Abstract

Sepeda motor Honda Vario 110cw merupakan jenis kendaraan automatic dengan mesin konvensional yang artinya proses penyalaan campuran bahan bakar dan udara terjadi di dalam mesin itu sendiri dimana untuk menghasilkan satu tenaga dibutuhkan empat kali langkah piston atau dua kali putaran poros engkol dan satu kali putaran cam shaft. Semakin seringnya penggunaan kendaraan dalam sehari-hari akan membuat performa dari kendaraan ini akan semakin menurun ini dibuktikan dari hasil dynotest motor dalam keadaan standar di dapat hasil rata-rata torsi sebesar 7,17 N.m dan rata-rata daya sebesar 7,16 HP. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui secara detail pengaruh yang terjadi pada penggunaan cam shaft durasi 2300 dan durasi 2350. Metode yang akan di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dynotest, berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis data Cam shaft durasi 2350 menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dari cam shaft standar dan 2300 , dimana pada cam shaft durasi 2350 mendapatkan rata rata torsi sebesar 11,82 N.m. dibandingkan dengan torsi yang didapatkan cam shaft durasi 2300 sebesar 10,53 N.m. Cam shaft durasi 2350 menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dari cam shaft standar dan 2300 terhadap daya, dimana pada cam shaft durasi 2350 mendapatkan rata rata daya sebesar 8,06 HP. dibandingkan dengan daya yang didapatkan cam shaft durasi 2300 sebesar 8,02 HP.Kata Kunci : Cam Shaft, Durasi, Daya, Torsi Honda Vario 110cw motorbike is a type of automatic vehicle with conventional engines which means the ignition process of the fuel and air mixture takes place inside the engine itself where to produce one power four times the piston step or twice the crankshaft rotation and one cam shaft rotation. The more frequent use of vehicles in everyday life will make the performance of this vehicle will decrease this is evidenced from the results of the dynotest motor in a standard state with an average torque of 6.46N.m and an average power of 5.86 HP. This research was conducted with the aim to find out in detail the effect that occurred on the use of cam shafts duration of 2300 and duration of 2350. The method that will be used in this study is the experimental method. Data retrieval is done using dynotest, based on the results of testing and data analysis Cam shaft duration of 2350 shows better results than standard cam shafts and 2300, where on the cam shaft the duration of 2350 gets an average torque of 11,82 N.m. compared to the torque obtained by the cam shaft the duration of 2300 is 10,53 N.m. 2350 duration cam shafts show better results than 2300 standard cam shafts for power, where on the 2350 duration cam shafts get an average power of 8,06 HP. compared to the power obtained by the cam shaft the duration of 2300 is 8,02 HP.keyword : Cam shaft, Duration, Power, Torque

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan perangkat penilaian guna mengevaluasi capaian employability skills yang diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran aplikasi basis data. Model penilaian yang dikembangkan merupakan kombinasi dari penilaian diri sendiri dan penilaian otentik, diusulkan dengan sebutan model authentic self-assessment. Langkah-langkah pengembangan model authentic self-assessment meliputi penentuan standar, penentuan tugas otentik, pembuatan kriteria, dan pembuatan rubrik. Hasil pengembangan perangkat penilaian terdiri atas: (1) model penilaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah; (2) model penilaian kemampuan mengelola diri sendiri; dan (3) model penilaian capaian pembelajaran aplikasi basis data. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk menilai aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Hasil uji coba meng-indikasikan capaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan mengelola diri termasuk kategori baik, serta kompetensi merancang aplikasi basis data secara konseptual dan logikal termasuk kategori tinggi. Model ini juga telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip dasar penilaian, yakni prinsip validitas, prinsip reliabilitas, terfokus pada kompetensi, komprehensif, prinsip objektivitas, dan prinsip mendidik.Kata kunci: penilaian otentik, penilaian diri, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, keterampilan mengelola diri, pendidikan vokasi______________________________________________________________AUTHENTIC SELF-ASSESSMENT MODEL FOR DEVELOPING EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS STUDENT IN HIGHER VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAbstract The purpose of this research is to develop assessment tools to evaluate achievement of employability skills which are integrated in the learning database applications. The assessment model developed is a combination of self-assessment and authentic assessment, proposed as models of authentic self-assessment. The steps of developing authentic self-assessment models include: identifying the standards, selecting an authentic task, identifying the criteria for the task, and creating the rubric. The results of development assessment tools include: (1) problem solving skills assessment model, (2) self-management skills assessment model, and (3) competence database applications assessment model. This model can be used to assess the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor achievement. The results indicate: achievement of problem solving and self-management ability was in good category, and competencies in designing conceptual and logical database was in high category. This model also has met the basic principles of assessment, i.e.: validity, reliability, focused on competencies, comprehen-sive, objectivity, and the principle of educating.Keywords: authentic assessment, self-assessment, problem solving skills, self-management skills, vocational education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh fasilitas dan etika pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di PT Bank BPD Bali Cabang Gianyar. Meskipun kualitas pelayanan di sektor perbankan sudah banyak diteliti, masih sedikit penelitian yang berfokus pada kombinasi pengaruh fasilitas fisik dan etika pelayanan customer service dalam konteks bank daerah. Dengan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 70 nasabah menggunakan kuesioner berstruktur dan wawancara terstruktur. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas dan etika pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dengan fasilitas memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peningkatan fasilitas dan etika pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, khususnya di bank daerah yang menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah sebagai dasar bagi bank daerah untuk memperkuat strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan guna meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah di tengah persaingan industri perbankan.   This study aims to evaluate the influence of facilities and service ethics on customer satisfaction at PT Bank BPD Bali, Gianyar Branch. Although service quality in the banking sector has been widely studied, there are still few studies that focus on the combination of the influence of physical facilities and customer service ethics in the context of regional banks. With a mixed method approach, this study collected data from 70 customers using structured questionnaires and structured interviews. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that facilities and service ethics have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, with facilities having a more dominant influence. These findings underline the importance of improving facilities and service ethics to improve customer satisfaction, especially in regional banks that face limited resources. The practical implication of this study is as a basis for regional banks to strengthen their service quality improvement strategies to increase customer loyalty amidst the competition in the banking industry.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to analyse (1) products marketed to Eastern Indonesia by PTKI company; (2) the form of organizational structure applied; (3) the market mechanism implemented; (4) tasks carried out by the leadership of the company in the area.  Direct interviews with the leaders of the three regions, as well as secondary data collected through the company’s website. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, namely a clear description of the market mechanism of the company in the Eastern Indonesia Region. The results of the research are (1) all the products marketed are non-food products such as skincare, sanitary napkins and detergent. (2) The company has a line organizational structure and has duties and responsibilities from superiors to subordinates. (3) The market mechanism implemented starts from looking at the population of provincial, district and sub-district areas and BPS. (4) The leadership undertakes tasks related to planning, emphasizing the importance of instilling values in consumers. This encourages them to use the company’s products, which are integrated into their lives due to their adequate quality and reasonable price. The policies under the previous leadership are largely similar to those under the new leadership, with the primary difference being in the leadership style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of auditor competence, independence, and experience on audit quality. This research was conducted at a Public Accounting Firm located in the Province of Bali. The population used in this study is all auditors who work in several Public Accounting Firms in Bali Province. The sampling method in this study is by using convenience sampling, which is as many as 80 respondents. The data collection method used in this study is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Squares. The results of this study show that auditor competence has a significant positive effect on audit quality, auditor independence has a significant positive effect on audit quality and auditor experience has a significant positive effect on audit quality. It is hoped that the Public Accounting Firm in Bali Province, can direct auditors to take part in training programs or certification of the public accounting profession, can provide regular training that focuses on the implementation of independence and provide mentoring programs for senior auditors or KAP partners as mentors for junior auditors, so that they can learn from direct experience.

Abstract

The recruitment process is a step taken by the company to obtain the best human resources to fill the available positions. In today's modern era, recruitment methods are no longer limited to conventional methods, but also utilize online media to disseminate job vacancy information and attract suitable candidates. This research aims to find out what platforms are used in disseminating vacancy information and recruiting quality candidates, to find out the employee recruitment process through online media, to find out the obstacles to employee recruitment through online media, and to find out the effectiveness of employee recruitment through online media in Ini Vie Hospitality. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews with employees who have an understanding of the topic being studied. The findings of the study show that the recruitment process through online media has gone well, although there are still some obstacles. Overall, this method is considered effective in terms of the number of applicants obtained, cost efficiency, and time required during the process. Abstrak Proses rekrutmen merupakan langkah yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk memperoleh sumber daya manusia terbaik guna mengisi posisi yang tersedia. Di era modern saat ini, metode rekrutmen tidak lagi terbatas pada cara-cara konvensional, melainkan juga memanfaatkan media online untuk menyebarluaskan informasi lowongan kerja serta menarik kandidat yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui platform apa saja yang digunakan dalam menyebarkan informasi lowongan dan menjaring kandidat berkualitas, untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen karyawan melalui media online, untuk mengetahui kendala rekrutmen karyawan melalui media online, dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas rekrutmen karyawan melalui media online pada Ini Vie Hospitality. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terhadap karyawan yang memiliki pemahaman mengenai topik yang dikaji. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen melalui media online telah berlangsung dengan baik, meskipun masih ditemui beberapa kendala. Secara keseluruhan, metode ini dinilai efektif dari sisi jumlah pelamar yang diperoleh, efisiensi biaya, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan selama proses berlangsung. Abstract

This study explores the role of financial report accuracy, accountability, and the implementation of village financial systems in promoting good governance in the management of village funds..A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative techniques with a descriptive method was employed, involving 172 respondents from villages in the Denpasar area. The findings reveal that while village financial systems do not directly influence the implementation of good governance, they improve the quality of village financial reports, serving as a mediating variable in supporting good governance practices. The study recommends strengthening human resource capacity in accounting, providing technical support from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, and fostering village commitments to transparent financial reporting to build public trust and reinforce good governance implementation.

Abstract

Senganan Village, Tabanan Regency, faces fundamental problems in financial governance and village potential management, which hinder the achievement of community independence and prosperity. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to increase the capacity of village officials in transparent and accountable financial management, as well as optimize local potential to encourage economic independence. The method used is participatory-educational mentoring, including quarterly monitoring and evaluation, outreach, training, and direct involvement in resolving BUMDes issues and budget planning. There has been an increase in village officials' understanding of financial management, the formation of a BUMDes Rescue Team, and the realization of financial governance socialization attended by all village elements. Program outputs have been published through online and print media. Ongoing mentoring is needed to ensure the sustainability of the program and the achievement of an independent and prosperous village

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Technology Utilization in AIS and the Implementation of Tri Hita Karana Values on Tax Reporting and Regional Tax Optimization in Bali, with a focus on Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar and Badung Regencies. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through closed questionnaires distributed to 122 LPDs as a sample. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS program to test the validity, reliability, and feasibility of the model, and to measure the influence of each variable on the research results. The results of the study show very interesting findings. The SEM-PLS analysis shows that Technology Utilization in AIS and the Implementation of Tri Hita Karana Values show a positive contribution to improving Tax Reporting and Regional Tax Optimization. Analysis of the description of respondents' answers shows responses that only reach the Fair category. Both findings indicate that LPDs can play a role in improving Tax Reporting and Regional Tax Optimization in the future. The current condition shows that LPDs are still not ready to be involved in tax performance in Gianyar and Badung Regencies. These results need to be addressed in further research by seeking stimulus formulations for each LPD. LPD basically supports the involvement of this institution to help improve Tax Reporting and Regional Tax Optimization.
