Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Integrated Referral Information System (SISRUTE) on employee performance at Meuraxa Regional Hospital, Banda Aceh City. In the context of developments in information technology, SISRUTE has become an important innovation in the health referral system. However, there are still challenges in implementing it in hospitals. This research uses a descriptive analysis method by collecting data through surveys and statistical analysis. The research results show that even though SISRUTE has been implemented, its effect on employee performance is not yet significant. This shows the need for further efforts to increase the effectiveness of SISRUTE implementation at Meuraxa District Hospital.

Abstract

Information systems have become a crucial part of various institutions and modern societies today. With the availability of appropriate information systems, many benefits can be gained, ultimately enhancing work productivity. To maintain the stability and availability of information networks, a well-managed system is required, one that can address any arising issues. Monitoring network devices is essential to assist network administrators in observing and controlling the installed network systems. PT. AcehLink Media, located at Jalan Pocut Baren No. 31A, Gampong Keuramat, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City, is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company that serves Internet users, particularly in the Banda Aceh area, 24 hours a day. The network device monitoring system currently implemented at PT. AcehLink Media relies on a manual method using ping from Command Prompt. As an Internet service provider, this method is understandably ineffective, especially when network issues occur. The methodology used in this research includes Data Collection Methods derived from Literature Studies and Field Observations (including Interviews), as well as System Analysis and Design Methods. The system to be designed is based on the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) using the CACTI application. CACTI is a frontend application of the Round Robin Database Tool (RRDTool), which stores information in a MySQL database and generates graphs based on that information. The implementation of the designed Network Device Monitoring Information System is expected to assist personnel in troubleshooting network issues when they arise, thus ensuring the stability of Internet services for all customers.

Abstract

PT. Acehlink Media merupakan salah satu Internet Service Provider (ISP) swasta yang bergerak dibidang telkomunikasi yang menyediakan interkoneksi internet keseluruh pengguna yang berada di daerah Banda Aceh yang dilengkapi dengan Sumber Daya Manusia yang sangat handal dibidangnya, untuk menungjang kelancaran layanan terhadap pelangggan PT. Acehlink Media tersebut diperlukan semuah monitoring terhadap perangkat yang tersebar di seluruh banda aceh untuk memmudahkan pengelolaan layanan terhadap pelanggan, monitoring dibutuhkan untuk mempercepat kinerja dalam melakukan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan yang terkoneksi dengan Internet Service Provider (ISP) tersebut. Selama ini PT. Acehlink Media masih melakukan pengecekan perangkat satu persatu dengan cara ping atau remote terhadap perangkat tersebut berdasarkan informasi dari pelanggan, namun dengan adanya sebuah system informasi monitoring sangat memudahkan terhadap petugas untuk mengetahui status perangkat secara real time tanpa harus melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap perngkat satu persatu. Sistem informasi monitoring dibangun untuk mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu untuk melakukan penanganan masalah terhadap perangkat yang bermasalah.
