Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the Brand and Location of Consumer Decisions, this study uses quantitative methodswith associative approaches. In this study, the consumer population who shopped at self-service advanced with MMTCMedan. How to take samples in this study using probability sampling techniques using the accindental sampling method asmany as 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiplelinear regression analysis, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination (R2) using spss version 20 applications.The result of the t variable t test of the Brand t calculated 5,509 > t table of 1,986 means that the brand affects consumerdecisions and the location variable t calculates by 1,693 < t the table of 1,986 means that location has very little influence onconsumer decisions. Test F brand variable and location F calculated by 27,992 > F table 3.09 shows that brands andlocations together influence consumer decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and workload on turnover intention with job satisfaction as moderation. The object of research was conducted at PT Sumber Sawit Makmur Unit Bandar Pulau, Bandar Pulau District, Asahan Regency. This research is included in the category of causal research using a quantitative approach. Sampling using the Slovin Formula which amounted to 53 field employees from a population of 113 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation studies. This research analyzes using the help of Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0 which is applied with computer media to test the strength of the relationship between turnover intention and its independent variables, namely work environment and workload and job satisfaction as moderating variables. The results of this study prove that the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention.Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention.Job satisfaction variables are not able to moderate the influence of work environment and workload on turnover intention.

Abstract

In managing an organization or company, good governance or managerial is needed. Basic knowledge of management needs to be understood and applied well by managers so that it will be very helpful in carrying out their duties in an effort to achieve organizational goals. The study entitled The Role of Managers in Improving the Quality of Employee Work at the Bulog Langsa Branch Office. The objectives of the study are a) to find out how the role of managers is in improving the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. b) to find out what efforts are made by managers to improve the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. The research methodology is qualitative where the role of the researcher is as a key instrument in collecting data and interpreting data. The results of the study are the implementation of performance management at the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, basically using public service performance management that has been implemented by the Bulog Public Company, Jakarta Head Office. However, to carry out the performance of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, it is necessary to implement work planning, division of work into sub-sections, and strategies used by the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office in an effort to achieve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemberdayaan BUMDes Gampong Payabujok Seuleumak sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT untuk mengevaluasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja BUMDes. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes memiliki kekuatan dalam hubungan yang baik dengan pemerintah desa dan potensi pasar lokal yang besar, namun juga menghadapi kelemahan dalam hal pengelolaan SDM dan keterbatasan lahan usaha. Peluang yang ada termasuk dukungan pemerintah dan kemitraan dengan industri lokal, sedangkan ancaman yang dihadapi adalah persaingan usaha yang ketat dan ketidakstabilan ekonomi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar BUMDes memanfaatkan kekuatan internal untuk mengeksploitasi peluang eksternal melalui pelatihan pengelolaan, penggunaan teknologi dan memperluas kemitraan dengan sektor lain untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja usaha. Melalui penerapan strategi yang tepat, BUMDes berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Gampong Payabujok Seuleumak dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence and organizational culture in improving employee performance: empirical evidence from Gajah Sakti Village. Gajah Sakti Village faces several labor-related issues with low performance associated with discipline and initiative. These problems can be linked to low emotional intelligence and poor organizational culture. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 80 respondents. The analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method shows that emotional intelligence and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence, the better the organizational culture, and the better the employee performance. This study recommends that the village government hold workshops on emotional intelligence and improve the organizational culture to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingginya angka pengangguran usia muda di Indonesia, terutama dari kalangan lulusan SMA, menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara pendidikan sekolah menengah dengan tuntutan dunia kerja dan usaha. Minimnya muatan kewirausahaan yang aplikatif di sekolah turut memperburuk kondisi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi dalam bentuk pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis pengalaman nyata. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Pulau melalui pelatihan manajemen bisnis berbasis experiential learning. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan, simulasi proyek bisnis, dan pendampingan penyusunan rencana usaha sederhana. Sebanyak 40 siswa kelas XII terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan ini, menghasilkan delapan proposal bisnis siswa serta peningkatan signifikan pemahaman manajemen bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pelatihan berbasis pengalaman mampu meningkatkan literasi manajerial, keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan kolaborasi siswa. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan modul pelatihan dan dokumentasi sebagai luaran yang dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain. Disarankan agar sekolah menjadikan program ini sebagai bagian dari kurikulum kewirausahaan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: manajemen bisnis, experiential learning, pelatihan wirausaha ABSTRACT The high youth unemployment rate in Indonesia, particularly among senior high school graduates, highlights the urgent need for more practical entrepreneurship education at the secondary level. This community service activity aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial readiness of students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Pulau through business management training based on experiential learning. The implementation method included training sessions, business project simulations, and guided preparation of simple business plans. A total of 40 twelfth-grade students actively participated in the program, resulting in eight student business proposals and a significant increase in business management understanding, as reflected in the pre-test and post-test scores. The results demonstrated that experiential learning effectively improved students’ managerial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and collaboration abilities. The program also produced a structured training module and comprehensive documentation, which can be replicated in other schools. It is recommended that the school incorporate this program into its ongoing entrepreneurship curriculum to ensure sustainability. Abstract

Lake Toba, with its calm waters, green hills, and refreshing air, is a perfect destination for relaxation. One of its standout attractions is The Kaldera Toba Nomadic Escape, developed by the Ministry of Tourism in Sibisa Village, Ajibata District, Toba Regency. This study investigates the impact of attractiveness, facilities, and accessibility on domestic tourists' decisions to visit The Kaldera Toba Nomadic Escape, both individually and collectively. Applying a quantitative approach, data were gathered through surveys and observations from 100 domestic tourists who visited between 2022 and 2023. The results indicate that all three factors significantly affect tourists' visiting decisions. Attractiveness recorded a t-value of 17.309 (significance 0.000), facilities had a t-value of 3.152 (significance 0.002), and accessibility showed a t-value of 2.830 (significance 0.000). Additionally, these factors collectively exert a strong influence, as reflected in an F-value of 182.395 (exceeding the F-table value of 3.09) with a significance level of 0.000. The model explains 84.6% of the decision-making process, while the remaining 15.4% is attributed to other factors.

Abstract

This study was studied to determine the effect of Working Capital and Inventory Turnover on Profitability in Auto Components Sub-Sector Companies  listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023-2024. The sampling method in this study uses the purposive sampling  technique so that the number of samples selected is 12 companies. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using an analysis tool, namely SPSS 26. Based on the results of the partial test, working capital has a calculated t  value of 2.893 > t table 2.035 and a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05 which means that  working capital has an effect on profitability. The results of the partial test of inventory turnover have  a calculated t  value of 0.606 < t table of 2.035 and a significance level of 0.548 > 0.05 which means that inventory turnover has no effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test of working capital and inventory turnover have a calculated f  value of 4.325 > f table 3.28 and a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05 which means that working capital and inventory turnover have an effect on profitability in Auto Components sub-sector companies  listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023-2024. The determination coefficient that can be seen from the Adjusted R-Square  value of 0.160, this can be interpreted as the ability of Working Capital and Inventory Turnover to affect Profitability of 16.0%.

Abstract

Perilaku organisasi merupakan salah satu kajian penting dalam pengembangan manajemen modern karena berhubungan langsung dengan bagaimana individu maupun kelompok bertindak dan berinteraksi dalam lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi, komunikasi, dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 20 responden yang bekerja pada sebuah organisasi jasa. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat persepsi karyawan terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memperoleh skor rata-rata tertinggi yaitu 4,18, diikuti oleh kepemimpinan sebesar 4,12, motivasi sebesar 4,05, dan komunikasi sebesar 3,87. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa budaya kerja yang kuat, kepemimpinan yang efektif, serta dukungan motivasional menjadi faktor dominan yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, komunikasi yang baik juga berperan dalam menciptakan koordinasi yang efektif meskipun masih diperlukan perbaikan pada aspek penyampaian umpan balik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan organisasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh strategi manajerial, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas perilaku organisasi yang tercermin melalui budaya kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan komunikasi internal. Perilaku organisasi yang positif terbukti mampu menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan memotivasi individu untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin kompetitif, strategi pemasaran tradisional semakin sulit untuk menghasilkan daya tarik yang signifikan terhadap konsumen. Oleh karena itu, banyak perusahaan beralih ke mekanisme personalisasi yang didukung oleh teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh personalisasi berbasis AI terhadap tiga variabel penting: sikap konsumen terhadap merek atau produk, minat beli, dan keputusan pembelian (buying behaviour). Model penelitian menggabungkan pendekatan Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) di mana stimulus berupa tingkat personalisasi AI, organism mencakup sikap dan minat konsumen, serta response berupa keputusan beli. Data diperoleh melalui survei kepada 300 responden pengguna platform e-commerce di Indonesia, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personalisasi berbasis AI secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap konsumen, yang selanjutnya memediasi pengaruh terhadap minat beli dan akhirnya keputusan pembelian. Namun demikian, ditemukan bahwa kekhawatiran privasi (privacy concern) dan persepsi intrusivitas moderasi mengurangi kekuatan pengaruh tersebut. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu menerapkan mekanisme personalisasi yang transparan dan menghargai kontrol konsumen agar strategi AI driven personalization dapat efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi teoritik dalam memperluas pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara personalisasi AI, sikap, minat, dan perilaku beli konsumen.
