Abstract

UNSULTRA Internal Community Service Activities (PKM-UNSULTRA) carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology located at PPS Kendari City. Fish waste can be processed into animal feed, the result of which is simply processed into fish meal. Fish meal as an animal feed ingredient is made from processed residues (waste). Maximizing the use of fish waste will ultimately increase the economic value of the processed waste. Community service activities aim to process feed in the right way and apply it to livestock. Processing fish waste can maximize the economic value of feed. This is intended to be able to process fish waste properly, produce more and run a fishmeal business as animal feed in a more focused manner. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in knowledge and skills in processing fish waste into better animal feed and there is practical packaging in marketing the product.

Abstract

Tobeu Village is one of the villages in Unaaha District, Konawe Regency which has a very potential area for developing livestock businesses, specifically free-range chicken and broiler chicken farming businesses. The Saprin livestock group is one of the livestock groups engaged in the broiler chicken farming business in Unaaha Regency. The service aims to provide education to partners in increasing the weight and immunity of broilers in order to support increased broiler chicken yields by utilizing vegetable waste during October-November 2023. The method in this service consists of physical and non-physical activities as a medium for transferring knowledge and technology to partner groups and physical activities are carried out through technical guidance with a participatory approach. The results of the service provide knowledge and skills in making chicken feed from vegetable waste.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan periode terjadinya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang pesat baik secara fisik, psikologis maupun intelektual. Remaja perlu diberikan informasi yang baik dan positif melalui orang tua, teman sebaya, ataupun guru sekolah. Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan remaja merupakan strategi yang dinilai efektif menimbang remaja memiliki pemikiran yang terbuka dan dalam tahapan belajar sehingga secara tidak langsung merubah perilaku remaja menjadi lebih positif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Kotabunan. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan perencanaan. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan diskusi edukasi kesehatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para peserta lancar dengan semangat yang tinggi untuk dapat menambah pemahaman akan pentingnya kesehatan.
