Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to analyze the determination of service innovation, attitudes and user satisfaction on the intention to use Sharia FinTech repeatedly. Research Method – Using a survey approach to users and prospective users of Sharia FinTech services in the research area, the research sample was 195 respondents and then analyzed by path analysis using the Smart PLS analysis tool. Findings - The authors find evidence that service innovation has an impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness both affect the attitude of service users. Attitude will have an impact on user satisfaction, from there users of sharia FinTech services will repeat their use because they feel satisfied. Implication – The increase in service user needs to be considered by developers of sharia FinTech systems, what must be done is to innovate sharia FinTech services in terms of increasing the ease of fullness and fullness of use so that they are developed according to the wishes or needs of the service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stock beta, DER and ROA on stock returns on LQ 45 Shares 2018-2019. The research sample consisted of 45 companies LQ 45. The research method used secondary data in the form of financial reports with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that simultaneously beta, DER and ROA had a significant effect on stock returns. Partially, the beta variable has a significant negative effect on stock returns, while the DER and ROA variables have a positive and significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that can affect the level of sustainability reporting on Islamic companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. Sampling using purposive sampling. The number of observations that are of concern to this study are 55 observations from 2017 to 2021. The data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. Empirical test results show that profitability affects the sustainability report, leverage affects the sustainability report, company size affects the sustainability report and firm value affects the sustainability report.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value. The method used is quantitative by conducting content analysis on Green Banking Disclosure items based on the Green Banking Disclosure Index developed by Bose, Khan, Rashid, & Islam (2018). Firm value is measured using the Tobins'q ratio. Regression analysis technique is used in performing statistical tests. The population in this study are all Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 to 2020 by providing criteria for the samples taken. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value in Islamic banking.

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of society is a changing condition of a value that is part of the character in accordance with the expectations of society. The community quality improvement carried out in the village of Sambiroto focuses on improving the economy and community education through the creative economy and education with tutoring. The goal is none other than to improve the quality of rural communities, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is to go directly to the field to implement the program that has been prepared. The result is by conducting entrepreneurship socialization, creative business training, digital marketing training, training on making cassava crispy leaves, training in making bouquets, making living pharmacies, and tutoring as a way to improve children's education.Abstrak: Kualitas masyarakat adalah kondisi perubahan nilai yang menjadi bagian dari karakter sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Peningkatan kualitas masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Sambiroto berfokus pada peningkatan ekonomi dan pendidikan masyarakat melalui ekonomi kreatif dan pendidikan dengan bimbingan belajar. Tujuannya tak lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat pedesaan, terutama di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk melaksanakan program yang telah disusun. Hasilnya dengan melakukan sosialisasi kewirausahaan, pelatihan bisnis kreatif, pelatihan digital marketing, pelatihan membuat daun garing singkong, pelatihan membuat karangan bunga, membuat apotek hidup, dan bimbingan belajar sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pendidikan anak.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises have an important role in Indonesia's economic growth, especially in Warureja Village. The purpose of the MSME empowerment activity through digital marketing training is to increase the knowledge of MSME actors in Warureja Village and to be able to market their products through digital platforms. The method used in this activity is to conduct a location survey and data collection of MSME actors in Warureja Village, then select activity ideas and implementation. In its implementation, the activity was attended by 54 participants. The factor that supports this activity is the increase in the knowledge of MSME actors regarding digital marketing. Then some factors that hinder this activity are coordination that has not been maximized and preparation that is so short that the data collection process has not been maximized. The benefits of this activity are increasing the knowledge of MSME actors in Warureja Village regarding digital marketing, thereby increasing the number of sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate the model of how business process skills, through system adoption, affect business resilience and performance. empirical research on small and medium-sized businesses that currently run their operations using ERP systems. The adoption of accounting information systems is shaped by the use of business intelligence, the deployment of dynamic accounting information systems, and human resource competences associated with the use of accounting information systems. Additionally, the adoption of accounting information systems and organizational resilience are moderated by business process capabilities. One way to get empirical data is through surveys. Path analysis was conducted using partial least squares. Information systems adoption as a foundation for enhancing organizational resilience, including the use of business intelligence, resource competences associated with accounting information system use, and dynamic accounting information system deployment. As a mediating variable, business process capability has the power to boost business resilience, which will enhance organizational performance. Creation of ideas that serve as a foundation for assessing organizational performance and resilience models through the use of accounting information systems in business processes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Green Banking Disclosure terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis konten terhadap item-item Green Banking Disclosure berdasarkan Green Banking Disclosure Index yang dikembangkan oleh Bose, Khan, Rashid, & Islam (2018). Nilai perusahaan di ukur dengan menggunakan rasio Tobins’q. Teknik analisis regresi digunakan dalam melakukan pengujian statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan yang sudah listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 2017 sampai dengan 2020 dengan memberikan kriteria pada sampel yang diambil. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Green Banking Disclosure yang positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perbankan syariah.

Abstract

The number of fraud cases in Indonesia has been increasing annually, and it has started to spread to the countryside. This turns into an irony as the hamlet continues to grow and evolve into a sophisticated community. The goal is to investigate how a love of money and other Machiavellian traits affect the tendency for fraud accounting when using village funds, as well as how the Islamic work ethic influences the interaction between the village apparatus and the community in Wonokerto District. The SEM-PLS technique is being used in this quantitative study. Primary data were employed, and 66 persons made up the sample size through the use of purposive sampling procedures in conjunction with the questionnaire method of data collecting. According to the findings, the inclination of accounting fraud was significantly influenced by both love of money and Machiavellian tendencies, and the Islamic work ethic was found to be ineffective in mitigating this effect.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian membahas tentang pelatihan studi kelayakan usaha, proposal usaha dan analisis laporan keuangan. Kegiatan ini sangat penting dilakukan karena merupakan kegiatan yang sangat bermanfaat bagi para pemuda untuk mencetak generasi enterprenership. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan pada pemuda muahammadiyah ranting rowosari Pemalang yang masih mengalami kendala dalam pemahaman mengenai pentingnya pembuatan study kelayakan, proposal usaha analisis laporan keuangan. Rendahnya penerapan administrasi keuangan yang baik karena pengusaha disibukkan oleh rutinitas bisnis sehari-hari, serta masih rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai konsep dan teknis pembuatan proposal usaha dan akuntansi karena belum adanya kegiatan pendidikan/pelatihan tentang akuntansi UMKM. Adapun pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tutorial penyusunan proposal usaha, diskusi, demontrasi dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa antusias dari peserta sangat tinggi dengan jumlah peserta lebih dari 100 orang. Setelah kegiatan selesai dilakukan post test dan didapatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pada peserta dibuktikan dari nilai postest lebih dari 7,5 atau dapat dikatakan baik. Menurut tim pengabdian bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan upaya untuk membentuk jiwa enterprenership pada golongan remaja untuk dapat menjadi bekal menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses.
