Abstract

Door keys are susceptible to the risk of being left behind or lost. Nowadays, the security system is the most important in our daily life. It requires protection or security to save it. This research is designed to build home doors security by using a knock pattern. The process is by doing knock on it, identification until the verification of each knock pattern is recognized. Along with the development of technologies are increasingly fast and try to answer all of the human needs. The system will start working by doing the accuracy of the interval between beats; when the rhythm/rhythm knock based on the previous data stored, then the system is active. Thus, the authors tried to develop a tool that is used as a key to the door home by way of knocking on the door with the rhythm/rhythm, which has been adjusted by a knock. Using this tool it is expected to help and maintain home security in a better way.

Abstract

PT. Dunia Barusa is one of the largest companies in Aceh which is engaged in motorized vehicles or better known as car sales, service and spare parts. As a large company, PT. Dunia Barusa strives to continue to provide better service to its customers and maintain its relationship with its customers and potential customers. However, there are problems in terms of service and vehicle work processes when customer service. The problem is how customers/prospective customers can be served properly and correctly according to predetermined standards. So that is necessary for an application to get the voice of the customer in order to easily know the customer is satisfied or not satisfied after the vehicle is serviced. In this study, researchers used an Android application as a data processing medium to obtain information on customer satisfaction with existing services in Barusa World so that the information system was used as a benchmark in improving quality and meeting customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar-dasar komputer bagi Komunitas Teknologi Informatika (KTI) Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 150 orang anggota. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman dasar tentang perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, kesulitan dalam mencari informasi yang kredibel, serta ketidakmampuan dalam menjaga keamanan data dan privasi di dunia digital. Permasalahan tersebut menghambat potensi anggota komunitas untuk memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal dalam mencari pekerjaan dan mengembangkan karier mereka. Sebagai solusi, kegiatan PKM ini difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama: penguatan dasar-dasar komputer, pendampingan akses informasi online, dan pelatihan serta pendampingan keamanan digital. Pelatihan dasar komputer meliputi penggunaan perangkat lunak pengolah kata, spreadsheet, dan presentasi, sementara pendampingan akses informasi bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan anggota komunitas dalam mencari dan mengevaluasi informasi yang kredibel melalui internet. Selain itu, pelatihan keamanan digital diberikan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan dalam menjaga data pribadi serta bertransaksi secara aman di dunia maya. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta melaporkan peningkatan keterampilan komputer, sementara 75% merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mencari pekerjaan yang membutuhkan kemampuan komputer. Sebanyak 30% peserta berhasil mendapatkan pekerjaan baru, dan 50% lainnya tengah melamar pekerjaan dengan keterampilan yang lebih tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membuka peluang kerja baru dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta di pasar kerja. Program ini juga berhasil memperkenalkan konsep keamanan digital yang lebih luas kepada peserta, sehingga mereka lebih siap melindungi diri di dunia maya. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat positif bagi mitra, meningkatkan kesiapan peserta untuk berkompetisi di dunia kerja, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan digital yang sangat dibutuhkan di era teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Syekh Hamzah Al-Fansury in Subulussalam City emphasizes high-quality educational services, including managing the monthly Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) payments for approximately 300 students. The growing number of students requires the development of a more efficient and detailed payment system. Currently, payments are processed manually, which can be inefficient. Transactions are recorded using cards and then manually entered into a ledger by the treasurer. This system risks errors and data loss, especially if a payment card is lost. The introduction of an SPP payment application is expected to improve data efficiency and security. Payments will be accurately recorded and securely stored in a database. The use of a computerized system will also help minimize errors and facilitate access to payment data, particularly in generating financial reports. This study aims to develop a web-based SPP payment application for Pondok Pesantren Syekh Hamzah Al-Fansury. A qualitative approach was used to understand the needs of potential users, while the waterfall method of software development was chosen to ensure a structured design process. The results show that the application effectively simplifies the payment process, generates receipts, and presents reports accurately. This application is expected to provide an effective solution to enhance the quality of SPP payment services for students at Pondok Pesantren Syekh Hamzah Al-Fansury.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penggunaan aplikasi komputer bagi peserta kursus di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Yayasan Pendidikan Guna Rayadi Ilmu. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu peserta dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital mereka guna menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin berbasis teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode kursus dengan pendekatan berbasis praktik, di mana peserta mendapatkan pembelajaran teori secara singkat dan lebih banyak melakukan latihan langsung menggunakan aplikasi komputer yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Evaluasi keberhasilan program dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi komputer, baik dalam hal kecepatan maupun ketepatan penggunaan fitur-fitur utama. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis komputer dengan metode kursus ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dan dapat dijadikan model dalam program pelatihan serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

One of the key non-formal educational institutions contributing significantly to human resource development at the grassroots level is the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). PKBM offers a comprehensive range of educational services, including Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Functional Literacy (KF), Package A (equivalent to elementary school), Package B (equivalent to junior high school), Package C (equivalent to senior high school), Business Learning Groups (KBU), and is also equipped with Community Reading Gardens (TBM). The main objective of PKBM is to expand educational access, particularly for marginalized communities that have limited opportunities to participate in formal education. PKBM serves as a means of community empowerment by improving knowledge, skills, and fostering a positive mental attitude that supports personal development and economic advancement. This study employed a participatory approach, emphasizing the active role and involvement of community members as assisted partners. Findings reveal that the establishment of PKBM in Alue Dua Village was initiated by the aspirations of the local community, supported by organizers. The programs implemented not only provide alternative educational pathways but also serve as a platform for social and economic transformation. Thus, PKBM is expected to become a driving force in enhancing the quality of life and overall community welfare in a sustainable manner

Abstract

This study aims to develop an online digital invitation service that can be used for all activities such as invitations to religious, family, and personal activities and in the application development process the Go Web framework is used. This study uses research with the Research and Development method. The product developed based on initial research is the Online Digital Invitation System. The test subjects in this development are expert subjects and students of STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh as potential users of the product. This research was taken by random sampling technique, which consisted of 20 small-scale and 30 large-scale test people. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. This questionnaire was conducted to assess the application developed from the completeness of the application and the material as well as the physical appearance of the application. Data analysis is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Based on the results of research and discussion of research results to develop an Online Digital Invitation System, several stages of feasibility testing are needed, namely media expert tests, material expert tests and tests on respondents. Based on the results of research on small group trials, the Digital Online Invitation System was obtained. Most 90% stated that it was very feasible to use, and the results of research on large trials, most of the students, 96.67% stated that it was very feasible to use. With these results, it can be concluded that the Online Digital Invitation System is very feasible to use. Based on the conclusions from the results of the study, it is implied that the Online Digital Invitation System is very feasible to use, so that it becomes good input for users in making digital invitations both used through browsers and android.

Abstract

Manual attendance methods are still commonly used in university settings and often lead to several problems, such as delayed record-keeping, data inaccuracies, and time-consuming recap processes. To overcome these issues, a web-based attendance system was developed using barcode scanning via smartphones. The system was designed using the Spiral model, allowing for gradual development and adaptation to user requirements. The design process involved direct observation and interviews with academic staff to understand the existing workflow. The application consists of two main components: a desktop application for data input and management, and an Android application that allows students to scan barcodes as proof of attendance. All scanned data is automatically stored in a local database via a Wi-Fi network. Testing was carried out using the blackbox method to ensure that all features functioned as intended. The results showed that the system increased recording speed, reduced errors, and simplified the generation of attendance reports. A simple user interface also made the system easy to operate without the need for special training. This system offers a practical solution to support a more efficient and organized academic administration process.
