Abstract

This study aims to determine Passenger Behavior at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu, which examines it from a public administration perspective. Passenger behavior at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu, can be analyzed from a public administration perspective by considering how the interaction between passengers and government institutions and public services takes place. At Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu, Aviation Security (Avsec) unit officers are officers at the forefront and are authorized to handle public services and are fully responsible for all matters relating to security at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport, Palu and can represent government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection methods are observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that Avsec officers have carried out their duties according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). However, there are still uncooperative passengers, and there are still many passengers who do not or do not know the applicable regulations.

Abstract

Abstract

This research is titled "The Identity Crisis of the Clown in Dazai Osamu's No Longer Human Using Erik Erikson's Psychosocial Theory." This study aims to identify the causes of the identity crisis and alienation experienced by Oba Yozo in the novel No Longer Human, using the psychosocial development stage theory developed by Erik Erikson, with a focus on the fifth stage, "Identity vs. Role Confusion." The method used in this research is qualitative, with the novel No Longer Human as the data source. The research was conducted using data collection techniques such as reading and noting important parts of the novel, and by recording and quoting text from the novel. The research results show that Oba Yozo experienced alienation and confusion from a young age in determining his role in life, both for himself and for society. This led Oba Yozo to create a "mask" to defend himself from the outside world. The alienation, confusion, and the "mask" he created exacerbated Yozo's identity crisis, making him feel like he had failed to be human. This research shows that Yōzō's identity crisis was not only caused by internal factors, but was also influenced by a lack of family and social support. This highlights the importance of affection, support, and healthy social interaction in helping individuals build a complete sense of self and preventing them from feeling alienated from themselves and society.

Abstract

Urban traffic emissions continue to escalate in Southeast Asian megacities, particularly along oversaturated central business district corridors where chronic congestion amplifies pollutant accumulation. Previous research often separates statistical emission modelling from microscopic simulation, limiting the ability to evaluate policy impacts under real-world saturation conditions. This study aims to assess whether lane-level transport interventions specifically bus-only lanes and motorcycle restrictions can reduce emissions in a hyper-congested Jakarta corridor through an integrated analytical approach. A hybrid regression–microsimulation framework was developed by combining multiple linear regression with SUMO-based traffic simulation. An hourly dataset of traffic flow and CO emissions (n = 8,760) from the Thamrin–Bundaran HI corridor was used to construct a regression model enriched with temporal and lagged predictors. The resulting emission profiles were embedded into SUMO to simulate baseline, bus-lane, and motorcycle-restriction scenarios. The regression model achieved strong predictive performance (R² = 0.692, RMSE = 0.252), with CO_lag1 confirmed as the dominant predictor. Simulation results showed fully overlapping CO₂ emission trajectories across all scenarios, indicating that lane-based interventions do not alter traffic states or emissions under oversaturated conditions. Structural congestion constrains the effectiveness of lane-level policies. Meaningful emission reductions require systemic strategies such as demand management, modal shift, or network redesign. The proposed hybrid framework provides a replicable tool for evaluating transport policies in dense urban corridors
