Dalam mewujudkan ketertiban dalam masyarakat maka tindakan non yustial sangat penting karena dapat menyadarkan masyarakat tentang pentingnya menciptakan keadaan aman secara mandiri tanpa berharap kepada pihak kepolisian atau pemerintah, melalui Pam Swakarsa kesadaran masayarakat terhadap ketertiban, keamanan dan penanggulangan kejahatan dalam masyarakat dapat dilakukan secara mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang pembentukan pengamanan swakarsa sebagai pengemban fungsi kepolisian terbatas non yustisial dan optimasi pembentukannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu hukum sebagai gejala masyarakat, sebagai institusi sosial atau perilaku yang mempola. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengamanan swakarsa sebagai pengemban fungsi kepolisian terbatas non yustisial adalah sesuai dengan tuntutan kebutuhan untuk adanya pelayanan polisi. Pelaksanaan pengamanan swakarsa sebagai pengayom masyarakat, penegakan hukum, yaitu mempunyai tanggung jawab khusus untuk memelihara ketertiban masyarakat dan menangani kejahatan baik dalam bentuk tindakan terhadap kejahatan maupun bentuk pencegahan kejahatan agar para anggota masyarakat dapat hidup dan bekerja dalam keadaan aman dan tenteram.

Introduction: Burns are injuries that caused by contact with a heat source. The natural alternative burn treatment can use hydrolyzed collagen derived from aquatic ecosystems, one of them is fish.Objectives: The aim of this research was to find the optimum formulation of tilapia fish collagen extract ointment.Methods: Fish skin that has been separated was prepared using the solution of NaOH 0,1 N and Butyl Alcohol 10%.Then the fish skin was extracted using a 0.5 M acetic acid solution and precipitated with a 0.9 M NaCl solution. Then, dialysis was performed using a plastic membrane (14 KDa) in a 0.1 M acetic acid solution and distilled water to obtain a wet collagen extract which was then in the FreezeDryer to reduce the water content.Results: The collagen extract obtained was used for ointment formulations with different concentrations of collagen extract, that is 5%, 10%, and 15% and 2 additional miana plant extracts were used with collagen extract 5+5% and 10+10%. The results of the formulation were tested on burns with a diameter of 0.715 cm in mice.Conclusion: From the results of the effectiveness test, the formulation with 15% collagen extract showed effective results. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh bentuk saluran, lebar, dan kedalaman terhadap debit air pada saluran trapesium dan persegi. Saluran trapesium memiliki lebar permukaan 6,5 meter, lebar dasar 5,32 meter, dan kedalaman yang bervariasi antara 0,225 meter hingga 0,605 meter pada tiga bagian yang berbeda. Debit rata-rata yang diamati adalah 0,92 m³/s, 1,12 m³/s, dan 3,27 m³/s. Saluran persegi, dengan lebar dasar dan permukaan 0,74 meter dan kedalaman 0,255 meter, menghasilkan debit sebesar 0,026 m³/s. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik bentuk saluran maupun dimensi saluran, seperti lebar dan kedalaman, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap besarnya debit air, dengan saluran trapesium lebih efisien dalam mengalirkan air berkat luas penampang yang lebih besar.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sebuah sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Saat ini semakin banyak bermunculan UMKM yang mencoba untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di masyarakat. Salah satu UMKM yang berkembang di Desa Sukajadi adalah UMKM Keripik Pisang. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh UMKM keripik pisang yang berada di Desa Sukajadi Kec. Pondok Salam Purwakarta salah satunya adalah tampilan kemasan atau produk yang masih sederhana, serta proses pemasaran dan promosi produk yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan terbatas karena hanya mengandalkan informasi dari perseorangan. Selama ini penjualan yang dilakukan oleh UMKM keripik pisang hanya fokus dengan berjualan ditempat saja, yaitu mengandalkan penjualan hanya yang kenal saja, dan melakukan pemasaran secara offline. Tujuannya untuk memaksimalkan Pemasaran Dan Branding Produk UMKM Keripik Pisang Di Desa Sukajadi Kec. Pondok Salam Purwakarta dari sistem tradisional dibantu dengan sistem digital, serta melakukan rebranding tampilan produk dari tampilan sederhana menjadi tampilan kemasan yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan PKM ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan/sosialisasi, pemberian materi, rebranding label, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan di atas, bahwa UMKM Keripik Pisang di Desa Sukajadi Kec. Pondok Salam Purwakarta sudah mengetahui pentingnya citra merek dan pemasaran produk secara online. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa UMKM Keripik Pisang telah mempunyai Branding kemasan produk yang unik dan akan mudah di kenal oleh konsumen baru, serta pemasaran UMKM Keripik Pisang telah menggunakan 2 cara yakni menjajakan dan memasarkan juga di media Whatsapp.

Cloud computing is a combination of computer technology and internet-based development. Cloud computing uses the term "cloud", or cloud, to describe the internet, which is often depicted on computer network diagrams. Cloud computing capacity is an information technology service that can be accessed via the internet without knowing the infrastructure behind it. This opens up the possibility of accessing and using technology more efficiently and flexibly. The development of information technology, especially cloud computing, has had a significant impact in various fields, including education. Cloud computing changes the way information technology is distributed and accessed, providing opportunities for educational institutions to access data and educational resources more efficiently and flexibly. It also helps educational institutions to focus more on core educational processes without having to manage technology infrastructure directly. Teaching about cloud computing is becoming increasingly important. Because through an introduction to the basic concepts, types, benefits and practical applications of cloud computing, students can understand the importance of this technology in the modern world. Thus, teaching and training measures such as those described in this study are expected to help increase the understanding and application of cloud computing among students, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities in the ever-evolving digital era.

In improving the quality of education that leads to vocational programs, the Bangkabelitung Manufacturing Polytechnic is one of the institutions with almost 80% of study programs in the vocational direction. Where in general vocational programs lead to values ??that are guided by the skills they rely on. With an educational background, all lecturers at the Bangkabelitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic have vocational-based education. The increase in study programs in the electronics department will certainly add color to the scientific aspect specifically regarding Information Technology, especially on the Internet of Things (IoT), with the existence of community service programs which is one of the tri dharma of higher education, as well as efforts to increase the competence of teachers and students, especially in vocational schools or schools that are oriented towards vocational programs. Therefore we provide training to teachers and students on understanding technology 4.0 which includes an understanding of IoT. By using simulation tools in the form of sensors, microcontrollers, WiFi devices, and output using DC/AC motors as loads. It is hoped that 90% of teachers and students understand technology 4.0 based on the Internet of Things.

In general, mobbing is carried out by children against adults, but on the contrary mobbing is carried out by adults against children. The raid caused minor injuries and trauma to the child as a victim. Raids are included in the criminal act of persecution that must not be allowed and must be carried out by law enforcement. This study aims to analyze the law enforcement process against the criminal act of adult mobbing on children carried out by the Gempol Palimanan Sector Police of Cirebon Regency to the process at the Sumber Prosecutor's Office of Cirebon Regency. The type of research used qualitative research with a descriptive approach to analysis that describes and analyzes facts or data that exist and are collected when conducting research, research methods used empirical juridical or sociological, namely through interviews or interviews with related parties, police, perpetrators, victims and prosecutors. Based on the analysis, it was found that Gempol Police conducted law enforcement assisted by the victim's family in arresting the perpetrators, not all perpetrators were caught. Only one was caught and law enforcement proceedings were carried out. The law enforcement process continues to the Source Prosecutor's Office, the perpetrator asks for a resolution to be carried out by Restorative Justice at the Source Prosecutor's Office. Settlement through Restorative Justice is also agreed upon by the victim. For the sake of justice, Gempol Police should also process other perpetrators of mobbing, if possible, Restorative Justice is carried out in investigations and investigations at the police.
