Technique of taking informant in this research done by purposive. Data sources are obtained directly through the parties concerned through interviews, observation and document analysis. This research is very useful for the benefit of the people, the nation and the state in realizing the ideals of the Indonesian republic's struggle, where with religious education, the moral of the students become better.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan sumber belajar melalui power point, untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan sumber belajar melalui power point pada Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menonjolkan pemahaman dalam kaitannya dengan persoalan dalam kegiatan publik dengan melihat kondisi realita. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menggambarkan objek penelitian berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak seperti kasusnya. Hasil penelitian penggunaan sumber belajar melalui power point pada Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal adalah, bahwa penggunaan powerpoint sebagai media pembelajaran belum maksimal karena keterbatasan dan ketersediaan alat yang digunakan belum maksimal, selain itu keterampilan guru juga dalam memanfaatkan sarana belum maksimal. Keberhasilan proses belajar dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Faktor internal adalah faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa anatara lain motivasi, minat, dan kemampuan berpikir siswa. Faktor eksternal adalah faktor yang berasal dari luar, antara lain lingkungan belajar, keluarga, masyarakat dan sekolah.
