At present, the publication of scientific papers from Classroom Action Research for Islamic Education teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is an important agenda for Islamic Education teachers, not only as a prerequisite but also for the future of the Indonesian nation. In this case, publication is also the main evidence of the originality of the teacher's research carried out and can become a capital track record of teachers as quality educators. The purpose of the implementation of this service is to improve the ability to write scientific articles for prospective madrasah ibtidaiyah pai teachers in Pekalongan district. The method of implementing this activity uses a direct training and coaching approach. The results of the service which was attended by 32 people showed that after participating in this service the partners (participants) had succeeded in converting the PTK manuscript into a draft journal article and they were also able to submit it online (via OJS) to the intended journal.

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management consisting of knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, and knowledge sharing on the improvement of the performance of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In addition, it is also to determine whether competence can moderate the knowledge management variable on the performance of SMEs. This study used data from 57 SMEs in Kabupaten Pemalang as sample. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test and for the moderation test using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that partial knowledge implementation, knowledge creating, and knowledge sharing have significant positive effects on the performance of SMEs. Simultaneously, knowledge management has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The result of moderation test using MRA shows that competence cannot moderate the effect of knowledge implementing, knowledge creating dan knowledge sharing on the performance of SMEs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management yang terdiri dari knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, and knowledge sharing terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi dapat memoderasi variabel knowledge management terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 UMKM di Kabupaten Pemalang. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, t test, F test dan untuk tes moderasi dgunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Dari hasil analisis diperoleh hasil secara parsial secara parsial knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, and knowledge sharing memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM. Secara simultan, knowledge management juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap UMKM. Hasil test moderasi menggunakan MRA menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara knowledge implementing, knowledge creating dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Tingkat pengungkapan Intellectual Capital (IC) dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan menjadi perhatian dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi eksplorasi tentang berbagai langkah pengungkapan IC. Penelitian ini mengacu pada laporan tahunan perusahaan pada jasa keuangan yaitu sektor perbankan. Analisis konten digunakan untuk menghasilkan ukuran berdasarkan indeks pengungkapan dan jumlah kata untuk menilai variasi, volume dan fokus IC dalam laporan tahunan. Skor pengungkapan dihitung dari berbagai bentuk. Secara umum, kami menemukan bahwa bentuk indeks pengungkapan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IC pemeringkatan pada perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dan juga peringkat IC pada Word Count. Kami berpendapat bahwa ini ukuran banyaknya pengungkapan IC pada perusahaan biasanya berhubungan positif dengan kebutuhan informasi oleh investor. Beberapa pengungkapan bentuk IC seperti manusia, struktural, relasional juga dieksplorasi, pada perusahaan penekanan pengungkapan IC pada Manusia kemudian IC structural menjadi perhatian dalam perusahaan dan urutan ketiga IC relasional

Ketela tree / cassava is a plant that is widely found in Sambiroto Village, Pekalongan District. Abundant availability does not guarantee the welfare of the community to the potential of these resources. This is because during this time cassava is marketed in fresh form without further processing. While the young cassava leaves are only sold in the form of ikat units as vegetables. To be able to increase the selling value of cassava leaves, efforts are needed to turn it into a processed product that is of high economic value and durable. One of the processed forms of cassava leaves that are worth selling high is cassava leaf chips. Along with the abundance of resources in the form of cassava leaves that are still not optimal potential, in Sambiroto Village can be found a lot of housewives who do not work, so that a lot of their time is loose that should be if used properly can be used to entrepreneurship develop home industry, it is also conveyed by the Village Secretary about the low interest and knowledge of Mothers to entrepreneurship. So that carry out socialization and Entrepreneurship training with the target of Housewives and also Teenagers, because usually teenagers are full of ideas and innovations that may one day play a role in helping to improve the village economy. Activities carried out include entrepreneurial socialization, creative business training, digital marketing training. The result of this devotion is that I found that mothers and adolescents actually have the desire to entrepreneurship but do not yet have knowledge about entrepreneurship and develop the potential of a resource that is around.

The part that needs to be improved from the Gejlik Village community is increasing the community's ability to master knowledge in terms of entrepreneurship and how to market their products. The service team teaches regularly in Gejlik Village once a week, to be precise on Sundays, to improve the ability of the people in Gejlik Village. Continuous training is needed to have a profound effect on increasing these abilities. Teaching is carried out by a service team that has an educational background both from a scientific background and several successful entrepreneurial practitioners. The training has resulted in a significant improvement because this program has actually been going on for 2 months. The community's motivation to learn also becomes greater as evidenced by their great enthusiasm in practicing what is exemplified by the teacher. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of this PKM has been effective. In addition, the knowledge of the village community towards the material that has been delivered has increased.

The information system is a means of transforming company data which is closely related to the efficiency of the company in its operational activities. Along with technological developments, the application of information technology in the company is an important factor in increasing the value and competitiveness of the company. So far, there are still many companies that have not implemented information systems as expected because there is no standard for supervising the use of information technology within the company. This research tries to find out how the information system implementation at PT Pertamina. The sample selection is because PT Pertamina is a state-owned company with large assets. Data analysis using qualitative analysis using a systematic review approach. The results of this study indicate that PT Pertamina has implemented an information system in the form of a management information system properly in the company as a way to achieve company goals so that efficiency and competitiveness of the company can be achieved.

Financial technology (Fintech) adalah gabungan teknologi dengan jasa keuangan/ finansial yang akhirnya berkembang ke arah model bisnis dari konvensional menjadi online, yang awalnya dalam membayar harus bertatap-muka dan membawa sejumlah uang kas, kini dapat melakukan transaksi jarak jauh dengan melakukan pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan dalam hitungan detik saja. Penelitian ini akan membahas peranan Fintech pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Studi kasus pada penelitian ini adalah UMKM di kabupaten Pekalongan, kabupaten Batang dan kabupaten Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran tentang peran Fintech jika dilihat dari literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan pada UMKM. Dari hasil analisis bahwa perkembangan Fintech yang dilakukan oleh lembaga keuangan baik itu perbankan, koperasi simpan pinjam dan keuangan lainnya dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan pada UMKM.

Tujuan program peningkatan minat menulis karya tulis ilmiah ilmiah mahasiswa adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam karya tulis ilmiah dan membantu dalam meningkatkan perkembangan ilmu dan pengetahuan di Indonesia. Program melibatkan mahasiswa-mahasiswa baru yang masih awam mengetahui karya tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan ini menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan mahasiswa yaitu kurang pengetahuan dalam hal penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, sehingga kegiatan program dapat menjadi solusi peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa baru dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah yang nantinya dapat di publikasikan pada jurnal ilmiah nasional. Pada akhir program mahasiswa memili kemampuan terhadap karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa, diantaranya pengetahuan jenis-jenis karya tulis ilmiah, jenis-jenis tugas karya tulis ilmiah dan jenis-jenis prilaku yang dilarang dalam penulisan karya tulis.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value. The method used is quantitative by conducting content analysis on Green Banking Disclosure items based on the Green Banking Disclosure Index developed by Bose, Khan, Rashid, & Islam (2018). Firm value is measured using the Tobins'q ratio. Regression analysis technique is used in performing statistical tests. The population in this study are all Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 to 2020 by providing criteria for the samples taken. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value in Islamic banking.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between human resource practices which include recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, performance, employee participation on organizational performance with Islamic work ethic as a mediating variable in Islamic financial institutions. The research approach uses quantitative methods and the research sample is employees and staff at Islamic financial institutions in Pekalongan as many as 97 respondents. Data analysis using Smart PLS to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The findings in this study are that there is a significant positive direct relationship between human resource practices on organizational performance, human resource practices on Islamic work ethic, and Islamic work ethic on organizational performance. In addition, there is also a significant positive result of the indirect relationship between human resource practices and organizational performance mediated by Islamic work ethic. In terms of managerial implications, that human resource practices are positively related to Islamic work ethics in every job as an effort to improve organizational performance. In particular, Islamic work ethics as the behavior and thoughts of employees must be developed and improved and can be a concern of the organization. Recommendations for further research by adding other instruments to human resource practice include management discipline, employee health and safety.
