Abstract

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN EFEK INQUIRY DENGAN TEKNIK PICTORIAL RIDDLE BERBASIS KEMAMPUAN HAL KREATIF MAHASISWA TERHADAP KONSEP SUHU DAN PANASAbstractThis study to determine the effect of inquiry model with technique pictorial riddle based digital on students’ creative thinking in temperature and heat concept. The study was conducted at SMAN 01 Rumpin on even semester year 2019/2020. Purposive sampling was used to determine the sample that class XI science I as experiment class and class XI science II as control class. This study used a quasi-experimental method as a research methodology and nonequivalent control group research design. This study used 8 essay questions as instrumental tests and questionnaires as instrumental nontest. Based on hypothesis test of posttest score by using t’ test showed Sig. (2-tailed) < significant standard. This shows that learning using inquiry model with technique pictorial riddle based digital effect to the creative thinking of the student. Also, in the experimental N-Gain test the experimental class increased which was superior to the control class. While, the results of questionnaire response of students to learning using inquiry model with technique pictorial riddle base digital, who got a very good category (78%). AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model inkuiri dengan teknik teka-teki bergambar berbasis digital terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam konsep suhu dan kalor. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 01 Rumpin pada semester genap tahun 2019/2020. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yaitu kelas XI IPA I sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA II sebagai kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu sebagai metodologi penelitian dan desain penelitian kelompok kontrol nonequivalent. Penelitian ini menggunakan 8 soal essay sebagai tes instrumental dan angket sebagai instrumental nontest. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis skor posttest dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan Sig. (2-tailed) <standar signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model inkuiri dengan teknik bergambar teka-teki berbasis digital berpengaruh terhadap daya pikir kreatif siswa. Selain itu, pada uji coba N-Gain kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan yang lebih unggul dari kelas kontrol. Sedangkan hasil angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan model inkuiri dengan teknik bergambar riddle base digital memperoleh kategori sangat baik (78%).

Abstract

This research aim is to investigate the impact of simulation media toward critical thinking skill in static fluid concept. The research was conducted during 28 January 2019 until 13 February 2019 in SMAN 10 South Tangerang. The purposive sampiling technique was adjusted to determine subject which consist students role of XI IPA 2  as experiment class and XI IPA 1 as control class. The research used quasi experiment method due to nonequivalent control group design. The data were collective by 10 essays test and questionnaire and Mann Whitney to analyse the accpetance of hypothesis. Thus, the result of postest score who learn using simulation media was significant (angka signifikan) effected toward critical thinking skill. In addition,  the N-Gain result indicated student performance of  experiment class was higher improvement than control class. However, learning using simulation media got best category resulting 86% percentage  from student response questionnaire.

Abstract

This research aims to prove the effect of drill method by questions format with animation to reflective thinking skills students on the dynamic particle concept. The research was conducted on February 2016 in SMA Negeri 1 Karawang. This research has two samples, there were X MIPA 1 as control class and X MIPA 6 as experiment class. The research method was a quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The instrument divided into two types, test with essay questions and non-test with the questionnaire. A hypothesis based on testing that used t-test to post test result the value of tcount was 2.00 and table was 1,99, that showed the value of tcount>ttable, so H0 was rejected. It means, the drill method by questions format in the form of animation was proved the influence of reflective thinking skills students. Abstract

The main problem of this study is the implementation of physics learning activities that do not involve the scientific process that can train students' science literacy ability, especially in the competence aspects. As a result, the development of students' science literacy ability is not maximal. A solution given in this study is a research-based digital module as teaching material. This study was conducted at SMA Dharma Karya UT with a quasi-experimental method and nonequivalent control group design. The study used purposive sampling to decide the study's sample with the following classification XI IPA 2 as the experimental class with 25 samples and XI IPA 1 as the controlled class with 25 samples. The instruments of the study were test and non-test. The science literacy test contained ten questions, and the non-test was a questionnaire. In addition, based on a statistical calculation of the post-test by using a nonparametric test, Mann-Whitney showed that a significant score 2-tailed (0.011) < significant level (α=0.05). It showed a research-based digital module's effect on students' science literacy ability. Meanwhile, the result of N-Gain showed the enhancement of students' science literacy ability; this can be seen from the superior N-Gain value in the experimental class. Moreover, the questionnaire also showed that using research-based digital modules for students' science literacy ability was good (73%).

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi gelombang cahaya antara yang menggunakan media E-learning LMS MOODLE dan Edmodo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 2 sampel yaitu XI-MIPA 1 (kelas eksperimen 1) dan XI-MIPA 2 (kelas eksperimen 2). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes objektif (soal pilihan ganda) dan nontes (lembar observasi).  Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametrik uji T, diperoleh nilai signifikasi (0,001)  0,05. Hasil ini memberikan informasi bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi gelombang cahaya antara yang menggunakan media e-learning LMS MOODLE dan Edmodo. Selain itu, hasil observasi menunjukkan kelas yang menggunakan media e-learning LMS MOODLE terkategori lebih baik dibandingkan kelas yang menggunakan media e-learnig Edmodo untuk setiap indikator observasi (visual, productivity, communication dan evaluation).   Kata  kunci: E-learning, LMS MOODLE, Edmodo, Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik.   ABSTRACT   This research is intended to determine the comparison of student physics learning outcomes between those using E-learning media LMS MOODLE and Edmodo.  The research method used was quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design and the sampling technique was simple random sampling.  In this study there were two samples, namely XI-MIPA 1 as the experimental class 1 and XI-MIPA 2 as the experimental class 2. The instruments used were objective tests (multiple choice questions) and non-test (observation sheets). Based on statistical calculation of posttest by using parametric statistical T test showed tha significant score 2-tailed (0,001)  0,05. It means that there are differences in student physics learning outcomes between those using E-Learning media LMS MOODLE and Edmodo. Besides that, Observations results showed that classes using e-learning media LMS MOODLE were in a better category than classes using e-learning media Edmodo for each observation indicator (visual, productivity, communication and evaluation).   Keywords:  E-learning, LMS MOODLE, Edmodo, student  physics learning outcomes

Abstract

Designing robotic technology as an innovation to realize more varieties in the learning process is an interesting idea to be implemented in class. This study tries to implement robotic technology innovation into Islamic Religious Education through the line follower robot working model. In this study, the working model is used as an educational media that is implemented within the scope of good morals (al-akhlaq al-mahmudah) and bad morals (al-akhlaq al-mazmumah). This study uses the design-build method to realize the final result as a product. The product design includes designing a guide line for the line follower robot and assembling a line follower robot design system based on the results of device requirement analysis. The results of the implementation of the line follower guide line design are realized on a Flexi paper with a length of 3 meters and a width of 2 meters. While the results of the implementation of the line follower robot design system assembly are in the form of a physical/robot frame, a series of electronic hardware systems, and programs built using C language with the CodeVision AVR compiler. Based on the performance test of the line follower robot, it can be concluded that the overall design system has been successfully realized.

Abstract

The research is purposed to study the physics result of learning achievement in the senior high school students in South Tangerang, through LKS trial-testing based on a scientific approach. The research was held in four senior high schools in South Tangerang. They are SMA Negeri 6 South Tangerang, SMA Al-Hasra Bojongsari Baru, SMA Negeri 1 South Tangerang, and SMA Dua Mei. It was conducted from May to August 2014. The research method used was pre-experimental, using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis test used a statistical test of one-way analysis of variance. The result analysis or hypothesis test can gain a significance value

Abstract

The Mustika Rahayu community group is engaged in tilapia cultivation for consumption, located in Karangtengah Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. The downturn due to the Covid-19 pandemic is also experienced by this business group, and this condition is getting worse due to low skills on how to cultivate tilapia properly and correctly, the high price of feed and medicines, and the lack of knowledge to do fish farming online. The results of the assistance and training activities for tilapia cultivation skills carried out to partners, namely the Mustika Rahayu fish farming business group, empower them, as evidenced by the following: 1) increased partner knowledge about tilapia cultivation in round ponds with biofloc system/technology; 2) increased knowledge and skills of partners in conducting good tilapia farming; and 3) increased tilapia production by 40% from before the implementation of the activity. This Community Empowerment (PKM) project had a positive impact, especially on partners who were able to cultivate tilapia properly in biofloc ponds.

Abstract

E-modules on temperature and heat material have been developed in several studies, but there are still problems. The problem is that it does not facilitate students to practice science literacy skills so it is still relatively low. This research aims to minimize these problems by developing e-modules based on socio-scientific issues to improve students' science literacy skills in temperature and heat materials. The method used is Research and Development with a 4D development design consisting of 4 main stages, namely: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. This research is limited to the Develop stage. The e-module testing is feasible through validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The test results show that the e-module is suitable for use because it is categorized as valid, practical, and effective. E-modules are categorized as valid with the results of the assessment of excellent material experts, good media experts, and excellent linguists. E-modules are categorized as practical with the results of response questionnaires in small groups, field groups, and teachers showing positive evaluations. E-modules are categorized as moderate or effective in improving students' science literacy skills.

Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between metacognitive awareness and students’ problem-solving ability level in direct current electricity concepts. This study is conducted in 2019 in one of the Senior High Schools in South Tangerang. There are 126 students of 12th grade majoring in Science (XII MIA) as the sample. A proportionate stratified random sampling technique chooses the sample. It is the choosing sample technique used randomly and proportionally that focused on the population's level. The method of the study is correlational. The study instruments are 45 Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) statements and seven essay questions of problem-solving ability test. The result of the Person Product Moment correlation and the significant test shows that metacognitive awareness has a positive and significant correlation with students’ problem-solving ability to direct current electricity concepts. Moreover, it is known that students’ metacognitive awareness and problem-solving ability are at a medium level.
