Abstract

The role of HRD in service companies is very important, starting from being responsible for recruiting qualified HR according to the criteria then optimizing HR planning and how to use existing HR as a supporter of company growth. However, HRD employees are often overwhelmed in carrying out their duties due to personal reasons or too many workloads because they are not balanced with the appropriate number of HR. As a solution, the author wants to do research on Workload Analysis for the HRD unit at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar branch aims to determine the workload of the HRD unit and determine the optimal number of employees using the Full Time Equivalent method with the hope that the research results will be taken into consideration and input for the company in an effort to optimize performance in the HRD unit. Starting from collecting the required data through a questionnaire, then processing and calculating the existing workload to measure whether each employee has been optimal, underloaded or overloaded in his workload.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determination of Innovative work behavior on Employees and Teachers at the TP 45 Foundation. The theory used is Innovative work behavior, Psychological Capital and Psychological Empowerment. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample for this research is all employees and teachers who work at the TP 45 Foundation. The data collection method used is the sampling technique in this study using probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, where the sample selection has certain criteria. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use structural equation modeling (SEM) or structural equation models using the partial least squares (PLS) approach. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to determine the complexity of the relationship between latent variables and their indicators. The results of this research show that Psychological Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological Capital has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Psychological Capital Psychological Capital partially mediates the effect of Psychological Empowerment on innovative work behavior

Abstract

The recruitment process is a step taken by the company to obtain the best human resources to fill the available positions. In today's modern era, recruitment methods are no longer limited to conventional methods, but also utilize online media to disseminate job vacancy information and attract suitable candidates. This research aims to find out what platforms are used in disseminating vacancy information and recruiting quality candidates, to find out the employee recruitment process through online media, to find out the obstacles to employee recruitment through online media, and to find out the effectiveness of employee recruitment through online media in Ini Vie Hospitality. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews with employees who have an understanding of the topic being studied. The findings of the study show that the recruitment process through online media has gone well, although there are still some obstacles. Overall, this method is considered effective in terms of the number of applicants obtained, cost efficiency, and time required during the process. Abstrak Proses rekrutmen merupakan langkah yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk memperoleh sumber daya manusia terbaik guna mengisi posisi yang tersedia. Di era modern saat ini, metode rekrutmen tidak lagi terbatas pada cara-cara konvensional, melainkan juga memanfaatkan media online untuk menyebarluaskan informasi lowongan kerja serta menarik kandidat yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui platform apa saja yang digunakan dalam menyebarkan informasi lowongan dan menjaring kandidat berkualitas, untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen karyawan melalui media online, untuk mengetahui kendala rekrutmen karyawan melalui media online, dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas rekrutmen karyawan melalui media online pada Ini Vie Hospitality. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terhadap karyawan yang memiliki pemahaman mengenai topik yang dikaji. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen melalui media online telah berlangsung dengan baik, meskipun masih ditemui beberapa kendala. Secara keseluruhan, metode ini dinilai efektif dari sisi jumlah pelamar yang diperoleh, efisiensi biaya, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan selama proses berlangsung.
